Claims (12)

  1. Structure articulée comprenant
    - un premier élément (2) et
    - un second élément (3), pouvant pivoter réciproquement au moyen d'une cheville (4) pour rendre les premier et second éléments (2, 3) mobiles respectivement de façon basculante autour d'un axe de rotation (A) prédéterminé,
    - des moyens de frottement (17) étant fonctionnellement positionnés entre les premier et second éléments (2, 3) pour empêcher leur rotation réciproque, les moyens de frottement (17) comprenant un premier organe de frottement (5) doté d'une extension circulaire étant solidaire en rotation de l'un des premier (2) et second (3) éléments, et un second organe de frottement (6) doté d'une extension circulaire étant solidaire en rotation avec l'autre des premier (2) et second (3) éléments, les premier et second organes de frottement (5, 6) étant au moins partiellement montés ensemble dans la direction de l'axe prédéterminé de rotation (A) et configurés pour avoir des parties cylindriques respectives en contact mutuel, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe de frottement (5) comprend une cloison annulaire (7) et le second organe de frottement (6) comprend deux cloisons annulaires (9, 10), respectivement petite et grande, étant concentriques réciproquement, la cloison annulaire (7) du premier organe (5) étant configurée pour être au moins en partie introduite entre les deux cloisons annulaires concentriques (9, 10) du second élément (6), de façon concentrique à celles-ci.
  2. Structure articulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premier et second organes de frottement (5, 6) sont interposés entre les premier et second éléments (2, 3) dans la direction de l'axe prédéterminé de rotation (A).
  3. Structure articulée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les cloisons annulaires (7, 9, 10) des premier et second organes de frottement (5, 6) sont en forme de « C ».
  4. Structure articulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe de frottement (5) comprend une languette (8), dépassant dans une direction axiale de l'espace de la cloison annulaire (7), étant solidaire de celle-ci et se prolongeant radialement, la languette (8) étant configurée pour être introduite dans une cavité correspondante (21) relative réalisée dans le premier élément (2) pour rendre le premier organe de frottement (5) solidaire en rotation du premier élément (2).
  5. Structure articulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédente, caractérisée en ce que le second organe de frottement (6) comprend une languette (11), dépassant dans une direction axiale de l'espace des petite et grande cloisons annulaires (9, 10), étant reliée aux petite et grande cloisons annulaires (9, 10) et se prolongeant radialement, la languette (11) étant configurée pour être introduite dans une cavité correspondante (31) relative réalisée dans le second élément (3) pour rendre le second organe de frottement (6) solidaire en rotation du second élément (3).
  6. Structure articulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (18) de fermeture des premier et second éléments (2, 3) et des premier et second organes de frottement (5, 6) interposés entre eux fermement dans un paquet, dans la direction de l'axe prédéterminé de rotation (A).
  7. Structure articulée selon la revendication 6 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fermeture (18) comprennent un rivet d'expansion (12) passant à travers l'intérieur de la petite cloison annulaire (9) du second organe de frottement (6) et est configuré pour forcer radialement la petite cloison annulaire (9).
  8. Structure articulée selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fermeture (18) comprennent au moins un ressort Belleville (15, 16) interposé entre une tête (13a, 14a) du rivet (12) et un des premier et second éléments (2, 3).
  9. Structure articulé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le rivet (12) comprend un élément mâle (13) et un élément femelle (14), les éléments mâle et femelle (13, 14) comportant des têtes (13a, 14a) respectives.
  10. Structure articulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le rivet (12) définit le pivot (4) des premier et second éléments (2, 3).
  11. Structure articulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les premier et second éléments (2, 3) ont une forme allongée.
  12. Procédé servant à assembler une structure articulée comprenant les étapes de :
    - préparer un premier élément (2) et un second élément (3), pouvant pivoter réciproquement au moyen d'une cheville (4) pour rendre les premier et second éléments (2, 3) mobiles respectivement de façon basculante autour d'un axe de rotation (A) prédéterminé,
    - préparer un premier organe de frottement (5) doté d'une extension circulaire étant solidaire en rotation de l'un des premier et second éléments (2, 3), et un second organe de frottement (6) doté d'une extension circulaire étant solidaire en rotation avec l'autre des premier et second éléments (2, 3), les premier et second organes de frottement (5, 6) étant au moins partiellement montés ensemble dans la direction de l'axe prédéterminé de rotation (A),
    - positionner un rivet d'expansion (12) passant centralement à travers l'intérieur des organes de frottement (5, 6) dotés d'une extension circulaire,
    - appuyer sur le rivet d'expansion (12) pour fermer la structure articulée fermement dans un paquet et pour forcer radialement les organes de frottement (5, 6) de manière à augmenter la force de frottement générée sur des surfaces respectives en contact mutuel.
