Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Rauchartikeln (2), die jeweils mindestens eine Filterkomponente (3) und mindestens eine aktive Komponente (4) umfassen, wobei sie insbesondere Tabak enthalten, um eine zu inhalierende Substanz freizugeben; wobei die Filterkomponente (3) mindestens einen Filterabschnitt (5) umfasst, der ein erstes Material (6) und mehrere lose Teilchen (7) eines zweiten Materials aufweist;
    wobei das Verfahren einen Abdeckungsschritt umfasst, in dem der Filterabschnitt (5) im Bereich einer Abdeckungsstation (26) mit einer zumindest teilweisen Umhüllung (9) abgedeckt wird; wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es einen Reinigungsschritt umfasst, in dem im Bereich einer Reinigungsstation (11) erzwungen wird, dass sich zumindest ein Anteil der Teilchen (7) vom ersten Material (6) löst und von dem ersten Material (6) selbst wegbewegt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und umfassend einen Förderschritt, in dem der Abdeckungsstation (16) der Filterabschnitt (5) durch die Reinigungsstation (11), die von der Abdeckungsstation (26) verschieden ist, zugeführt wird; wobei der Reinigungsschritt vor dem Abdeckungsschritt stattfindet.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei während des Reinigungsschritts mindestens ein mechanisches Element mit dem Filterabschnitt (5) in Kontakt kommt, um das Lösen des Anteils der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Material (6) zu erzwingen.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Filterabschnitt (5) eine Langform mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (5') und einer Seitenfläche (5"), die sich zwischen den zwei Enden (5') erstreckt, aufweist; das mechanische Element mit mindestens einem der Enden (5') des Filterabschnitts in Kontakt kommt und es insbesondere mindestens eine Bürste (19) umfasst.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der Filterabschnitt (5) eine Langform mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (5') und einer Seitenfläche (5"), die sich zwischen den zwei Enden (5') erstreckt, aufweist; das mechanische Element mit der Seitenfläche (5") in Kontakt kommt und es insbesondere mindestens eines von einem Kontrastblock (20), einer Kontrastwalze (22), einem Kontrastriemen (21) umfasst.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei während des Reinigungsschritts mindestens eine Saugöffnung (24; 25) den Anteil der Teilchen (7) durch Saugen vom Filterabschnitt (5) wegbewegt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Teilchen (7) im ersten Material (6) fein verteilt sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei während des Reinigungsschritts mindestens ein mechanisches Element mit dem Filterabschnitt (5) in Kontakt kommt, um diesen zumindest teilweise zu verformen, um das Lösen des Anteils der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Filtermaterial (6) zu erzwingen.
  9. Maschine zum Herstellen von Rauchartikeln, die jeweils mindestens eine Filterkomponente (3) und mindestens eine aktive Komponente (4) umfassen, die insbesondere Tabak enthält, um eine zu inhalierende Substanz freizugeben; wobei die Filterkomponente (3) mindestens einen Filterabschnitt (5) umfasst, der ein erstes Material (6) und mehrere lose Teilchen (7) eines zweiten Materials aufweist;
    wobei die Maschine (1) eine Abdeckungsvorrichtung (8) umfasst, die ausgelegt ist, die Filterkomponente (5) abzudecken;
    wobei die Maschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine Reinigungsvorrichtung (10) umfasst, die im Bereich einer Reinigungsstation (11) angeordnet ist und ausgelegt ist, zu erzwingen, dass sich zumindest ein Anteil der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Material (6) löst, und den Anteil der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Material (6) wegzubewegen.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9 und umfassend ein Fördersystem, um der Abdeckungsvorrichtung (8) den Filterabschnitt (5) durch die Reinigungsstation (11) zuzuführen.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (10) mindestens ein mechanisches Element umfasst, das ausgelegt ist, mit dem Filterabschnitt (5) in Kontakt zu kommen, um das Lösen des Anteils der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Material (6) zu erzwingen.
  12. Maschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei das mechanische Element, das ausgelegt ist, mit dem Filterabschnitt (5) in Kontakt zu kommen, mindestens eines von einer Bürste, einem Kontrastblock, einer Kontrastwalze, einem Kontrastriemen umfasst.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Filterabschnitt (5) eine Langform mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (5') und einer Seitenfläche (5"), die sich zwischen den zwei Enden (5') erstreckt, aufweist; wobei das mechanische Element mindestens eine Bürste (19), die insbesondere mit mindestens einem der Enden (5') des Filterabschnitts (5) in Kontakt kommt, umfasst.
  14. Maschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei der Filterabschnitt (5) eine Langform mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (5') und einer Seitenfläche (5"), die sich zwischen den zwei Enden (5') erstreckt, aufweist; wobei das mechanische Element, das insbesondere mit der Seitenfläche (5") in Kontakt kommt, mindestens eines von einem Kontrastblock (20), einer Kontrastwalze (22), einem Kontrastriemen (21) umfasst.
  15. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (10) ein Saugsystem (23), um den Anteil der Teilchen (7) durch Saugen von dem Filterabschnitt (5) wegzubewegen, umfasst.
  16. Maschine nach Anspruch 15, wobei der Filterabschnitt (5) eine Langform mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (5') und einer Seitenfläche (5"), die sich zwischen den zwei Enden (5') erstreckt, aufweist, wobei das Saugsystem mindestens eine Saugöffnung (24), die im Bereich jedes Endes (5') angeordnet ist, umfasst.
  17. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, wobei die Teilchen (7) in dem ersten Material (6) fein verteilt sind.
  18. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (10) mindestens ein mechanisches Element umfasst, das ausgelegt ist, mit dem Filterabschnitt (5) in Kontakt zu kommen, um diesen zumindest teilweise zu verformen, um das Lösen des Anteils der Teilchen (7) von dem ersten Material (6) zu erzwingen.
