Abstract
The invention relates to an efficiently mountable carrier system and a shelving system (800) for an ergonomically adjustable workstation (100). The required grab container position can be determined by individual displacement of the support profiles (11-13, 21-23) by a person. This individual and simple adjustability allows the individual to work ergonomically correct and comfortable even with different body size and arm length. By a montage sequence-dependent placement of the gripping container (42) in the directions "from left to right" or vice versa, the assembly process can be specified specifically and thus errors can be avoided. The grip lengths required by the ergonomics, reasonable gripping angle of the arms, as well as the gripping process achieved with ease by the use of gripping tongues (special protection of the fingertips) prevent fatigue of the executing person and increase performance, motivation and quality.

The invention has for its object to design an efficiently equippable carrier system and a shelving system for an ergonomically adjustable workplace. The carrier system should grab trays, material boxes or other carriers can be ergonomically positioned in the workplace and can be efficiently equipped with a shelf system that can be attached to or pushed onto the back of the workstation. The arrangement should be additionally adjustable and adaptable to individual needs. Preferably, the workstation is adjustable in height so that the worker working at the workstation can reach the various shelving levels of the shelving system to replenish material.
This object is achieved by a device according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
The advantage of the invention is the avoidance of incriminating movements, an increase in the efficiency and motivation of the employee, as well as a decrease in the number of sick leave due to work-related absences. Another advantage of the invention lies in the improvement of the internal material flow. A re-placement of the workstations can be controlled, quickly and safely after the end of the shift or when changing the product through prepared material containers. During the shift work, the shelving system can be equipped with prepared material trolleys from the rear or the racking or order picking trolleys can be moved directly from the back to the workstation. This means that several workstations can be positioned directly next to one another without the space between the individual workplaces being required for material storage. Back means the back, back side of the workstation or vehicle system. The shelf system can be designed here as a fixed shelf or as a shelf or order picking. The shelving system comprises at least one shelf level. To load the carrier system, the employee working at the workplace can draw on containers of material from the shelf system adjacent to the carrier system, preferably without having to leave the workstation on the front side. The front is the front, usually the employee-facing side of the workplace. This approach significantly increases both productivity, flexibility and quality in manufacturing.
The ergonomic workplace also includes at least one carrier system that can be equipped efficiently. The carrier system may comprise a plurality of pivot assemblies. Each pivot assembly includes at least one rear profile that is connected at an angle to a side profile. In addition, the pivot assembly includes a support rail which is pivotally mounted on a first slider and on a second slider. The first slider is arranged movably on the rear profile and the second slider is arranged movably on the lateral profile, so that the pivoting movement of the mounting rail is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile and the lateral profile. The plane for the support rail or the pivoting movement preferably runs horizontally or parallel to a worktop or table top of the ergonomically adjustable workstation. The plane in which the pivoting movement is, may also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees relative to the table top or the worktop of the workplace. This can be realized by tilting the carrier system.
The profiles of the carrier system, as well as the shelving system of the ergonomically adjustable workplace can be designed as a strut profile made of aluminum. Preferably, a standard Bosch Rexroth profile can be used here. But it can also be used other materials, such as steel or alloys of different metals. For tasks in which no high holding force is necessary, constructions made of plastic are also possible. The strut profiles may have a rectangular outer contour. An external dimension of 40 mm Ć 40 mm is advantageous. The strut profiles can also have all other conceivable outer dimensions. In addition, the strut profiles may have at least one groove. Preferably, the grooves are located on the side surfaces and on the top and bottom. The grooves can be arranged approximately in the middle of the side surfaces and the top and bottom of the strut profiles. There are also other Nutenkonstellationen conceivable. In addition, due to the high stability of the strut profiles and the high breakout strength of the grooves present on the strut profiles, a secure attachment of heavy loads, such as a punch on the support rail or the support rail is made possible.
A slider comprises at least one retaining element and at least one sliding element. At least one slider can be placed on each of the profiles or each rear profile and each lateral profile. The slider can accordingly form a sliding bearing together with the profile. The slider may also be connected or supported via at least one ball bearing, preferably a linear bearing with a rear profile and / or lateral profile. The at least one retaining element may consist of a U-shaped profile. The U-shaped profile may have a material thickness of 1 mm - 10 mm and may preferably be made of sheet steel. But there are also other material thicknesses or materials conceivable. But it can also be simple holding elements are provided from a flat material. At least one sliding element, preferably made of Teflon, polyethylene or another plastic material, may be arranged between the at least one retaining element and the profile, whose retaining element bears against the profile. Alternatively, the use of ball bearings is possible.
Also sliding elements made of other plastics or metals are possible. Sliding elements made of Teflon have the advantage over ball bearings that they have a higher starting friction moment and thus the support rails do not move when removing workpieces or material. The swivel range of the mounting rail can be limited by the use of stoppers. To fall out of the sliding elements from the usually to the To prevent ends of open profiles, these can be completed with end caps.
At least one sliding element may be H-shaped or T-shaped. By this configuration, the sliding element can be arranged in the groove of the profile, that it is held in the groove and guided linearly and the part standing out of the groove can act as a spacer between the profile and the holding element as a spacer. At least one retaining element can be connected via rivets, screws or an adhesive connection with at least one sliding element. This may result in a mechanically stable connection between the groove, sliding element and retaining element. By this arrangement, the slider can be loaded on pressure and train, while it remains freely movable along the groove and can be moved.
ĆuĆerst vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 6 mm - 8 mm.At least one stay bolt can be provided on the retaining elements. A first end of the stud bolt can be welded to the holding element, screwed, glued or otherwise mechanically stable connected. The studs may be threaded on at least one second end. The support rail can be attached for attachment to the studs and can preferably be secured by a nut. The support rail may have at its ends for receiving the stud bolts. The bore diameter may preferably be in a range of 5mm-12mm. Most preferably in a range of 6 mm - 8 mm.
The displacement of the support rail can take place in or parallel to a plane of the plane defined by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile. The plane of the pivoting movement preferably runs horizontally or parallel to the worktop or table top of an ergonomically adjustable workstation. The plane can also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees with respect to the tabletop or worktop of the workstation. The Support rail can preferably be moved continuously, and thus allows a continuous adjustment of the position of the support rail in the gripping region of a person. The required gripping container position can determine the respective person by individually moving the support rail accordingly himself. This individual and simple positioning of the stock of material allows the person concerned ergonomically correct and comfortable work even with different body size and arm length. By mounting sequence dependent placement of the gripping container in the directions "from left to right" or vice versa, the assembly process can be specified specifically, resulting in a reduction of errors and thus to a reduction of reworking time. The gripping length required by the ergonomics, reasonable gripping angles, as well as the gripping process simplified by the use of gripping shells and gripping tongues (special protection of the fingertips) prevent eventual fatigue processes of the person and increase the efficiency and motivation in the workplace.
For receiving gripping shells or tool boxes, the mounting rail can have a suitable profile or it can be a retaining means, preferably a further additional profile, hereinafter called retaining rail, are provided on the mounting rail. The holding means can also be designed as angled construction. The construction can be made of flat materials or of profiles or of a combination of both. The provided on the support rail holding means or the support rail allows easy mounting and unmounting or parking and a lateral displacement and / or adjustment of grab trays or tool boxes. The mounting rail as well as the retaining rail can be designed as a profile or as a simple bar. The holding means or the retaining rail as well as the fastening means may also be designed as a tab and groove. Also, the retaining means and the fastening means may be configured as two interlocking lips. At the Support rail and / or on the support rail, at least one gripper support for receiving at least one container can be attached or attached.
The retaining rail or the retaining means can be fastened via sliding blocks or sliding elements on the mounting rail. By using optional quick-release fasteners, the entire retaining rail could be replaced in one go. Spacers may be arranged between the holding means and the mounting rail or the holding means, which are designed obliquely, so that the holding means is inclined at an angle from the mounting rail. Also, tilting of the mounting rail can be made possible by the use of an adjusting mechanism or by the use of spacer elements which can be placed on the stud bolts. This has the advantage that in the attached to the holding means gripping shells or tool boxes existing material automatically slides forward and the gripping shells can be better viewed.
The mechanical connection between the slider and mounting rail can be done as an alternative to the stud also rotatably mounted brackets or rotatable locking devices that engage in the grooves of the mounting rail.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the carrier system a plurality of pivot assemblies can be arranged one above the other. The pivot assemblies are arranged one above the other in parallel planes. The plane of the pivoting movement in this case preferably run horizontally or parallel to the worktop or table top of an ergonomically adjustable workstation. The plane can also be inclined at an angle of up to 45 degrees with respect to the tabletop or worktop of the workstation. The individual pivot assemblies can be arranged one above the other on stands. The mechanical connection between pedestal and swivel assembly can be done with screws, rivets, connectors, welds, notches or in be realized in any other way. The feet can be made of rigid profile pieces or adjustable in height. Preferably, the same profiles as for the mounting rail or the rear or side profiles can be used here.
The carrier system for an ergonomically adjustable workstation can be placed on, integrated into, or laterally mounted on a worktop or table top of a workstation. The planes of the pivoting movement of the pivot assemblies preferably run parallel to the table top of the workstation. The swivel planes (planes) may alternatively be inclined up to 45 degrees with respect to the table top of the workstation. The support system can also serve as a boundary for the table top or worktop. The interpretation of the carrier system can be done via recesses in the table or worktop. The workplace can be configured here with only one or a second mirror-symmetrically oriented carrier system. The worktop may have a conventional rectangular shape. The table edges can be rounded and also have a seat throat (rounding). It is also possible to use several carrier systems at one workstation, so that, for example, a carrier system is located on the left side of the worker and a carrier system on the right side of the worker.
The support system or the ergonomically adjustable workstation with a support system can be designed so that the center of the support rail during the pivoting movement is at least partially on a circular path or this describes at least one segment of a circular path. The circular path can lie in or parallel to the plane defined by the first rear profile and the first lateral profile.
The carrier system can be designed so that a gripper cup carrier can be used as a whole in this. The grab cup carrier can be designed that way be that it can be carried comfortably by a person. It preferably comprises a mounting rail, which is suitable for receiving at least one material box or a gripping tray or a tool carrier. The mounting rail has a first free end and a second free end and may be straight or curved. The support rail may preferably have a groove into which can engage the transport boxes or gripping shells holding elements. Additionally, the toolbox or tool carrier system includes at least one handle for lifting the toolbox or tool carrier system. The at least one handle can be mounted centrally on the mounting rail. Alternatively, in each case a handle can be arranged on the first free end and on the second free end of the support rail. Alternatively, the material boxes can be attached to the mounting rail via latching systems to prevent accidental falling out of the mounting rail. The material boxes are preferably designed as gripping shells. Alternatively, tool carriers can also be used for punching or drilling machines, for example.
The at least one handle may additionally have a locking device, so that the tool box or tool carrier system can be hung in the carrier system or alternatively a trolley and locked there. Preferably, the handles are fastened via mounting elements to the first end of the support rail and to the second end of the support rail. The mounting elements can be designed as angled sheets or blocks of plastic. The handles or the mounting elements preferably extend at right angles away from the mounting rail and approximately parallel to the material boxes. By this arrangement, the material boxes between the handles or the associated mounting elements and protect the material boxes from being lifted by a shock from the mounting rail.
Under the worktop can be mounted a rigid substructure or a substructure with height adjustment. The height adjustment can be realized by means of two or four electric lifting columns. The number of lifting columns depends on the lifting weights to be carried. The adjustment can be up to 410 mm and can be adjusted continuously. A height adjustment function allows a variation between standing and sitting in the workplace. As a result, the workstation can be used in a multifunctional manner and adjusted to each of the order picking or material trolley rows behind the workstation. In addition, the workplace can also be used, for example, as a meeting table in the presence of several people without the use of chairs.
On, on or integrated into the worktop can be a table structure available. The table structure can also serve as a replacement for the feet. The table structure may have a lifting device for raising and / or lowering the table structure. The lifting device can be designed so that it is infinitely adjustable via gas springs or cables or via an electrical adjustment mechanism. The lifting device can be configured so that there is a support rail or retaining rail on it, to which also gripping shells can be attached. Accordingly, the workstation may be configured so that the lift is in an upper position and left and right support systems are in the pivoted state when no material is needed. If material is needed, the carrier systems are swung out and the lifting device is brought into a lower position so that it can take the place between the two carrier systems.
On the table structure lighting devices can be attached. Preferably, this LED lights are used. The LED lighting may consist of a ceiling light as well as two right and left, on the Working point exactly focused additional lights be constructed. As a result, drop shadows are prevented and gives the eye a bright and fatigue-poor image. The two focusable side lights can be adjusted by people at work start. All three LED lights can be controlled by a sensor, so that the workplace is illuminated only when the busy person is there or in addition to existing daylight always a constant level of illumination is enabled by a dynamic control of LED lighting. This means on the one hand electricity savings, and on the other hand, a heating of the workplace, as is the case with other working lights, avoided.
The efficiently mountable carrier system may additionally include a shelving system. The shelving system is preferably arranged on the back of the carrier system. Back means the back, back side of the workstation or vehicle system. The shelving system comprises a frame in which at least one shelving level is inserted. Each shelf level comprises at least one guide rail, which may preferably be equipped with rollers. Alternatively, the guide rail can be made of different plastics with good sliding properties or as a profile guide. When equipped with rollers, the guide rail acts as a roller plane. The shelf levels can be arranged horizontally in the shelf frame. Preferably, the shelf levels are inclined at an angle of up to 30 degrees relative to the horizontal to the ergonomically adjustable workstation. Each shelf level still has at least one stop on the side facing the ergonomically adjustable workstation. The at least one shelf level can be designed so that it is designed to accommodate at least one container, which is preferably designed as a gripping dish. Preferably, a plurality of parallel lines can be received in containers in a rack level. From each of the parallel lines preferably the first directed to the ergonomically adjustable workplace container can be selectively removed. After removal of a container The remaining containers are tracked over the guide rail up to the stop on the front side of the shelving system. The stop prevents uncontrolled falling out of the container. The individual lines of containers in the at least one shelf level can be separated from each other by dividers to allow lateral guidance of the individual lines.
In an alternative embodiment, the stop can be designed so that when the carrier system is moved to a rear position, the stop corresponding to the corresponding level is automatically lowered and a container is independently tracked to the corresponding holding means of the carrier system.
