Definitions

  • the invention relates to a carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace for receiving gripping trays, material boxes or tool units preassembled on carriers, such as soldering stations, drilling machines or punches.
  • the DE 7612745 U1 discloses a gripping tray that can be used to hold small workpieces or material. The workpieces are removed by hand or automatically. For easy removal of individual workpieces, such gripping shells have a wall which is directed obliquely outwards from bottom to top and along which the workpieces can slide during removal.
  • the US 5,931,102 A discloses an ergonomically adjustable tool table.
  • the tool table has a storage surface and a telescopic arm attached to it.
  • the telescopic arm is attached to a perforated rod for height adjustment.
  • the perforated rod can be attached to a table top, for example, by means of a clamping device.
  • the telescopic arm is equipped with a device for swiveling or tilting the storage surface so that it can be ergonomically adjusted to the gripping area or the assembly activity of the worker.
  • German utility model DE 20 2010 015030 U1 discloses an assembly table with a height and / or angle adjustable first work surface thereon, and a second work surface extending rearward in a horizontal direction.
  • the tilting manufacturing table has a projector for projecting an image onto the table surface.
  • a stand for rectangular solar modules is disclosed.
  • the invention has for its object to design a carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace.
  • the carrier system is designed for gripping trays, material boxes or other carriers in an ergonomic arrangement at the workplace hold.
  • the arrangement should be adjustable and adaptable to individual needs.
  • the system should be able to be moved into a rest position in which as large a part of the table top as possible is free, for example to carry out a change of equipment.
  • the advantage of the invention is the avoidance of stressful movements, an increase in the efficiency and motivation of the worker - and a falling sick leave due to postural work losses.
  • Another advantage of the invention is the improvement of the internal material flow. Replenishment of the workplaces can be carried out quickly and safely in a controlled manner after the end of the shift or when changing products using prepared material containers. This way of working significantly increases productivity, flexibility and quality.
  • the carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace can comprise several swivel assemblies.
  • Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile, which is connected at an angle to a side profile.
  • the swivel assembly comprises a mounting rail, which is pivotably arranged on a first slider and on a second slider.
  • the first slider is movably arranged on the rear profile and the second slider is movably arranged on the lateral profile, so that the pivoting movement of the mounting rail is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile and the lateral profile.
  • the profiles can be designed as a strut profile made of aluminum.
  • a standard Bosch Rexroth profile can preferably be used. However, other materials such as steel or alloys made of different metals can also be used. For tasks where there is no high holding force Plastic constructions are also possible.
  • the strut profiles can have a rectangular outer contour. An external dimension of 40 mm x 40 mm is advantageous.
  • the strut profiles can also have all other conceivable external dimensions.
  • the strut profiles can have at least one groove.
  • the grooves are preferably located on the side surfaces and on the top and bottom. The grooves can be arranged approximately in the middle of the side surfaces and the top and bottom of the strut profiles. However, other groove constellations are also conceivable.
  • the high stability of the strut profiles and the high breakout strength of the grooves on the strut profiles enable secure attachment of heavy loads such as a punch to the mounting rail or the holding rail.
  • a slider comprises at least one holding element and at least one sliding element. At least one glider can be placed on each of the profiles or each rear profile and each side profile. Accordingly, the slider can form a slide bearing together with the profile.
  • the at least one holding element can consist of a U-shaped profile.
  • the U-shaped profile can have a material thickness of 1 mm - 10 mm and can preferably be made of sheet steel. However, other material thicknesses or materials are also conceivable. However, simple holding elements made of a flat material can also be provided.
  • At least one sliding element preferably made of Teflon, polyethylene, can be arranged between the at least one holding element and the profile, the holding element of which is mounted opposite the profile. Alternatively, the use of ball bearings is possible.
  • Teflon sliding elements made of other plastics or metals are also possible. Compared to ball bearings, Teflon sliding elements have the advantage that they have a higher starting friction torque and therefore the carrier rails do not shift when workpieces or material are removed.
  • the swivel range of the mounting rail can be limited by using stoppers. In order to prevent the sliding elements from falling out of the profiles which are usually open at the ends, these can be closed off using end caps.
  • At least one sliding element can be H-shaped or T-shaped.
  • the sliding element can be arranged in the groove of the profile in such a way that it is held in the groove and guided linearly and the part standing out of the groove can act as a spacer between the profile and the holding element as a spacer.
  • At least one holding element can be connected to at least one sliding element via rivets, screws or via an adhesive connection. This can result in a mechanically stable connection between the groove, sliding element and holding element.
  • the slider can be subjected to pressure and tension, while it remains freely movable and can be moved along the groove.
  • At least one stud can be provided on the holding elements.
  • a first end of the stud can be welded, screwed, glued or otherwise mechanically stably connected to the holding element.
  • the stud bolts can be provided with a thread on at least a second end.
  • the mounting rail can be attached to the stud bolts for attachment and can preferably be secured with a nut.
  • the mounting rail can have bores at its ends for receiving the stud bolts.
