  • the arrangement should be adjustable and adaptable to individual needs.
  • the system should be able to be moved into a rest position in which as large a part of the table top as possible is free, for example to carry out a change of equipment.
  • the advantage of the invention is the avoidance of stressful movements, an increase in the efficiency and motivation of the worker - and a falling sick leave due to postural work losses.
  • Another advantage of the invention is the improvement of the internal material flow. Replenishment of the workplaces can be carried out quickly and safely in a controlled manner after the end of the shift or when changing products using prepared material containers. This way of working significantly increases productivity, flexibility and quality.
  • the carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace can comprise several swivel assemblies.
  • Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile, which is connected at an angle to a side profile.
  • the swivel assembly comprises a mounting rail, which is pivotably arranged on a first slider and on a second slider.
  • the first slider is movably arranged on the rear profile and the second slider is movably arranged on the lateral profile, so that the pivoting movement of the mounting rail is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile and the lateral profile.
  • the profiles can be designed as a strut profile made of aluminum.
  • a standard Bosch Rexroth profile can preferably be used. However, other materials such as steel or alloys made of different metals can also be used. For tasks where there is no high holding force Plastic constructions are also possible.
  • the strut profiles can have a rectangular outer contour. An external dimension of 40 mm x 40 mm is advantageous.
  • the strut profiles can also have all other conceivable external dimensions.

  • the at least one holding element can consist of a U-shaped profile.
  • the U-shaped profile can have a material thickness of 1 mm - 10 mm and can preferably be made of sheet steel. However, other material thicknesses or materials are also conceivable. However, simple holding elements made of a flat material can also be provided.
  • At least one sliding element preferably made of Teflon, polyethylene, can be arranged between the at least one holding element and the profile, the holding element of which is mounted opposite the profile. Alternatively, the use of ball bearings is possible.
  • Teflon sliding elements made of other plastics or metals are also possible. Compared to ball bearings, Teflon sliding elements have the advantage that they have a higher starting friction torque and therefore the carrier rails do not shift when workpieces or material are removed.
  • the swivel range of the mounting rail can be limited by using stoppers. In order to prevent the sliding elements from falling out of the profiles which are usually open at the ends, these can be closed off using end caps.
  • At least one sliding element can be H-shaped or T-shaped.
  • the sliding element can be arranged in the groove of the profile in such a way that it is held in the groove and guided linearly and the part standing out of the groove can act as a spacer between the profile and the holding element as a spacer.

The tilting manufacturing table has a projector for projecting an image onto the table surface.

In another German utility model DE 20 2009 007517 U1 a stand for rectangular solar modules is disclosed. The invention has for its object to design a carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace. The carrier system is designed for gripping trays, material boxes or other carriers in an ergonomic arrangement at the workplace hold. The arrangement should be adjustable and adaptable to individual needs. In addition, the system should be able to be moved into a rest position in which as large a part of the table top as possible is free, for example to carry out a change of equipment.

This object is achieved by a device according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The advantage of the invention is the avoidance of stressful movements, an increase in the efficiency and motivation of the worker - and a falling sick leave due to postural work losses. Another advantage of the invention is the improvement of the internal material flow. Replenishment of the workplaces can be carried out quickly and safely in a controlled manner after the end of the shift or when changing products using prepared material containers. This way of working significantly increases productivity, flexibility and quality.

The carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace can comprise several swivel assemblies. Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile, which is connected at an angle to a side profile. In addition, the swivel assembly comprises a mounting rail, which is pivotably arranged on a first slider and on a second slider. The first slider is movably arranged on the rear profile and the second slider is movably arranged on the lateral profile, so that the pivoting movement of the mounting rail is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile and the lateral profile.

The profiles can be designed as a strut profile made of aluminum. A standard Bosch Rexroth profile can preferably be used. However, other materials such as steel or alloys made of different metals can also be used. For tasks where there is no high holding force Plastic constructions are also possible. The strut profiles can have a rectangular outer contour. An external dimension of 40 mm x 40 mm is advantageous. The strut profiles can also have all other conceivable external dimensions. In addition, the strut profiles can have at least one groove. The grooves are preferably located on the side surfaces and on the top and bottom. The grooves can be arranged approximately in the middle of the side surfaces and the top and bottom of the strut profiles. However, other groove constellations are also conceivable. In addition, the high stability of the strut profiles and the high breakout strength of the grooves on the strut profiles enable secure attachment of heavy loads such as a punch to the mounting rail or the holding rail.

A slider comprises at least one holding element and at least one sliding element. At least one glider can be placed on each of the profiles or each rear profile and each side profile. Accordingly, the slider can form a slide bearing together with the profile. The at least one holding element can consist of a U-shaped profile. The U-shaped profile can have a material thickness of 1 mm - 10 mm and can preferably be made of sheet steel. However, other material thicknesses or materials are also conceivable. However, simple holding elements made of a flat material can also be provided. At least one sliding element, preferably made of Teflon, polyethylene, can be arranged between the at least one holding element and the profile, the holding element of which is mounted opposite the profile. Alternatively, the use of ball bearings is possible.

Sliding elements made of other plastics or metals are also possible. Compared to ball bearings, Teflon sliding elements have the advantage that they have a higher starting friction torque and therefore the carrier rails do not shift when workpieces or material are removed. The The swivel range of the mounting rail can be limited by using stoppers. In order to prevent the sliding elements from falling out of the profiles which are usually open at the ends, these can be closed off using end caps.

At least one sliding element can be H-shaped or T-shaped. With this configuration, the sliding element can be arranged in the groove of the profile in such a way that it is held in the groove and guided linearly and the part standing out of the groove can act as a spacer between the profile and the holding element as a spacer. At least one holding element can be connected to at least one sliding element via rivets, screws or via an adhesive connection. This can result in a mechanically stable connection between the groove, sliding element and holding element. With this arrangement, the slider can be subjected to pressure and tension, while it remains freely movable and can be moved along the groove.

ƄuƟerst vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 6 mm - 8 mm.At least one stud can be provided on the holding elements. A first end of the stud can be welded, screwed, glued or otherwise mechanically stably connected to the holding element. The stud bolts can be provided with a thread on at least a second end. The mounting rail can be attached to the stud bolts for attachment and can preferably be secured with a nut. For this purpose, the mounting rail can have bores at its ends for receiving the stud bolts. The bore diameter can preferably be in a range from 5 mm to 12 mm. Most preferably in a range of 6 mm - 8 mm.

The mounting rail can be moved in or parallel to a plane of the plane spanned by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile. The mounting rail can preferably be moved continuously, and accordingly enables a stepless adjustment of the position of the mounting rail within the reach of a person. The required position of the gripping container can be determined by the person himself by individually moving the mounting rail. This individual and simple positioning of the material stock allows the respective person to work ergonomically correctly and comfortably, even with different body sizes and arm lengths. By assembling the gripping containers depending on the assembly sequence in the directions "from left to right" or vice versa, the assembly process can be specified in a targeted manner, which leads to a reduction in errors and thus to a reduction in reworking time. The gripping lengths required by the ergonomics, reasonable gripping angles, as well as the gripping process simplified by the use of gripping shells and gripping tongues (special protection of the fingertips) prevent possible fatigue processes of the person and increase performance and motivation at the workplace.

The mounting rail can have a suitable profile for receiving gripping shells, tool boxes or pre-assembled tools, or a holding means, preferably a further additional profile, hereinafter referred to as mounting rail, can be provided on the mounting rail. The holding means or the holding rail provided on the mounting rail allows simple hanging and unhooking as well as lateral displacement and / or adjustment of gripping shells, tool boxes or preassembled tools. The mounting rail as well as the holding rail can be designed as a profile or as a simple bar. The holding means or the holding rail as well as the fastening means can also have a tab and groove. The holding means and the fastening means can also be configured as two interlocking lips. At least one gripping shell support (700) for receiving at least one container (742) can be attached or attached to the mounting rail and / or the holding rail.

The holding rail can be attached to the mounting rail using sliding blocks or sliding elements. By using optional quick-release fasteners, the entire holding rail can be exchanged in one operation. Spacers can be arranged between the holding means and the mounting rail, which are designed obliquely, so that the holding means is inclined away from the mounting rail at an angle. Tilting of the mounting rail can also be made possible by the use of an adjustment mechanism or also by the use of spacing elements which can be placed on the stud bolts. This has the advantage that material present in the gripping shells or tool boxes attached to the holding means automatically slides forward and the gripping shells can be better seen.

As an alternative to the stud bolts, the mechanical connection between the slider and the mounting rail can also take place via rotatably mounted clamps or rotatable locking devices which engage in the grooves of the mounting rail.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the carrier system, a plurality of swivel assemblies can be arranged one above the other. The swivel assemblies are arranged one above the other in parallel planes. The individual swivel assemblies can be arranged one above the other on feet. The mechanical connection between the base and the swivel assembly can be realized using screws, rivets, plug-in connections, welding, notches or in some other way. The feet can be made of rigid profile pieces or adjustable in height. Preferably, the same profiles can be used as for the mounting rail or the rear or side profiles.

The carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace can be placed on a worktop or table top of a workplace, integrated into it or mounted on the side of it. It can also serve as a boundary for serve the table top or worktop. The support system can be interpreted via recesses in the table or worktop. In this case, the work station can be designed with only one or also a second mirror system that is aligned mirror-symmetrically thereto. The worktop can have a customary rectangular shape. The table edges can be rounded and also have a throat (fillet). Several carrier systems can also be used at one work station, so that, for example, one carrier system is on the left side of the worker and one carrier system is on the right side of the worker.

The carrier system or the ergonomically adjustable workstation with a carrier system can be designed such that the center point of the mounting rail lies at least partially on a circular path during the pivoting movement or this describes at least one segment of a circular path. The circular path can lie in or parallel to the plane spanned by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile.

The carrier system can be designed in such a way that a gripping shell carrier can be inserted as a whole. The gripping shell carrier can be designed so that it can be carried comfortably by one person. It includes
According to the invention, a mounting rail which is suitable for receiving at least one material box or a gripping shell or a tool holder. The mounting rail has a first free end and a second free end and can be straight or curved. The mounting rail can preferably have a groove into which existing holding elements can engage on the transport boxes or gripping shells. In addition, the tool box or tool carrier system comprises at least one handle for lifting the tool box or tool carrier system. The at least one handle is attached to the center of the mounting rail. Alternatively, a handle is arranged on the first free end and on the second free end of the mounting rail. Alternatively, the material boxes can also be attached to the mounting rail using locking systems to prevent them from accidentally falling out of the mounting rail. The material boxes are preferably designed as gripping shells. Alternatively, tool carriers can also be used for punching or drilling machines, for example.

The at least one handle can additionally have a locking device, so that the tool box or tool carrier system can be hooked into the carrier system or alternatively a transport trolley and locked there. The handles are preferably attached to the first end of the mounting rail and to the second end of the mounting rail via mounting elements. The mounting elements can be designed as angled sheets or from blocks of plastic. The handles or the mounting elements preferably extend at a right angle away from the mounting rail and approximately parallel to the material boxes. With this arrangement, the material boxes are located between the handles or the associated mounting elements and protect the material boxes from being lifted out of the mounting rail by a shock.

A rigid substructure or a substructure with height adjustment function can be attached under the worktop. The height can be adjusted using two or four electrical lifting columns. The number of lifting columns depends on the lifting weights to be carried. The adjustment path can be up to 410 mm and can be infinitely adjusted. A height adjustment function enables a variation between standing and sitting at the workplace. As a result, the workplace can be used in a multifunctional manner and can also be used, for example, as a conference table in the presence of several people without the use of chairs.

A table structure can be present on, on or integrated into the worktop. The table structure can also serve as a replacement for the feet. The table structure can have a lifting device. The lifting device can be designed in such a way that it can be continuously adjusted via gas pressure springs or via cable pulls or via an electrical adjustment mechanism. The lifting device can be designed in such a way that a support rail or holding rail is located on it, to which gripping shells can also be attached. Accordingly, the work station can be designed such that the lifting device is in an upper position and a left and a right carrier system are in the pivoted-in state when no material is required. When material is needed, the carrier systems are swung out and the lifting device is moved to a lower position so that it can take up space between the two carrier systems.

Lighting devices can be attached to the table structure. LED lights are preferably used here. The LED lighting can consist of a ceiling light and two additional lights on the right and left that can be precisely focused to the working point. This prevents drop shadows and gives the eye a bright and fatigue-free image. The two focusable side lights can be adjusted by people when starting work. All three LED lights can be controlled via a sensor, so that the workplace is only illuminated if the person working there is active or if the daylight is additionally available, constant illuminance is made possible by dynamic control of the LED lighting. On the one hand, this means electricity savings and, on the other hand, heating up the workplace, as is the case with the usual work lights, is avoided.

The carrier system 100 for an ergonomically adjustable work station can comprise a plurality of swivel assemblies. Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile 11, 12, 13, which is connected at an angle 70 to a side profile 21, 22, 23. The individual swivel assemblies are preferably connected via feet 31, 32, 33, so that the planes spanned by the rear profiles 11, 12, 13 and side profiles 21, 22, 23 are parallel to one another. On the rear profiles 11, 12, 13 as well as on the side profiles 21, 22, 23, a slider 61-66 is preferably provided in each case. The sliders 61-66 are movably supported along the profiles 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23. Two sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64 each, one slider 64-66 being able to be arranged on the at least one rear profile 11, 12, 13 and one slider 61-63 on the at least one side profile 21, 22 , 23, can be regarded as a pair of sliders. The two sliders of a pair of sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64 preferably each lie in one plane. On each pair of sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64, a mounting rail 40 is preferably pivotably mounted via stud bolts 51, 52, so that the pivoting movement of the mounting rail 40 parallel to one through the rear profile 11, 12, 13 and the lateral profile 21, 22, 23 spanned plane. On the support rail 40, a holding means, preferably a support rail 41, can additionally be fastened, which can serve for receiving gripping shells 42 or mounting plates for tools. For this purpose, the gripping shells 42 or the mounting plates are suspended in a groove in the mounting rail 41.

Dadurch liegt je eine Tragschiene 40 vorzugsweise parallel zu den hinteren Profilen 11, 12, 13.In Figure 2 is a further embodiment of the carrier system 100 according to the invention in the pivoted-in state with the features according to FIG Figure 1 shown. It can be clearly seen here that the sliders 31-33 move from a front position near the first pedestal 31 to a rear position near the second Stand 32 have been moved. At the same time, the sliders 64-66 were moved close to the third stand 33. As a result, one mounting rail 40 each is preferably parallel to the rear profiles 11, 12, 13.

In Figure 3 an ergonomically adjustable workplace is shown. The work station has two carrier systems 100 Figure 1 on. These are shown here in the swung-out state. The carrier systems 100 are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another. In this embodiment, the feet 32, 33 are expanded to columns of the table structure 400 and to columns of the lifting device 300. The lifting device 300 can be realized via gas pressure springs (not shown) which enable the middle part to be raised and lowered continuously. A plurality of lighting devices 410 for illuminating the work station can be arranged on the table structure 400. The arrangement is preferably such that drop shadows are avoided. The workplace preferably has a table substructure 210, which can be designed to be height-adjustable.

The carrier system 100 or the ergonomically adjustable work station with a carrier system 100 can be designed in such a way that the center point of the mounting rail 40 lies at least partially on a circular path during the pivoting movement or describes this at least part of a circular path. The circular path can lie in or parallel to the plane spanned by the first rear profile 11-13 and the first lateral profile 21-23.

In Figure 4 is the ergonomically adjustable workplace Figure 3 shown. Here, the carrier system 100 is in a pivoted-in state.

In Figure 5 The gripping areas of a person 540 sitting at the edge of a table edge 530 at an assembly work station are shown. Gripping areas are horizontally or vertically defined areas that are required to reach a control element by hand or by hand and arm. The gripping area based on a table top 200, two one-hand zones 510 and two extended one-hand zones 520 can be subdivided into a two-hand zone 500. A carrier system 100 according to the invention is also shown. In the form shown, the support rails 40 are pivoted in, which is why the gripping shells 42 are only partially or only at the edge in the one-hand zone 510. In this state, the workplace can be loaded with material or workpieces.

In Figure 6 is an order after Figure 5 shown with pivoted support rails 40. As a result, the gripping shells 42 are located to a significantly greater extent in the one-hand zone 510, as a result of which the ergonomics of the workplace are increased and ergonomic working at the workplace is significantly simplified.

Figure 7 shows an oblique view of a detail of an embodiment of the carrier system 100. The sliding elements 67 which are in engagement with the grooves 601 of the profile are visible here. The H-shaped or T-shaped sliding elements 67 allow the mounting rail to be loaded both under pressure and under tension. The U-shaped profile 64 is connected to the sliding elements (67) by screws 602. A stud 52 is attached to the U-shaped profiles 67, on which the mounting rail 40 is attached and is preferably secured by a nut.

Figure 8 shows a section through an exemplary strut profile 600 with an edge length of 40 mm 48 x 40 mm 49. The strut profiles 600 can also have other external dimensions and groove geometries. A slider 65 is placed on the strut profile. The slider comprises a sliding element 67 which is inserted into the groove 601 of the strut profile and a holding element 68 which, as shown, can be U-shaped. The groove 601 can be used for this via insertable sliding blocks or, according to the invention, via sliding elements 67, which can be made of Teflon, a mechanical connection between the strut profile 600 and an in Figure 7 shown mounting rail 40 manufacture. On the one hand, this connection enables a strong mechanical connection between the support rail 40 and the strut profile 600 and, on the other hand, a stepless displacement of the support rail 40 along the strut profile 600.

Figure 9 shows a perspective view of a gripping tray support 700. The gripping tray support 700 preferably comprises two handles 710 which are each attached to a mounting rail 740 via a handle support 720. The mounting rail 740 has a first free end and a second free end. In each case, a handle support 720 is preferably arranged on the first free end and on the second free end of the mounting rail 740. The mounting rail 740 is thus preferably fastened between the handle supports 720, so that the handle supports 720 form an outer termination. The handle supports 720 are designed, for example, as profiled sheets and point vertically away from the mounting rail 740. The handle carriers 720 preferably run almost parallel to the gripping shells 742. The mounting rail 740 preferably has a groove 741, into which the gripping shells 742 can engage, for example via a tongue. After the gripping shells 742 have been hooked into the groove 741 of the mounting rail 740, their rear side preferably lies on the mounting rail 740 on the side facing the mounting rail 740, so that a stable fit is ensured.

Two fastening means 745 are preferably arranged on the mounting rail 740 of the gripping shell support 700. The fastening means 745 can be used so that the gripping shell support 700 can be suspended in a holding rail 750, for example of a shelf trolley 800 or an assembly work station 100. For this purpose, the holding rail 750 preferably has a groove 755 which receives the fastening means 745. The holding rail 750 is preferably designed in such a way that the gripping shell support 700 is securely held after it has been suspended in the holding rail 750.

Figure 10 shows a perspective view of a gripping tray carrier 700 in a carrier system 100. The carrier system 100 is suitable for an ergonomically adjustable work station and can comprise a plurality of swivel assemblies arranged one above the other. Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile 13 which is connected at an angle to a side profile 23. The individual swivel assemblies are preferably connected via feet 31, 33, so that the rear profile 13 and the lateral profile 23 lie in one plane. If the system is expanded, the additional profile pairings of the rear and side profile lie in a plane parallel to the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23. On the rear profiles 13 as well as on the side profiles 23 there is preferably a slider 63, 66 intended. The sliders 63, 66 are preferably movably mounted along the profiles 13, 23. In each case two sliders 63, 66 can be regarded as a pair of sliders, one slider 66 being arranged on the at least one rear profile 13 and one slider 63 being provided on the at least one lateral profile 21. The two sliders of a pair of sliders 63, 66 preferably each lie in one plane. On each pair of sliders 63, 66 a support rail 40 is preferably pivotably mounted via stud bolts mounted thereon, so that the pivoting movement of the support rail 40 lies parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile 13 and the lateral profile 23. In addition, a holding means, preferably a holding rail 750, can be fastened to the mounting rail 40, in which the gripping shell support 700 can be hung. For this purpose, the holding rail 750 preferably has a groove 755, in which preferably two fastening means 745 of the gripping-shell carrier 700 can engage. The holding rail 750 can be inclined away from the carrier system 100 at a certain angle via a spacer. This has the advantage that the gripping tray carriers 700 do not have to be removed vertically from the holding rail 750 of the carrier system 100. This prevents 700 gripping shells 742 from a gripping shell carrier arranged in one plane above when a gripping shell carrier is removed 700 are accidentally pushed out, causing their contents to fall to the floor.
