Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention is based on the object of designing a carrier system that can be loaded efficiently and a shelving system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace. The carrier system is intended for grab trays, material boxes or other carriers in an ergonomic arrangement at the workplace and can be efficiently stocked using a shelving system that can be attached or pushed to the rear of the workplace. The arrangement should also be adjustable and adaptable to individual needs. The height of the workstation is preferably adjustable in such a way that the employee working at the workstation can reach the various shelf levels of the shelving system in order to replenish material.

This object is solved by a device according to claim 1. Advantageous refinements of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

The advantage of the invention is the avoidance of stressful movements, an increase in the efficiency and motivation of the employee, and a reduction in sick leave due to postural-related absences from work. Another advantage of the invention lies in the improvement of the internal material flow. After the end of a shift or when there is a product change, the workstations can be restocked in a controlled, fast and safe manner using prepared material containers. During ongoing shift operation, the shelving system can be loaded from the rear using prepared material trolleys, or the shelving or picking trolleys can be driven directly from the rear to the workplace. In this way, several workstations can be positioned directly next to each other without the need for space for material storage between the individual workstations. Rear means the rear, rear side of the work station or the carrier system. The shelving system can be designed as a fixed shelf or as a shelf or picking trolley. The shelving system includes at least one shelving level. To load the carrier system, the employee working at the workplace can pull containers with material from the shelving system adjacent to the carrier system, preferably without having to leave the front of the workplace. The front is the front side, usually facing the employee of the workplace. This way of working significantly increases productivity, flexibility and quality in production.

The ergonomic workplace also includes at least one carrier system that can be efficiently loaded. The support system may include multiple pivot assemblies. Each pivot assembly includes at least one rear profile that is connected at an angle to a side profile. In addition, the pivot assembly includes a support rail pivotally mounted on a first slider and on a second slider. The first slider is movably arranged on the rear profile and the second slider is movably arranged on the side profile, so that the pivoting movement of the support rail is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile and the side profile. The plane for the support rail or that of the pivoting movement preferably runs horizontally or parallel to a worktop or table top of the ergonomically adjustable workplace. The plane in which the pivoting movement runs can also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees in relation to the tabletop or the worktop of the workplace. This can be realized by tilting the carrier system.

The profiles of the support system and the shelving system of the ergonomically adjustable workplace can be designed as aluminum strut profiles. A standard Bosch Rexroth profile can preferably be used here. However, other materials such as steel or alloys of different metals can also be used. For tasks that do not require a high holding force, constructions made of plastic are also possible. The strut profiles can have a rectangular outer contour. An external dimension of 40 mm Ɨ 40 mm is advantageous. The strut profiles can also have any other imaginable external dimensions. In addition, the strut profiles can have at least one groove. The grooves are preferably located on the side surfaces and on the top and bottom. The grooves can be arranged approximately in the middle of the side surfaces as well as the top and bottom of the strut profiles. Other groove constellations are also conceivable. In addition, the high stability of the strut profiles and the high resistance to breakage of the grooves on the strut profiles enable heavy loads, such as a punch, to be securely fastened to the support rail or the support rail.

A slider comprises at least one holding element and at least one sliding element. At least one slider can be placed on each of the profiles or each rear profile and each side profile. Accordingly, the slider can form a slide bearing together with the profile. The slider can also be connected or supported via at least one ball bearing, preferably a linear bearing, to a rear profile and/or lateral profile. The at least one holding element can consist of a U-shaped profile. The U-shaped profile can have a material thickness of 1 mm - 10 mm and can preferably be made of sheet steel. However, other material thicknesses or materials are also conceivable. However, simple holding elements made of a flat material can also be provided. At least one sliding element, preferably made of Teflon, polyethylene or another plastic material, can be arranged between the at least one holding element and the profile, the holding element of which is mounted opposite the profile. Alternatively, the use of ball bearings is possible.

Sliding elements made of other plastics or metals are also possible. Sliding elements made of Teflon have the advantage over ball bearings that they have a higher starting friction torque and the carrier rails therefore do not shift when workpieces or material are removed. The pivoting range of the mounting rail can be limited by using stoppers. To prevent the sliding elements from falling out of the usually at the To prevent the ends of open profiles, these can be closed with end caps.

At least one sliding element can be H-shaped or T-shaped. With this configuration, the sliding element can be arranged in the groove of the profile in such a way that it is held in the groove and guided linearly and the part protruding from the groove can act as a spacer between the profile and the retaining element. At least one holding element can be connected to at least one sliding element by means of rivets, screws or an adhesive connection. This can result in a mechanically stable connection between the groove, sliding element and holding element. With this arrangement, the slider can be loaded in compression and tension while remaining free to move and slide along the groove.

ƄuƟerst vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 6 mm - 8 mm.At least one stud bolt can be provided on the holding elements. A first end of the stud bolt can be welded, screwed, glued or mechanically stably connected to the holding element in some other way. The studs may be threaded on at least a second end. The mounting rail can be attached to the studs for attachment and can preferably be secured with a nut. For this purpose, the support rail can have bores at its ends for receiving the stud bolts. The bore diameter can preferably be in a range of 5 mm - 12 mm. Most preferably in a range of 6mm - 8mm.

The support rail can be displaced in or parallel to a plane of the plane spanned by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile. The plane of the pivoting movement preferably runs horizontally or parallel to the worktop or table top of an ergonomically adjustable workplace. The plane can also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees with respect to the tabletop or the worktop of the workplace. the The mounting rail can preferably be moved steplessly, and accordingly enables a stepless adjustment of the position of the mounting rail within a person's reach. The required grab container position can be determined by the person concerned by individually moving the support rail. This individual and simple positioning of the material supply allows the respective person to work ergonomically correct and comfortably, even with different body sizes and arm lengths. By equipping the grab containers in the directions "from left to right" or vice versa, depending on the assembly sequence, the assembly process can be specified in a targeted manner, which leads to a reduction in errors and thus to a reduction in reworking time. The ergonomically required gripping lengths, reasonable gripping angles, as well as the simplified gripping process through the use of gripping shells and gripping tongues (particularly gentle on the fingertips) prevent possible fatigue processes on the part of the person and increase performance and motivation at the workplace.

The support rail can have a profile suitable for receiving grab trays or tool boxes, or a holding means, preferably another additional profile, referred to below as the support rail, can be provided on the support rail. The holding means can also be designed as an angled construction. The construction can be made of flat materials or profiles or a combination of both. The holding means or the holding rail provided on the support rail allows grab trays or tool boxes to be easily hooked on and unhooked or set down and laterally displaced and/or adjusted. The carrier rail as well as the support rail can be designed as a profile or as a simple strip. The holding means or the holding rail as well as the fastening means can also be designed as a tab and groove. The holding means and the fastening means can also be designed as two interlocking lips. At the Carrying rail and/or at least one grip tray carrier for receiving at least one container can be attached or attached to the holding rail.

The retaining rail or the retaining means can be fastened to the mounting rail using sliding blocks or sliding elements. By using optional quick-release fasteners, the entire support rail can also be replaced in one operation. Spacers can be arranged between the holding means and the support rail or the holding means, which are designed obliquely, so that the holding means is inclined away from the support rail at an angle. It is also possible to tilt the mounting rail by using an adjustment mechanism or by using spacer elements that can be placed on the stud bolts. This has the advantage that material present in the gripping shells or tool boxes attached to the holding means automatically slides forward and the gripping shells can be seen better.

As an alternative to the stud bolts, the mechanical connection between the slider and the mounting rail can also be made using rotatable clamps or rotatable latching devices that engage in the grooves of the mounting rail.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the carrier system, several pivoting assemblies can be arranged one above the other. The swivel assemblies are arranged one above the other in parallel planes. In this case, the plane of the pivoting movement preferably runs horizontally or parallel to the worktop or table top of an ergonomically adjustable workplace. The plane can also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees with respect to the tabletop or the worktop of the workplace. The individual swivel assemblies can be arranged one above the other on feet. The mechanical connection between the stand and the swivel assembly can be made using screws, rivets, connectors, welds, latches or in be realized in any other way. The feet can be made of rigid profile pieces or be height-adjustable. The same profiles can preferably be used here as for the mounting rail or the rear or side profiles.

The support system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace can be placed on a worktop or tabletop of a workplace, integrated into it or mounted on the side. The planes of pivotal movement of the pivot assemblies are preferably parallel to the work station table top. Alternatively, the swivel planes (planes) can be inclined up to 45 degrees in relation to the tabletop of the workstation. The support system can also serve as a border for the tabletop or worktop. The support system can be interpreted via recesses in the table or worktop. In this case, the workplace can be designed with only one or also a second carrier system aligned mirror-symmetrically thereto. The countertop can have a standard rectangular shape. The table edges can be rounded and also have a seat groove (rounding). Several carrier systems can also be used at one workplace, so that, for example, there is one carrier system on the left side of the worker and one carrier system on the right side of the worker.

The support system or the ergonomically adjustable workplace with a support system can be designed in such a way that the center point of the support rail lies at least partially on a circular path during the pivoting movement or this at least describes a segment of a circular path. The circular path can lie in or parallel to the plane spanned by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile.

The carrier system can be designed in such a way that a grab tray carrier can be inserted into it as a whole. The grab tray carrier can be designed be that it can be comfortably carried by one person. It preferably includes a support rail which is suitable for receiving at least one material box or a grab tray or a tool carrier. The mounting rail has a first free end and a second free end and can be straight or curved. The carrier rail can preferably have a groove into which retaining elements present on the transport boxes or grab trays can engage. In addition, the tool box or tool carrier system includes at least one handle for lifting the tool box or tool carrier system. The at least one handle can be attached centrally to the support rail. Alternatively, a handle can be arranged on the first free end and on the second free end of the support rail. Alternatively, the material boxes can also be attached to the mounting rail using locking systems to prevent them from accidentally falling out of the mounting rail. The material boxes are preferably designed as grab trays. Alternatively, tool carriers for punches or drills, for example, can also be used.

The at least one handle can additionally have a locking device, so that the tool box or tool carrier system can be hung in the carrier system or alternatively a transport trolley and locked there. The handles are preferably attached to the first end of the support rail and to the second end of the support rail via mounting elements. The mounting elements can be designed as angled sheets or blocks of plastic. The handles or the mounting elements preferably extend away from the support rail at right angles and approximately parallel to the material boxes. Due to this arrangement, the material boxes are located between the handles or the associated assembly elements and protect the material boxes from being lifted out of the support rail by an impact.

A rigid substructure or a substructure with a height-adjustable function can be fitted under the worktop. The height can be adjusted using two or four electric lifting columns. The number of lifting columns depends on the lifting weights to be carried. The adjustment path can be up to 410 mm and can be adjusted steplessly. A height adjustment function enables a variation between standing and sitting at the workplace. As a result, the workstation can be used multifunctionally and can be adjusted to any of the rows of shelves of the picking or material trolley located behind the workstation. In addition, the workplace can also be used, for example, as a meeting table when several people are present without the use of chairs.

A table superstructure can be present on, on or integrated into the worktop. The table structure can also serve as a replacement for the feet. The table structure can have a lifting device for raising and/or lowering the table structure. The lifting device can be designed in such a way that it can be continuously adjusted via gas pressure springs or via cable pulls or via an electrical adjustment mechanism. The lifting device can be designed in such a way that there is a support rail or holding rail on it, to which grab trays can also be attached. Accordingly, the workplace can be designed in such a way that the lifting device is in an upper position and a left and a right support system are in the pivoted-in state when no material is required. If material is required, the carrier systems are swung out and the lifting device is brought into a lower position so that it can take the space between the two carrier systems.

Lighting devices can be attached to the table structure. LED lights are preferably used here. The LED lighting can consist of a ceiling light and two mounted on the left and right Operating point can be set up with precisely focusable additional lights. This prevents hard shadows and gives the eye a bright and fatigue-free image. The two focusable side lights can be adjusted by people themselves when starting work. All three LED lights can be controlled via a sensor, so that the workplace is only illuminated when the person working there is working there or when there is additional daylight, constant illuminance is made possible by dynamic control of the LED lighting. On the one hand, this means saving electricity and, on the other hand, heating up of the workplace, as is the case with conventional work lights, is avoided.

The carrier system, which can be efficiently loaded, can also include a shelving system. The shelving system is preferably arranged on the back of the carrier system. Rear means the rear, rear side of the work station or the carrier system. The shelving system includes a frame in which at least one shelving level is inserted. Each shelf level includes at least one guide rail, which can preferably be equipped with rollers. Alternatively, the guide rail can be made of different plastics with good sliding properties or as a profile guide. When equipped with rollers, the guide rail acts as a roller level. The shelf levels can be arranged horizontally in the shelf frame. The shelf levels are preferably inclined at an angle of up to 30 degrees to the horizontal towards the ergonomically adjustable workstation. Each shelving level has at least one stop on the side facing the ergonomically adjustable work station. The at least one shelf level can be designed in such a way that it is designed to accommodate at least one container, which is preferably designed as a grab tray. Preferably, several parallel lines of containers can be accommodated in one shelf level. The first container directed towards the ergonomically adjustable work station can preferably be selectively removed from each of the parallel lines. After removing a container the remaining containers are tracked via the guide rail up to the stop on the front of the shelving system. The stop prevents the containers from falling out in an uncontrolled manner. The individual lines of containers in the at least one shelf level can be separated from one another by separating webs in order to enable the individual lines to be guided laterally.

In an alternative embodiment, the stop can be designed such that when the carrier system is moved to a rear position, the stop corresponding to the corresponding plane is automatically lowered and a container is automatically tracked onto the corresponding holding means of the carrier system.

In figure 1 an embodiment of the carrier system 100 is shown in the pivoted-out state. The support system 100 for an ergonomically adjustable work station can include several swivel assemblies. Each pivot assembly comprises at least one rear profile 11,12,13 connected at an angle 70 to a side profile 21,22,23. The individual swivel assemblies are preferably connected via feet 31, 32, 33, so that the planes spanned by the rear profiles 11, 12, 13 and side profiles 21, 22, 23 lie parallel to one another. On the rear profiles 11, 12, 13 as well as on the side profiles 21, 22, 23, a slider 61-66 is preferably provided in each case. The sliders 61-66 are movably mounted along the profiles 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23. Two sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64 each, with one slider 64 - 66 being able to be arranged on the at least one rear profile 11, 12, 13 and one slider 61 - 63 on the at least one side profile 21, 22 , 23, can be regarded as a pair of gliders. The two sliders of a pair of sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64 are preferably each in one plane. On each pair of sliders 63, 66, 62, 65, 61, 64, a support rail 40 is pivotably mounted, preferably via studs 51, 52 attached thereto, so that the pivoting movement of the support rail 40 is parallel to a through the rear profile 11, 12, 13 and the lateral profile 21, 22, 23 spanned level. A holding means, preferably a support rail 41, can also be fastened to the support rail 40, which can be used to hold gripping shells 42 or mounting plates for tools. For this purpose, the gripping trays 42 or the mounting plates are hung in a groove of the support rail 41 .

Dadurch liegt je eine Tragschiene 40 vorzugsweise parallel zu den hinteren Profilen 11, 12, 13.In figure 2 is a further embodiment of the carrier system 100 according to the invention in the pivoted-in state with the features shown in FIG figure 1 shown. It can be clearly seen here that the sliders 31 - 33 have been moved from a front position close to the first base 31 to a rear position close to the second base 32 . At the same time, the sliders 64 - 66 were moved close to the third stand 33 . As a result, one support rail 40 is preferably parallel to the rear profiles 11, 12, 13.

In figure 3 an ergonomically adjustable workplace is shown. The work station shows two carrier systems 100 figure 1 on. These are shown here in the swung out position. In this case, the carrier systems 100 are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another. The feet 32, 33 are in this embodiment extended to columns of the table structure 400 as well as columns of the lifting device 300. The lifting device 300 can be implemented using gas pressure springs (not shown), which allow the middle section to be continuously raised and lowered. Several lighting devices 410 for illuminating the work station can be arranged on the table structure 400 . The arrangement is preferably such that cast shadows are avoided. The workplace preferably has a table substructure 210 that can be designed to be height-adjustable.

The carrier system 100 or the ergonomically adjustable workplace with a carrier system 100 can be designed such that the center point of the support rail 40 lies at least partially on a circular path during the pivoting movement or describes at least part of a circular path. The circular path can lie in or parallel to the plane spanned by the first rear profile 11-13 and the first lateral profile 21-23.

In figure 4 the ergonomically adjustable workplace is off figure 3 shown. Here the carrier system 100 is in a pivoted-in state.

In figure 5 shows the gripping areas of a person 540 sitting on the edge of a table edge 530 at an assembly workstation. Gripping areas are horizontally or vertically defined areas that are required to reach an operating element with the hand or with the hand and arm. The gripping area related to a table top 200 can be divided into a two-handed zone 500, two one-handed zones 510 and two extended one-handed zones 520. A carrier system 100 according to the invention is also shown. In the form shown, the support rails 40 are pivoted in, which is why the gripping shells 42 are only partially or only at the edge in the one-hand zone 510 . In this state, the work station can be loaded with material or workpieces. In figure 6 is an arrangement according to figure 5 shown with pivoted mounting rails 40. As a result, the gripping shells 42 are located to a significantly greater extent in the one-hand zone 510, as a result of which the ergonomics of the workplace are increased and ergonomic work at the workplace is significantly simplified.

The sliding elements 67 engaging with the grooves 601 of the profile can be seen here. The H-shaped or T-shaped sliding elements 67 allow the mounting rail to be loaded both in terms of pressure and in terms of tension. The U-shaped profile 64 is connected to the sliding elements 67 via screws 602 . A stud 52 is attached to the U-shaped profiles 67, onto which the support rail 40 is placed and is preferably secured by a nut.

The strut profiles 600 can also have other external dimensions and groove geometries. A slider 65 is placed on the strut profile. The slider comprises a sliding element 67, which is inserted into the groove 601 of the strut profile, and a retaining element 68, which can be configured in a U-shape as shown. The groove 601 can be used to create a mechanical connection between the strut profile 600 and an in figure 7 to produce support rail 40 shown. On the one hand, this connection enables a resilient mechanical connection between the support rail 40 and the strut profile 600 and, on the other hand, a stepless displacement of the support rail 40 along the strut profile 600.

The gripping shell carrier 700 preferably comprises two handles 710, which are each fastened to a support rail 740 via a handle carrier 720. The support rail 740 has a first free end and a second free end. A handle support 720 is preferably arranged at the first free end and at the second free end of the support rail 740 in each case. The support rail 740 is thus preferably fastened between the handle supports 720, so that the handle supports 720 form an outer closure. The handle supports 720 are designed, for example, as profiled sheets and point perpendicularly away from the support rail 740 . The handle supports 720 preferably run almost parallel to the gripping shells 742. The support rail 740 preferably has a groove 741, into which the gripping shells 742 can engage, for example via a tongue. After the gripping trays 742 have been hung in the groove 741 of the mounting rail 740, their rear side preferably rests against the mounting rail 740 on the side facing the mounting rail 740, so that a stable fit is ensured.

Two fastening means 745 are preferably arranged on the support rail 740 of the grab tray support 700 . The fastening means 745 can be used so that the grab tray support 700 can be hung in a holding rail 750, for example of a shelf trolley 800 or an assembly workstation 100. For this purpose, the retaining rail 750 preferably has a groove 755 which accommodates the fastening means 745 . The holding rail 750 is preferably designed in such a way that the grab tray carrier 700 is held securely after it has been hung in the holding rail 750 .

The carrier system 100 is suitable for an ergonomically adjustable work station and can comprise a plurality of pivoting assemblies arranged one on top of the other. Each pivoting assembly comprises at least one rear profile 13 connected at an angle to a lateral profile 23 connected is. The individual pivot assemblies are preferably connected via feet 31, 33, so that the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23 lie in one plane. If the system is expanded, the additional pairings of rear and side profiles lie in a plane parallel to the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23. On the rear profiles 13 and on the side profiles 23 there is preferably a slider 63, 66 intended. The sliders 63, 66 are preferably movably mounted along the profiles 13, 23. Every two sliders 63, 66 can be regarded as a pair of sliders, one slider 66 being arranged on the at least one rear profile 13 and one slider 63 being provided on the at least one side profile 21. The two sliders of a pair of sliders 63, 66 are preferably each in one plane. On each pair of sliders 63, 66, a support rail 40 is preferably pivoted via stud bolts attached thereto, so that the pivoting movement of the support rail 40 is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23. A holding means, preferably a holding rail 750, into which the grab tray support 700 can be hung can also be attached to the support rail 40. For this purpose, the retaining rail 750 preferably has a groove 755, in which preferably two fastening means 745 of the grab tray support 700 can engage. The support rail 750 can be inclined away from the carrier system 100 at a specific angle via a spacer. This has the advantage that the grab tray carriers 700 do not have to be removed vertically from the holding rail 750 of the carrier system 100 . This prevents that when a grab tray carrier 700 is removed, grab trays 742 are unintentionally ejected from a grab tray carrier 700 arranged in a level above, so that their contents fall onto the floor.

Figur 11 zeigt ein TrƤgersystem 100 fĆ¼r einen ergonomisch einstellbaren Arbeitsplatz aus einer Draufsicht. figure 11 shows a carrier system 100 for an ergonomically adjustable workplace from a top view.

The shelving system 800 is arranged on the back 840 of the ergonomically adjustable workstation. Rear 840 means the rear, rear side of the workstation or support system. The Indian figure 12 visible distance 820 is only for better graphic representation. This distance is normally very small, for example in the range of a few mm or a few cm. The support system 100 is aligned with the shelving system 800. The shelving system 800 includes a frame 801, in which several shelf levels 810 are inserted. Each shelf level 810 includes a plurality of guide rails 811, which are preferably equipped with rollers. When equipped with rollers, the guide rail 811 acts as a roller level. The shelf levels 810 can be arranged horizontally in the frame 801. Preferably, the shelf levels 810 are inclined toward the support system 100 at an angle of up to 30 degrees from horizontal. The at least one shelf level 810 includes at least one stop 810 on the side facing the carrier system 100 . The shelf levels 810 can be designed in such a way that they are suitable for receiving at least one container 42, which is preferably designed as a grab tray. A plurality of parallel rows of containers 42 can preferably be accommodated in a shelf level 810 . The first container 42 directed towards the carrier system 100 can preferably be selectively removed from each of the parallel rows. After a container 42 has been removed, the remaining containers 42 are tracked via the guide rail 811 up to a stop 812 on the front side of the shelving system. The tracking is preferably implemented using pure gravity. The stop 812 prevents the containers 42 from falling out of the shelf system 800 in an uncontrolled manner. The individual rows of containers 42 in the at least one shelf level 810 can be separated from one another by separating webs in order to laterally guide the individual rows allow and simplify loading from the rear of the shelving system.

Die Anpassung der Hƶhenposition ermƶglicht eine vereinfachte Entnahme aus verschiedenen Regalebenen 810 des Regalsystems 800.the figure 13 shows the ergonomically adjustable workplace in a position with a different height. The adjustment of the height position enables simplified removal from different shelf levels 810 of the shelf system 800.

The first row of containers 42 was removed from the carrier system 100 for better illustration. An employee working at the workplace can bring the carrier system 100 into the swiveled-in state from the front 830 for refilling the containers 42 . The front 830 is the front side of the work station that usually faces the employee. This means that the carrier system 100 is pivoted to the rear position in the direction of the shelving system 800 (right carrier system). A filled container 42 can then be removed from the shelf system 800 or from the corresponding shelf level 810 by lifting the container 42 slightly and lifting it onto the carrier system 100 . The slight lifting of the container 42 in the shelf level 810 is necessary in order to overcome the stop 812. The container is then placed on the holding means 41 and the carrier system 100 can be pivoted back into the forward position.
