Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a human body exerciser as defined in claim 1.
  • training bands which have a plurality of loops, which serve as a handle for the athlete. From the FR 2 680 977 A1 If such a training device is already known.
  • the training device consists of an elastic band, which is turned over in the middle, so that two superposed band-shaped elastic elements are formed. The elastic elements are sewn together at a distance of 10 cm, thereby forming loops that serve as a handle.
  • the training device consists of several sections, wherein two sections of band-shaped, elastic elements, each with an adjusting element, are formed, a portion of a band-shaped, karstabilen stabilizing element is formed with a slider, and four sections are formed of metal.
  • the generic training devices or sports bands can be grasped by the athlete at different points and / or fixed to the athlete to perform different exercises.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object, a training device for the human body in such a way and further develop that is possible with structurally simple means that the training device of people of different stature is multifunctional usable.
  • a training device is given, with superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements and at least one band-shaped, tensile stable stabilizing element, wherein the elastic elements are partially connected to each other to form at least two loops, wherein at least one adjusting element on at least one elastic element and / or a stabilizing element is formed in order to change the size of at least one of the loops and / or the length of the training device.
  • the underlying object can be achieved by forming an adjusting element on at least one of the elastic elements in a surprisingly simple manner, wherein preferably two elastic elements can run one above the other.
  • the "size" of the loop is to be understood as meaning its extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the elastic elements.
  • the "size" of the loop between 8 cm and 80 cm, in particular between 10 cm to 50 cm, preferably between 20 cm and 40 cm, can be changed via the adjusting element.
  • an increase in the loop may serve to serve not merely as a handle, but as an engagement for a leg, an arm, the shoulder, the body, or the head.
  • the training device can be adapted to the stature of the athlete and also allows you to perform a variety of different exercises.
  • the training device opposes the movement of the exerciser, especially if the training device in everyday life, at work or during the sport is used. It can therefore resistances during a Movement occur, amplify and / or reduce extremely easily.
  • the training device during the execution of the exercises is much better applied to the body, slipping is thus avoided.
  • An adjusting element is arranged on the stabilizing element, and thus the length of the training device, namely the stabilizing element, can be adapted in a particularly simple manner via this.
  • a plurality of stabilizing elements may be provided, which are arranged, for example, symmetrically on the training device. Consequently, an adjusting element may be formed exclusively on the elastic elements or exclusively on the stabilizing element or in each case at least one adjusting element on the stabilizing element and on the elastic elements.
  • the adjusting element is formed on the stabilizing element in order to prevent slippage of the training device on the body and at the same time the length of the training device, i. of the stabilizing element, to be able to adapt to the athlete individually.
  • the exercise device according to the invention can thus be fixed on and around the body of the athlete or created to perform different exercises. Specifically, the exerciser exerts a pressure on the body that biases the musculature, forcing the muscles to respond to this preload.
  • the implementable by the training device according to the invention special investment techniques, for example, around the extremities and the entire rib cage and neck, allow direct access to a malposition of the body structure and ideal posture during a static posture (sitting or quiet) and / or one dynamic movement (any form of exercise in everyday life or sport). Due to the constant pressure of the elastic elements on the body or the extremities a constant balancing of the movement of the athlete is ensured by the training device according to the invention.
  • the training device can be seen as an externally applied to the skin muscles or visible reflection of the muscles. While performing the exercises, the entire musculature that is involved in a movement is interconnected, allowing a guided and controlled movement is guaranteed across the joints. This leads to a greatly improved coordination of movements in all areas of life, namely an improved and simultaneous connection of all extremities (arms and / or legs) with the body. As a result, the self-control is increased to control misalignments in a movement and thus effectively avoid.
  • a further advantage of the invention is that a change or pressure in the joints is realized by the band applied around the body, in particular during the execution of a movement. This requires a controlled joint guidance, namely to perform the movement and control.
  • the band-shaped elastic member may be in the form of a band, i. as a flat woven fabric or textile fabric may be formed. Furthermore, it may be solid material made of plastic, which is correspondingly flat.
  • the term "elastic” is to be understood in the broadest sense, namely comprises linear-elastic behavior and non-linear-elastic behavior.
  • the band-shaped elements are arranged relative to one another in such a way that the flat sides of the elements point towards one another, ie the elements "run over one another".
  • the superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements may be formed by a single band which is beaten on itself and thereby forms the elastic elements.
  • the elastic elements may have a width of 2 cm to 10 cm, preferably 3 cm to 6 cm.
  • the elastic elements may have a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably from 2.0 mm to 3.5 mm.
  • the entire exerciser may have a length of 75 cm to 350 cm, preferably 100 cm to 280 cm.
  • the band-shaped, tension-stable stabilizing element may be formed as a webbing or any other band, for example consisting of polyamide fibers (nylon tape). In particular, it may be a strong, band-shaped fabric, for example of textiles or plastic.
  • the term "tensile stable" is to be understood to mean that the stabilizing element is in use the training device does not or only slightly changed its length, namely in contrast to the elastic elements.
  • a plurality of adjusting elements are arranged to change the size of different loops and / or the length of one or more tensile stabilizing elements.
  • the training device may have any number of loops, for example. Two to 16, in particular four to ten, preferably eight loops. Due to the formation of several adjusting elements, the size of some or all loops and / or stabilizing elements can be changed, so that the training device is extremely variable and thus multifunctional.
  • the adjusting element is designed as a slider - for example. Belt slider, locking slide or tape slider - and / or as a clamp.
  • a particular advantage of the realization of the adjusting element as a slide is the additional effect that the length of the training device and the resistance caused by the training device is variable by a displacement of the slider.
  • a slider on a particularly simple and robust construction A particularly convenient embodiment of the training device can be realized if the adjusting element, in particular a slider, is convex, so that the adjusting element "takes up" the shape of the body and pressure points are avoided during wear of the training device.
  • the adjusting element may be formed as an elastic ring.
  • This may be, for example, a rubber ring or other elastic plastic, which is slid over the training device, thus changing the number and / or size of the loops.
  • a rubber ring or other elastic plastic which is slid over the training device, thus changing the number and / or size of the loops.
  • the term "ring” is to be understood in the broadest sense, namely, describes a body having a passage to be pushed over the training device. Due to the elasticity and dimensioning of the elastic ring a secure connection with the training device is achieved.
  • the adjusting element can be realized as a corresponding locking means.
  • corresponding parts of a push button may be formed on the inside of the elastic elements and / or of a beaten over stabilizing element, so that the size and / or the number of loops or the length of the stabilizing element is variable.
  • differently configured adjusting elements are present, for example, a slider and / or a clamp and / or an elastic ring and mutually corresponding - in particular adjustable - closure means.
  • the training device may be formed from any number of sections, which are releasably connected by coupling elements and / or inseparable.
  • the training device comprises at least two loops and additionally five sections, wherein three sections are each formed of superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements and the two other sections each have a band-shaped, tensile stable stabilization element with a slider as adjusting.
  • the permanent coupling element may be formed as an eye, double eyelet and / or seam.
  • the coupling element is produced by interweaving the elastic elements or an elastic element with a stabilizing element and / or by gluing the elastic elements or an elastic element with a stabilizing element.
  • an eyelet or double eyelet as Coupling element and a slide as adjusting is realized in a structurally simple way a length adjustability of the training device.
  • the coupling element may be formed as a button, click fastener, buckle and / or Velcro or the like.
  • the training device may also have a combination of these coupling elements.
  • the coupling element as a button this can be realized in a particularly advantageous manner as a push button.
  • a simple and robust construction can be achieved by at least one of the sections consists of a single band-shaped, elastic element and / or of a single band-shaped tensile stable Stabilils istselement which is at least partially turned over.
  • the band or elastic element or the stabilizing element for example, beaten centrally around itself and the mutually parallel portions of the band or the elastic element or the stabilizing element - preferably at the two ends - connected to each other - in particular sewn and / or interwoven - be.
  • the single band or band-shaped, elastic element or the stabilizing element can pass through an eyelet or double eyelet and be beaten about this itself.
  • the adjusting element can be designed as a slide, so that the part of the elastic element or of the stabilizing element between slider and eyelet is beaten over itself, thus one above the other runs (a Schlauffe forms) and the other part of the elastic element or stabilizing element is simply present ,
  • This realization is characterized by a particularly simple, robust construction, which is "extremely comfortable” to carry by the athlete, without the adjustment or the eyelet or double eyelet hinder the athlete in the execution of the exercises.
  • mutually corresponding closing means can be arranged at both ends of the training device.
  • the exerciser can be closed in a circle, which allows the implementation of a variety of additional exercises.
  • Another advantage is that through the "circle” or “ring” partner exercises are feasible (eg in physiotherapy, in physiotherapy, in couples sports such as dancing or figure skating, in ball sports such as golf or tennis).
  • a coupling device is formed.
  • the coupling device may be, for example, a part of a click fastener and / or hook and loop fastener and / or a pushbutton, etc.
  • a plurality of training devices can be combined with each other and / or external devices - for example, handles, etc. - can be coupled to the training device.
  • partner exercises can be carried out by combining the training devices of two athletes.
  • At least two loops can be realized by sewing, weaving and / or gluing the elastic elements and thus have a fixed predetermined size. It is also conceivable that at least two of the loops of predetermined size have a different size.
  • the smaller loops may serve as a handle and / or foot handle, whereas the larger loops serve to secure the exerciser around the extremities such as legs and arms as well as around the shoulders, neck and body as such.
  • the "smaller loop” may have a size or length of 8 cm to 20 cm, preferably 10 cm to 15 cm and the "larger loop” a size or length of 15 cm to 80 cm, preferably 20 cm up to 25 cm.
  • any number of “smaller loops” and “larger loops” may be formed on the exerciser. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the sequence of large and small loops and possibly the stabilizing elements does not take place symmetrically over the training device. Such an embodiment has the advantage that the training device can be arranged, for example, on one arm, the hip and one leg of the exerciser in order, for example, to exercise a swinging movement.
  • these can as a click fastener or buckle, Velcro and / or button -
  • push button - be formed.
  • At least one of the band-shaped, elastic elements and / or the stabilizing elements has a padding in order to reduce the tension on the extremities or the body.
  • the padding can be formed for example by a trimming with a soft material and / or by a pillow, in particular a gel pad.

Description

The present invention relates to a human body exerciser as defined in claim 1.

Devices in which muscular force must be applied against a spring force exerted by a stretchable element have been known from practice for years. This is, for example, an expander, in particular for performing expander-like exercises.

Furthermore, training bands are known which have a plurality of loops, which serve as a handle for the athlete. From the FR 2 680 977 A1 If such a training device is already known. The training device consists of an elastic band, which is turned over in the middle, so that two superposed band-shaped elastic elements are formed. The elastic elements are sewn together at a distance of 10 cm, thereby forming loops that serve as a handle.

From the US1706654 For example, there is known a human body exerciser which discloses the features of the preamble of claim 1. The training device consists of several sections, wherein two sections of band-shaped, elastic elements, each with an adjusting element, are formed, a portion of a band-shaped, zugstabilen stabilizing element is formed with a slider, and four sections are formed of metal.

The generic training devices or sports bands can be grasped by the athlete at different points and / or fixed to the athlete to perform different exercises.

In the known exercise equipment, however, is problematic that this is only suitable for athletes of a certain size or stature. If the stature of the exerciser deviates from this, a correspondingly larger or smaller trained training band should be used. Furthermore, it is problematic that only a relatively small number of different exercises with the known training device is executable and that the training device is only suitable for exercises with the extremities (arms and legs).

The present invention is therefore based on the object, a training device for the human body in such a way and further develop that is possible with structurally simple means that the training device of people of different stature is multifunctional usable.

According to the invention the above object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Thereafter, a training device is given, with superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements and at least one band-shaped, tensile stable stabilizing element, wherein the elastic elements are partially connected to each other to form at least two loops, wherein at least one adjusting element on at least one elastic element and / or a stabilizing element is formed in order to change the size of at least one of the loops and / or the length of the training device.

In accordance with the invention, it has been recognized that the underlying object can be achieved by forming an adjusting element on at least one of the elastic elements in a surprisingly simple manner, wherein preferably two elastic elements can run one above the other. By adjusting the size of at least one of the loops and / or the length of the stabilizing element and thus of the training device can be changed, namely according to the stature of the athlete and / or the exercise to be performed. Here, the "size" of the loop is to be understood as meaning its extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the elastic elements. In concrete terms, it is conceivable that the "size" of the loop between 8 cm and 80 cm, in particular between 10 cm to 50 cm, preferably between 20 cm and 40 cm, can be changed via the adjusting element. For example, an increase in the loop may serve to serve not merely as a handle, but as an engagement for a leg, an arm, the shoulder, the body, or the head. Thus, the training device can be adapted to the stature of the athlete and also allows you to perform a variety of different exercises. In a further inventive manner has been recognized that by adjusting the size of the loop by means of the adjustment also a change or regulation of resistance is possible, the training device opposes the movement of the exerciser, especially if the training device in everyday life, at work or during the sport is used. It can therefore resistances during a Movement occur, amplify and / or reduce extremely easily. Furthermore, it has been recognized that by the realization of at least one band-shaped, tensile stable stabilization element, the training device during the execution of the exercises is much better applied to the body, slipping is thus avoided. An adjusting element is arranged on the stabilizing element, and thus the length of the training device, namely the stabilizing element, can be adapted in a particularly simple manner via this.

Furthermore, a plurality of stabilizing elements may be provided, which are arranged, for example, symmetrically on the training device. Consequently, an adjusting element may be formed exclusively on the elastic elements or exclusively on the stabilizing element or in each case at least one adjusting element on the stabilizing element and on the elastic elements. However, it is advantageous that the adjusting element is formed on the stabilizing element in order to prevent slippage of the training device on the body and at the same time the length of the training device, i. of the stabilizing element, to be able to adapt to the athlete individually.

The exercise device according to the invention can thus be fixed on and around the body of the athlete or created to perform different exercises. Specifically, the exerciser exerts a pressure on the body that biases the musculature, forcing the muscles to respond to this preload. The implementable by the training device according to the invention, special investment techniques, for example, around the extremities and the entire rib cage and neck, allow direct access to a malposition of the body structure and ideal posture during a static posture (sitting or quiet) and / or one dynamic movement (any form of exercise in everyday life or sport). Due to the constant pressure of the elastic elements on the body or the extremities a constant balancing of the movement of the athlete is ensured by the training device according to the invention. The training device according to the invention can be seen as an externally applied to the skin muscles or visible reflection of the muscles. A further advantage of the invention is that a change or pressure in the joints is realized by the band applied around the body, in particular during the execution of a movement. This requires a controlled joint guidance, namely to perform the movement and control.

The band-shaped elastic member may be in the form of a band, i. as a flat woven fabric or textile fabric may be formed. Furthermore, it may be solid material made of plastic, which is correspondingly flat. The term "elastic" is to be understood in the broadest sense, namely comprises linear-elastic behavior and non-linear-elastic behavior. Furthermore, it should be pointed out that the band-shaped elements are arranged relative to one another in such a way that the flat sides of the elements point towards one another, ie the elements "run over one another". The superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements may be formed by a single band which is beaten on itself and thereby forms the elastic elements. In order to ideally adapt the exercise device to the musculature of a human body, the elastic elements may have a width of 2 cm to 10 cm, preferably 3 cm to 6 cm. Alternatively or additionally, the elastic elements may have a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably from 2.0 mm to 3.5 mm. The entire exerciser may have a length of 75 cm to 350 cm, preferably 100 cm to 280 cm. As a result, the exercise device can be applied to the body in such a way that the musculature is brought under pretension, which results in a special training effect.

The band-shaped, tension-stable stabilizing element may be formed as a webbing or any other band, for example consisting of polyamide fibers (nylon tape). In particular, it may be a strong, band-shaped fabric, for example of textiles or plastic. The term "tensile stable" is to be understood to mean that the stabilizing element is in use the training device does not or only slightly changed its length, namely in contrast to the elastic elements.

Advantageously, a plurality of adjusting elements are arranged to change the size of different loops and / or the length of one or more tensile stabilizing elements. In this case, the training device may have any number of loops, for example. Two to 16, in particular four to ten, preferably eight loops. Due to the formation of several adjusting elements, the size of some or all loops and / or stabilizing elements can be changed, so that the training device is extremely variable and thus multifunctional.

Furthermore, it is conceivable that the adjusting element is designed as a slider - for example. Belt slider, locking slide or tape slider - and / or as a clamp. A particular advantage of the realization of the adjusting element as a slide is the additional effect that the length of the training device and the resistance caused by the training device is variable by a displacement of the slider. Furthermore, a slider on a particularly simple and robust construction. A particularly convenient embodiment of the training device can be realized if the adjusting element, in particular a slider, is convex, so that the adjusting element "takes up" the shape of the body and pressure points are avoided during wear of the training device. Alternatively or additionally, the adjusting element may be formed as an elastic ring. This may be, for example, a rubber ring or other elastic plastic, which is slid over the training device, thus changing the number and / or size of the loops. As a result of the elasticity of the ring, it also rests firmly against the elastic elements or the stabilizing element during the use of the training device. The term "ring" is to be understood in the broadest sense, namely, describes a body having a passage to be pushed over the training device. Due to the elasticity and dimensioning of the elastic ring a secure connection with the training device is achieved.

Alternatively or additionally, the adjusting element can be realized as a corresponding locking means. For example, corresponding parts of a push button may be formed on the inside of the elastic elements and / or of a beaten over stabilizing element, so that the size and / or the number of loops or the length of the stabilizing element is variable. Furthermore, it is conceivable that on a single training device differently configured adjusting elements are present, for example, a slider and / or a clamp and / or an elastic ring and mutually corresponding - in particular adjustable - closure means.

To be able to use the training device even more versatile, at least two sections may be formed, each having at least one loop and / or at least one stabilizing element resistant to tension and are detachably or permanently connected to each other via a coupling element. Specifically, the training device may be formed from any number of sections, which are releasably connected by coupling elements and / or inseparable. In accordance with the invention, the training device comprises at least two loops and additionally five sections, wherein three sections are each formed of superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements and the two other sections each have a band-shaped, tensile stable stabilization element with a slider as adjusting. Due to this modular design of the training device, individual sections can be exchanged or supplemented, so that the structure of the training device and its size are variable. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the material or the geometry of the elastic elements or of the stabilizing elements of the individual detachable or non-detachable sections differs, the elastic elements or the stabilizing elements, for example, are formed differently wide and / or thick.

Advantageously, the permanent coupling element may be formed as an eye, double eyelet and / or seam. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable that the coupling element is produced by interweaving the elastic elements or an elastic element with a stabilizing element and / or by gluing the elastic elements or an elastic element with a stabilizing element. In particular, by the combination of an eyelet or double eyelet as Coupling element and a slide as adjusting is realized in a structurally simple way a length adjustability of the training device.

To releasably connect the sections with each other, the coupling element may be formed as a button, click fastener, buckle and / or Velcro or the like. The training device may also have a combination of these coupling elements. In a realization of the coupling element as a button this can be realized in a particularly advantageous manner as a push button.

A simple and robust construction can be achieved by at least one of the sections consists of a single band-shaped, elastic element and / or of a single band-shaped tensile stable Stabililsierungselement which is at least partially turned over. In this case, the band or elastic element or the stabilizing element, for example, beaten centrally around itself and the mutually parallel portions of the band or the elastic element or the stabilizing element - preferably at the two ends - connected to each other - in particular sewn and / or interwoven - be. In a particularly advantageous manner, the single band or band-shaped, elastic element or the stabilizing element can pass through an eyelet or double eyelet and be beaten about this itself. In addition, the adjusting element can be designed as a slide, so that the part of the elastic element or of the stabilizing element between slider and eyelet is beaten over itself, thus one above the other runs (a Schlauffe forms) and the other part of the elastic element or stabilizing element is simply present , This realization is characterized by a particularly simple, robust construction, which is "extremely comfortable" to carry by the athlete, without the adjustment or the eyelet or double eyelet hinder the athlete in the execution of the exercises.

In a further advantageous manner, mutually corresponding closing means can be arranged at both ends of the training device. As a result, the exerciser can be closed in a circle, which allows the implementation of a variety of additional exercises. For example, this "circle" or "ring" on an external holding device, in particular a post, a wall bars, etc., are set. Another advantage is that through the "circle" or "ring" partner exercises are feasible (eg in physiotherapy, in physiotherapy, in couples sports such as dancing or figure skating, in ball sports such as golf or tennis).

Furthermore, it is conceivable that at least one end of the training device, preferably at both ends, a coupling device is formed. The coupling device may be, for example, a part of a click fastener and / or hook and loop fastener and / or a pushbutton, etc. As a result, a plurality of training devices can be combined with each other and / or external devices - for example, handles, etc. - can be coupled to the training device. Thus, for example, partner exercises can be carried out by combining the training devices of two athletes.

In a particularly advantageous manner, at least two loops can be realized by sewing, weaving and / or gluing the elastic elements and thus have a fixed predetermined size. It is also conceivable that at least two of the loops of predetermined size have a different size. For example, the smaller loops may serve as a handle and / or foot handle, whereas the larger loops serve to secure the exerciser around the extremities such as legs and arms as well as around the shoulders, neck and body as such. Concretely, the "smaller loop" may have a size or length of 8 cm to 20 cm, preferably 10 cm to 15 cm and the "larger loop" a size or length of 15 cm to 80 cm, preferably 20 cm up to 25 cm. Any number of "smaller loops" and "larger loops" may be formed on the exerciser.

In order to ensure that serving as adjusting closure means and / or arranged at the ends of the training device closure means are designed to be as simple as possible and not hinder the athlete in performing the exercises, these can as a click fastener or buckle, Velcro and / or button - For example, push button - be formed.

Furthermore, it is conceivable that at least one of the band-shaped, elastic elements and / or the stabilizing elements has a padding in order to reduce the tension on the extremities or the body. The padding can be formed for example by a trimming with a soft material and / or by a pillow, in particular a gel pad. Alternatively or additionally, a lettering or color coding may be formed on the band-shaped, elastic elements and / or the stabilization elements in order to simplify handling, namely to be able to name the individual loops and / or sections.

In a further advantageous manner, the training device may have a belt, to which at least one elastic element and / or at least one stabilizing element can be coupled. By way of example, the connection can take place by means of corresponding coupling means arranged on the belt and the elastic element or the stabilizing element, in particular via a click fastener, a hook-and-loop fastener, one or more pushbuttons, a buckle, etc. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable that the belt should be replaced by a belt guided by the elastic elements loop is guided and / or is guided by a loop formed by a stabilizing element in order to realize the connection.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an example of a training device in a side view. The training device comprises superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements 1. For clarity, are in Fig. 1 such as in the following figures, only some of the elastic elements 1 provided with a reference numeral.

The elastic elements 1 are partially connected to each other and thus form loops 2. Furthermore, 1 adjusting elements 3 are formed on some of the elastic elements over which the size of the associated loops 2 is adjustable. In the embodiment shown here, the adjusting elements 3 are realized as a slide 4.

Furthermore, it is off Fig. 1 recognizable that the training device eight sections 5, 5 ', which are interconnected via coupling elements 6. As a coupling element 6 is a seam 7 and double eyelets 8. At this point, it should be expressly noted that the coupling elements 6 may also be formed such that the sections 5, 5 'are detachable from each other.

At the in Fig. 1 arranged at the upper left end portion 5 ', the elastic elements 1 are connected to each other via a seam 7, so that the loops 2 have a fixed length. It can be clearly seen that one of the loops 2 is formed substantially larger than the other loops 2 of this section 5 '. The larger loop 2 may serve, for example, as an engagement for a leg, an arm, the shoulder, the neck, the body or the head.

Fig. 2 shows in a schematic representation of the training device Fig. 1 in a side view. To avoid repetition is to the above statements Fig. 1 referenced, the analogous for Fig. 2 be valid.

In the Figures 3 . 4 and 5 is in each case a section of the training device according to Fig. 1 shown in different views. It can clearly be seen that the sections 5 are connected to each other via a double eyelet 8. Furthermore, serving as an adjusting element 3 slide 4 is shown, through which the size of the loop 2 and thus the length and the resistance of the training device is adaptable.

Fig. 6 shows in a schematic representation of another section of the training device Fig. 1 in a supervision. In this case, a bracket 9 is shown as adjusting 3, which is fixed at any point of the training device and thus allows the adjustability of the size of the loops 2, namely by the elastic elements 1 are firmly connected together when the clip 9 is closed.

Fig. 7 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of an adjusting element 3 of a training device according to the invention. The adjusting element 3 is designed as a slide 4. The slider 4 is used to change the size of an in Fig. 7 not shown loop 2.

Fig. 8 shows a schematic representation of a second example of a training device in a side view. The training device comprises superimposed band-shaped, elastic elements 1. The elastic elements 1 are partially connected to each other and thereby form loops. 2

Furthermore, a total of three sections 5, 5 ', 5 "are provided, which are connected to one another via coupling elements 6. The coupling elements 6 are each designed as an eyelet 10. The first section 5 has a single loop 2. The loop 2 is characterized by a formed by the loop 10 and passed over the loop 10. The ends of the strip or elastic element 1 are connected to each other by a seam 7. The second section 5 'is also formed by a single piece The loop or elastic element 1, which is guided through an eyelet 10 and is folded over itself, is realized, The loop 2 present in the second section 5 can be changed in size by the adjusting element 3 designed as a slide 4. Furthermore, the section 5 'an area, in which only a single elastic element 1' extends in the longitudinal direction of the training device. The length of this elastic Ele Mentes 1 'is variable by the slider 4.

The third section 5 "has a total of three loops 2 of different sizes, and the loops 2 are formed by a single elastic element 2 which runs through the loop 10 and has seams 7 in certain regions in order to realize the loops 2.

Fig. 9 shows a schematic representation of a section of the training device Figure 8 in a perspective view. It is shown again enlarged that the adjusting element 3 is realized as a slide 4, which serves to change the size of the loop 2. To avoid repetition, the description of Fig. 8 directed.

Fig. 10 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a training device according to the invention in a plan view. The training device comprises five sections 5 ', 5 ", 5"', 5 "", 5 ""'which are interconnected via coupling elements 6. The sections 5 ', 5 "', 5"'' have a resilient element 1 folded over itself, wherein only the upper part of the elastic element 1 is visible due to the plan view connected or sewn, so that a plurality of loops 2, 2 'are formed. "The sections 5", 5 "" each comprise a band-shaped, tension-stable stabilizing element 11.

The loops 2 'are smaller than the loops 2. The first section 5' is connected to the stabilizing element 11 "of the second section 5" via a seam 7 serving as a coupling element 6. The stabilizing element 11 comprises a slider 4 as an adjusting element 3. The stabilizing element 11 passes through an eyelet 10 and is thus partially beaten over itself, namely between the slide 4 and the eyelet 10. In the area between the seam 7 and the slide 4, the stabilizing element 11 is simply present, is thus not beaten on itself Via the slide 4, the length of the stabilizing element 11 and thus the length of the training device is changeable

With the eyelet 3, the second section 5 "is connected to the third section 5"', which has elastic elements 1. The elastic elements 1 form in the third section 5 three loops 2, 2 '. The loops 2 'are smaller than the loops 2 are formed. The larger loops 2 have at rest, for example, a length of about 15 cm to 80 cm, the smaller loops have at rest, for example, a length of about 8 cm to 20 cm. This has the advantage that the athlete can insert an arm and / or a leg through the larger loops 2 and the smaller loop 2 'runs at his back or between his legs. This allows the training device for different exercises on the body set. The above-mentioned dimensions of the large loop 2 and the small loop 2 'can also be realized by the loops 2, 2' of the first and fifth sections 5 ', 5 ""'.

The third section 5 "'is connected to the fourth section 5" "via a further eyelet 10, which is formed by a stabilizing element 11. The stabilizing element 11 runs through the eyelet 10 and has a slide 4 as an adjusting element 3. Thus, this is Stabilizing element 11 in the area between slide 4 and eyelet 10 beaten over itself.

The stabilizing element 11 of the fourth section 5 "" is connected by a seam 7 to the fifth section 5 "" 'and is in the area between the slider 4 and the seam 7 only simply. The fifth section 5 "" 'comprises elastic elements 1, which form a total of four loops 2, 2', wherein the loops 2 'are smaller than the loops 2.

This embodiment has the advantage that the adjusting elements 3 or slide 4 are formed exclusively on the stabilizing elements 11, whereby the training device can be applied particularly securely to the human body and does not slip, since the stabilizing elements 11 run securely in the eyelets 7, so that the eyelets 7 do not slip. Due to the symmetrical design of the training device this can be applied in a variety of positions on the body, so that different exercises can be performed. It is conceivable that further adjusting elements 3 are also provided on the elastic elements 1, in particular elastic rings. Furthermore, the number of loops 2, 2 'in the individual sections 5', 5 ", 5 '", 5 "", 5 ""' and the number and configuration of the sections 5 ', 5 ", 5'", 5 "", 5 ""'be implemented differently, for example, only one of the sections 5', 5 ", 5 '", 5 "", 5 ""' have a stabilizing element 11.
