Claims (10)

  1. Anlage zum Verpacken von Produkten (5) in jeweiligen Behältern (7), wobei das Produkt vorzugsweise durch eine Vielzahl an zusammen gruppierten Artikeln in einer entsprechenden Verpackungskonfiguration definiert ist; wobei das Produkt vorzugsweise in Form eines Lebensmittelprodukts und insbesondere in Form eines Produkts mit einer weichen Konsistenz wie Schmelzkäse oder dergleichen vorliegt; wobei der Behälter vorzugsweise aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Teil besteht, die miteinander assoziiert sind, um eine Kammer zum Unterbringen des Produkts zu formen und um jeweils einen Grundkörper oder Boden und einen Oberkörper oder Deckel zu definieren; wobei sie eine erste (10) und eine zweite (10') Vorrichtung zum Verpacken der jeweiligen Produkte umfasst; wobei eine jede Vorrichtung (10, 10') Betriebsverpackungsmittel (14) zum Verpacken oder Einführen des Produkts in die Behälter und einen Rahmen (12) zum Tragen der Betriebsverpackungsmittel umfasst, wobei eine jede Vorrichtung (10, 10') zudem Mittel (16) zum Zuführen der Produkte in die entsprechende Verpackungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Produkte, die von einer entsprechenden Maschine zur Herstellung der Produkte stammen, und Mittel (18) zum Herausführen der verpackten Produkte aus der entsprechenden Verpackungsvorrichtung umfasst, wobei eine jede Vorrichtung (10, 10') Mittel (20, 20') zur Bildung eines Förderweges umfasst, der so konfiguriert ist, damit es den zu verpackenden oder bereits verpackten Produkten ermöglicht wird, die entsprechende Vorrichtung (10 oder 10') zu überschreiten, und dadurch, dass die Mittel zur Bildung eines Förderweges in einer jeden Vorrichtung (10 oder 10') eingerichtet sind, um die Einrichtung eines Umgehungsweges zum Umgehen der Mittel (14) zum Verpacken oder Einführen des Produkts in den Behälter durch Produkte, die durch die entsprechende Vorrichtung (10 oder 10') nicht verpackt werden sollen, zu ermöglichen, wobei der Umgehungsweg die Produkte stromaufwärts der entsprechenden Verpackungsvorrichtung (10 oder 10') aufnimmt, und sie stromabwärts der entsprechenden Verpackungsvorrichtung (10 oder 10') überträgt, wobei die Mittel (20, 20') zur Bildung des Förderwegs in Form einer Zone (20) vorliegen, die in einer jeden Verpackungsvorrichtung (10 oder 10') vorgesehen ist, wobei die Zone (20) Mittel (21, 23) zum Fördern der zu verpackenden oder bereits verpackten Produkte, Mittel (14) zum Verpacken oder Einführen des Produkts in die Behälter umfasst, wobei die Mittel (21, 23) zum Fördern der Produkte zum Überqueren einer jeden Verpackungsvorrichtung (10 oder 10') ausgelegt sind, wobei die Anlage dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die erste (10) und zweite (10') Verpackungsvorrichtung jeweilige Betriebsverpackungsmittel (14) aufweist, die identisch konfiguriert sind, und dadurch, dass die Mittel (18) zum Herausführen der Produkte, die bereits in der ersten Vorrichtung (10) verpackt wurden, in den Weg zusammenlaufen, der ausgelegt ist, um die zweite Vorrichtung (10') zu überschreiten, die stromabwärts der ersten Vorrichtung (10) zum Verpacken weiterer Produkte platziert ist.
  2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone in Form eines entsprechenden Freiraums oder Kanals (20 oder 20') vorliegt, der linear verläuft.
  3. Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone nahe den Betriebsverpackungsmitteln einer jeden Vorrichtung verläuft; und/oder dadurch, dass die Zone (20) der ersten Vorrichtung über die Betriebsverpackungsmittel der ersten Vorrichtung verläuft.
  4. Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone (20 oder 20') innerhalb einer Schutzabdeckung einer jeden Vorrichtung, insbesondere einer Schutzabdeckung der Betriebsverpackungsmittel, platziert ist.
  5. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (12) zum Tragen einer jeden Vorrichtung (10 oder 10') so ausgelegt ist, dass er die Mittel (21 oder 23) zum Fördern der zu verpackenden oder bereits verpackten Produkte trägt; und/oder dadurch, dass der Rahmen (12) zum Tragen einer jeden Vorrichtung (10 und/oder 10') Anbringungs- oder Befestigungsmittel für die Mittel (21 oder 23) zum Fördern der zu verpackenden oder bereits verpackten Produkte umfasst.
  6. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel oder die Zone (20, 20') zur Bildung des Förderwegs, der den Produkten ermöglicht, eine jede Vorrichtung (10 oder 10') zu überschreiten, innerhalb des Umrisses der Vorrichtung, insbesondere innerhalb des Plans einer jeden Vorrichtung, positioniert sind.
  7. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (21 oder 23) zum Fördern der zu verpackenden oder bereits verpackten Produkte in Form eines entsprechenden Förderbandes (21 oder 23) und insbesondere in Form eines endlosen Förderbandes, vorliegen.
  8. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Vorrichtung (10') zweite Mittel zum Zuführen der zu verpackenden Produkte umfasst, die sich aus den Mitteln (20, 20') zur Bildung des Förderweges der ersten Vorrichtung (10) ergeben.
  9. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine jede Vorrichtung Mittel (30) umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt sind, um einen Bereich (300), insbesondere einen seitlichen Bereich gemäß der Längsausdehnungsrichtung einer jeden Vorrichtung, zum Unterbringen der jeweiligen Mittel zum Antreiben der Betriebsmittel einer jeden Vorrichtung zu trennen, wobei die Trennmittel insbesondere in Form einer jeweiligen Trennwand (30) vorliegen, die sich insbesondere längs und/oder vertikal zu einer jeden Vorrichtung erstreckt.
  10. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Verpackungsvorrichtung betriebswirksam unabhängig voneinander sind.
