Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif (1) affecté à la déformation du dos (3) d'une couverture de livre (2) positionnée à plat à l'état déployé, aligné avec répartition sensiblement uniforme sur un dos de corps d'ouvrage et éventuellement pourvu d'un renfort intégré, comprenant une sellette de déformation (4) qui peut être plaquée contre la face intérieure du dos (3) de couverture, dirigée vers le bas, soulève ladite face entre deux réglettes latérales (6, 7) de formation de plis, agencées en vis-à-vis, et façonne un arrondi dudit dos (3) de couverture, caractérisé par le fait que la sellette de déformation (4) est constituée de deux lames (8, 9) dirigées vers le bas dans le sens latéral, soulevant le dos (3) de la couverture du livre au cours de la déformation, et respectivement conçues avec faculté de pivotement conjoint autour d'un axe s'étendant parallèlement à l'étendue longitudinale dudit dos (3) de couverture, en vue de l'ajustement ou du déplacement de l'arrondi dudit dos (3) de couverture.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les lames (8, 9) de la sellette sont montées, au moyen d'éléments respectifs d'entraînement (14 à 17), dans une piste de guidage (27, 28, 29, 30) agencée concentriquement à l'axe de pivotement, en décrivant un tronçon circulaire, dans une semelle d'appui (23, 24, 25, 26) d'un bâti (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de pivotement des lames (8, 9) de la sellette se trouve dans un plan s'étendant perpendiculairement à la couverture de livre (2), suivant un axe médian longitudinal respectivement déterminé par le dos (3) de ladite couverture, ou par le dos du corps d'ouvrage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les lames (8, 9) de la sellette sont respectivement fixées à l'élément pivotant d'entraînement (14, 15, 16, 17) qui est réalisé à la manière d'un secteur, s'engage dans la piste de guidage (27, 28, 29, 30) au moyen de barrettes de guidage (31, 32, 33, 34), et dont le pourtour présente une couronne dentée (18, 19, 20, 21).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la piste de guidage (27, 28, 29, 30) et les barrettes de guidage (31, 32, 33, 34), respectivement associées à une lame (8, 9) de la sellette, forment un dispositif de guidage aux extrémités frontales respectives desdites lames (8, 9) de la sellette, ou de ladite sellette de déformation (4).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments d'entraînement (14, 15, 16, 17) sont respectivement en liaison d'entraînement avec une roue dentée (36) fixée à un arbre menant commun (22, 35).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs de guidage respectivement placés à une extrémité des lames (8, 9) de la sellette, ou de ladite sellette de déformation (4), sont agencés en succession entre deux semelles d'appui (23, 24 et 25, 26), dans le bâti (12), le long de l'arbre menant (22, 35).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les lames (8, 9) de la sellette sont dotées de canaux de chauffage (51) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les lames (8, 9) de la sellette, formant la surface de ladite sellette de déformation (4), sont réalisées avec effet d'interpénétration, à la manière d'un râteau, aux extrémités libres situées en vis-à-vis mutuel.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les lames (8, 9) de la sellette sont constituées, à l'extrémité saillant vers le bas, par des réglettes dentées (49, 50) s'interpénétrant à la manière d'un râteau.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que ce dernier est raccordé à une commande programmable, en vue de l'actionnement.
  12. Utilisation du dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans une installation de reliage dédiée à la fabrication de livres constitués de corps d'ouvrage enchâssés dans une couverture.
