Claims (14)
- Poste de préchauffage destiné à un outil (8, 10) de mise en forme dédié au formage d'une zone respective de pliage (6, 6') adjacente, de part et d'autre, à une région du dos (4) de couvertures de livres (2) déployées à plat, ou d'une région du dos (4) et d'une zone respective de pliage (6, 6') adjacente, de part et d'autre, à ladite région du dos (4) de couvertures de livres (2) déployées à plat, comprenant un emplacement (65) de réception dudit outil (8, 10) de mise en forme, au moins un élément chauffant (71) implanté dans la région dudit emplacement de réception (65), et au moins une sonde thermométrique (70) raccordée audit élément, sachant que
ledit poste de préchauffage (64) comporte• un dispositif de commande (80), raccordé à l'élément chauffant (71) à présence minimale et à la sonde thermométrique (70) à présence minimale,• plusieurs emplacements (65) de réception d'outils différents (8, 10) de mise en forme, dévolus au formage de couvertures de livres (2) déployées à plat, et• au moins un capteur (76) raccordé audit dispositif de commande (80), en vue de la détection d'au moins une caractéristique d'identification (62) desdits outils (8, 10) de mise en forme insérés dans ledit poste de préchauffage (64). - Poste de préchauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le au moins un capteur (76) est disposé sur ledit poste de préchauffage (64) ou est aligné avec ce dernier.
- Poste de préchauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'implantation de plusieurs capteurs (76), le nombre desdits capteurs (76) correspondant au nombre des emplacements de réception (65).
- Poste de préchauffage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit poste de préchauffage (64) est de réalisation rectangulaire comprenant deux côtés longitudinaux (66, 66') et deux côtés frontaux (67, 67') ; par le fait que le capteur (76), à présence minimale, est disposé sur un premier côté longitudinal (66) et est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur optique ; et par le fait qu'un réflecteur (78) est implanté sur un second côté longitudinal (66'), en vis-à-vis dudit au moins un capteur (76).
- Poste de préchauffage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque emplacement de réception (65) présente une réalisation identique.
- Poste de préchauffage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque emplacement de réception (65) présente une réalisation différente, en vue de recevoir un outil déterminé (8, 10) de mise en forme.
- Poste de préchauffage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que chaque emplacement de réception (65) comporte au moins un premier élément de liaison (84) qui est réalisé différemment et/ou positionné différemment, en vue de recevoir un outil déterminé (8, 10) de mise en forme au sein des outils différents (8, 10) de mise en forme.
- Poste de préchauffage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que chaque emplacement de réception (65) est muni d'au moins un premier repère (86) affecté à un outil déterminé (8, 10) de mise en forme, au sein des outils différents (8, 10) de mise en forme, les repères (86) de tous les emplacements de réception (65) différant les uns des autres.
- Dispositif dévolu au formage d'une zone respective de pliage (6, 6') adjacente, de part et d'autre, à une région du dos (4) de couvertures de livres (2) déployées à plat, ou d'une région du dos (4) et d'une zone respective de pliage (6, 6') adjacente, de part et d'autre, à ladite région du dos (4) de couvertures de livres (2) déployées à plat, équipé d'un poste de préchauffage (64) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8, et de plusieurs outils différents (8, 10) de mise en forme dont chacun est muni, respectivement, d'au moins une caractéristique d'identification (62) en vue de la détection dudit outil (8, 10) de mise en forme dans ledit poste de préchauffage (64).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'outil (8, 10) de mise en forme comporte une barre d'outillage (13) affectée à la réception dans le poste de préchauffage (64) ; et par le fait que la caractéristique d'identification (62) est située sur, ou dans ladite barre d'outillage (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la caractéristique d'identification (62) se présente comme un certain nombre d'évidements obturables (62') pratiqués dans la barre d'outillage (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'outil (8, 10) de mise en forme comporte au moins un second élément de liaison (85) qui est réalisé pour concorder uniquement avec un emplacement de réception (65) du poste de préchauffage (64).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'outil (8, 10) de mise en forme est pourvu d'au moins un second repère (87) associé uniquement à un emplacement de réception (65) du poste de préchauffage (64).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que, pour assurer l'identification des outils différents (8, 10) de mise en forme,• lesdits outils (8, 10) de mise en forme sont respectivement munis d'une barre d'outillage (13) affectée à la réception dans ledit dispositif (1), ainsi que dans le poste de préchauffage (64),• ledit poste de préchauffage (64) est de réalisation rectangulaire comprenant deux côtés longitudinaux (66, 66') et deux côtés frontaux (67, 67'), sachant qu'un certain nombre de capteurs optiques (76) est installé sur un premier côté longitudinal (66) dudit poste de préchauffage (64) et qu'un réflecteur (78) est implanté sur un second côté longitudinal (66'), en vis-à-vis desdits capteurs optiques (76),• les barres d'outillage (13) sont pourvues, à chaque fois, d'une certain nombre d'évidements obturables (62') réalisés en tant que caractéristiques d'identification (62), le nombre desdits évidements obturables (62') étant au moins égal au nombre desdits outils (8, 10) de mise en forme utilisés dans ledit dispositif (1), et au nombre desdits capteurs optiques (76).
