Claims (11)

    - Bereitstellen eines weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6), das mit einer äußeren Schicht (44) beschichtet ist, die aus einem Material realisiert ist, das Eigenschaften vom Typ Formgedächtnis aufweist und dessen Außenseite keine Vertiefung aufweist,
    - Bereitstellen eines männlichen Prägewerkzeugs (5, 5'), dessen Außenseite mit mindestens einer Erhebung versehen ist, die mindestens einem auf dem flachen Element (60) gewünschten Prägerelief am Ende der Prägung entspricht, und
    - Zusammenwirkenlassen des männlichen Prägewerkzeugs (5, 5') mit dem weiblichen Prägewerkzeug (6), so dass die äußere Schicht (44) des weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6) eine plastische Verformung erfährt, die mindestens eine Vertiefung (42, 42') mit einer zu der einen oder den mehreren Erhebungen (41, 41') des männlichen Prägewerkzeugs (5, 5') komplementären Form erzeugt.
  2. Verfahren zur Realisierung eines weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6), das zum Prägen eines flachen Elements (60) bestimmt ist, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen eines weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6), das mit einer äußeren Schicht (44) beschichtet ist, die aus einem Material realisiert ist, das Eigenschaften vom Typ Formgedächtnis aufweist und dessen Außenseite mindestens eine Vertiefung umfasst,
    - Bringen der äußeren Fläche des weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6) unter Bedingungen, die so ausgewählt sind, dass die äußere Fläche wieder frei von Vertiefungen wird,
    - Bereitstellen eines männlichen Prägewerkzeugs (5, 5'), dessen Außenseite mit mindestens einer Erhebung (41, 41') versehen ist, die mindestens einem auf dem flachen Element (60) gewünschten Prägerelief (42, 42') am Ende der Prägung entspricht, und
    - Zusammenwirkenlassen des männlichen Prägewerkzeugs (5, 5') mit dem weiblichen Prägewerkzeug (6), so dass die äußere Schicht (44) des weiblichen Prägewerkzeugs (6) eine plastische Verformung erfährt, die mindestens eine Vertiefung (42, 42') mit einer zu der einen oder den mehreren Erhebung (41, 41') des männlichen Prägewerkzeugs komplementären Form erzeugt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Material aus metallischen Formgedächtnislegierungen und Polymermaterialien ausgewählt ist, die Eigenschaften vom Typ Formgedächtnis aufweisen.
  4. Weibliches Prägewerkzeug (6) für flache Elemente, die zum Bilden von Verpackungen bestimmt sind, wobei es mit einer äußeren Schicht (44) beschichtet ist, die aus einem Material realisiert ist, das Eigenschaften vom Typ Formgedächtnis aufweist.
  5. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Material aus metallischen Formgedächtnislegierungen und Polymermaterialien ausgewählt ist, die Eigenschaften vom Typ Formgedächtnis aufweisen.
  6. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es flach ist und ein Werkzeug für eine Plattenpresse bildet.
  7. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine äußere zylindrische Rotationsfläche aufweist und ein weibliches drehbares Prägewerkzeug (6) bildet.
  8.
