Description

The invention relates to a piece of sports equipment for training people, at least comprising: a lying unit of at least two lying elements to be arranged side by side, which form a lying surface for the exercising person, at least one stretchable training element which can be fixed to the side of the lying unit for training, and at least one fixing unit for releasably fixing the at least one training element to the bed unit.

With a stretchable training element such as an exercise band or latex band as a sports device, you can train very many different muscles or muscle groups in numerous different exercises. For example, there are exercises for the back as well as for arm, leg, buttock and shoulder muscles, etc. From the individual areas, very specific muscle groups can in turn be targeted. Such training devices or latex straps can be used in a very targeted manner and also train coordination.

These bands are available as a ring-shaped version such as the so-called "Deuser band" and as a simple band, the more common variant. With the help of clips or the like, a closed band can be produced from the simple band. This further expands the spectrum of accessible muscle groups.

The so-called "deuser band" is usually a ring-shaped, closed, relatively thick band made of rubber for training the muscles and is used, for example, in the DE 1 949 617 described.

For some exercises with these bands, the person to be trained lies on a bed / lying surface or on the floor / mat, for example a soft gymnastics or sleeping mat, and lifts or stretches the parts of the body to be trained accordingly. Here, the band generates a counterforce to increase the training effect.

So far, for example, when doing exercises for the buttocks and / or legs and / or stomach, the band (closed or open) has been placed around the body, especially in the pelvic area, and held in place with the hands placed on the floor or the lying surface. For the exercise, the pelvic area is now alternately raised and lowered several times. When lifting, a corresponding arm force must be applied, which is counteracted by the tensile force of the belt. The band is mostly arranged on both sides or left and right laterally on / next to the body, so that the band is usually stretched transversely or essentially perpendicular to the lying surface or gymnastics / sleeping mat with the appropriate force.

The disadvantage of such exercises, however, is that the band must always be held with the hands, which, for example, interferes with the exercise of the exercise and also distracts or disrupts concentration on the body areas to be trained and on the correct course of the exercise.

From the pamphlet US 2018/0178058 A1 a sports device for training people is known, which comprises a one-piece reclining unit and at least one stretchable training element. The training element is fixed to the lying unit for training. The lying unit is designed as a one-piece mat, which is sufficiently rigid to attach stretchable training elements such as straps etc. and to be able to pull them during training without the mat bending or being at least partially lifted off the floor. However, such a stiff mat cannot simply be rolled up or compacted for transport or storage -be folded. Furthermore, the attachment of the training element to the mat is only awkwardly possible by means of hooks and eyes and the like.

As further prior art, reference is made to the publications EP 1 378 268 A1 , US 2014/287894 A1 , KR 101 323 176 B1 , EP 1 464 257 A1 and US 2013/090216 A1 referenced.

It is the object of the invention to provide an improved sports device for training people, which on the one hand offers an optimal training possibility and on the other hand is also easy to transport and stow away.

This object is achieved by the features of the independent patent claim. Advantageous further developments of the invention are the subject of subordinate claims.

The inventor has recognized that a piece of sports equipment consisting of an at least two-part reclining unit made of rigid and stable reclining elements can be easily assembled and disassembled, so that the sports device can be stored in a spatially compact manner and easily transported, and also offers an optimal training option. For this purpose, on the one hand, the reclining elements and other components of the sports device can be designed to be stackable. Handles can also be integrated into the bed elements and the other components. On the other hand, the individual components of the bed unit are connected to one another in such a way that, in the assembled state, even a pulling effect via a training element fixed to the bed unit does not negatively affect the stability of the bed unit. In particular, the lying unit is sufficiently stabilized by the body weight of the person exercising. This can be achieved with both a two-part and a three-part bed unit.

By means of a simple nose and plug system, both stretchable training elements and additional support elements, for example hand or arm rests and a headrest, can be easily detachably fixed to the bed unit. Of course, non-stretchable elements, such as a gas pressure spring or the like, can also be used for training with the sports device according to the invention.

In the assembled state of the sports equipment, the lying elements are releasably connected to one another by means of connecting devices. Each lying element advantageously has at least one connecting device. The bed elements are connected by a form fit. The form fit is preferably formed at least against the action of a force in the longitudinal direction of the bed unit. The sports device according to the invention furthermore comprises at least one stretchable training element, for example a so-called elastic Thera or Deuserband. In a preferred embodiment, recesses are formed in the overlapping areas of the lying elements, into which the overlapping areas of adjacent lying elements at least partially engage. The overlap areas advantageously have projections for engagement in the recesses of adjacent overlap areas. In yet another embodiment of the sports device, it is provided that the at least one fixing unit is formed on the central lying element. The additional support element is also advantageously designed to be at least partially resilient, for example in a manner analogous to that of a rocking chair. In a preferred embodiment of the sports device, the lying elements each have a kind of concave shape lateral support edges, with the concave curvature pointing away from the lying surface. Such sports equipment according to the invention with stretchable training elements, such as latex straps or exercise straps, which are advantageously fixed to the lying unit, can be used, for example, in physiotherapy for general physical exercise or for strength training.

One advantage of these tapes according to the invention is their size and elasticity. They can be stored in a space-saving way and are also very easy to transport, so that you can train extensively not only at home, in the gym, in the practice, but also on the go.

The support edge 18 shown on the left in the plane of the drawing is concave, so that two support points A and B are formed here, while the other support edge 18 is convex, so that a support point C is formed here. A greatly simplified side view of the bed element 1, 2 or 3 with exaggerated curvatures of the support edges 18 is shown in FIG Figure 9 shown.

The Figures 10 to 12 show different views of a support element designed as an armrest 5. The armrest 5 has an inverted V-shape, see FIG Figure 11 . At the end of a V-leg, three plug-in lugs 15 are formed, see Figure 10 , which can be releasably inserted into the holes of the fixing units of the central part. The end of the the other V-leg is simply supported on the floor, see Figure 11 . Furthermore, the armrest 5 has two recesses in the form of handles 17 in the middle area between the two V-legs, see Figure 12 .

In the Figure 13 a schematic side view of a further support element designed as a headrest 6 is shown. The headrest 6 has two legs, these legs being elastically or resiliently connected to one another in the manner of a rocking chair. One leg has an extension tab 16 which can be inserted into the recess 14 for detachable connection to the head part 1. In the assembled state, the headrest 6 rests with the lower leg on the lying surface of the head part 1 and forms an elevated, inclined plane for the head and shoulder area. Furthermore, the headrest 6 has a recess (not visible here) on the other leg, which can also be used as a handle 17, see Figure 14 .

The Figure 14 shows a schematic exploded view of a sports device according to the invention. In the embodiment shown here, the sports device comprises three reclining elements 1, 2 and 3, see Figures 1 to 7 , two armrests 5, see Figures 10 to 12 , and a headrest 6, see Figure 13 . Furthermore, the sports device comprises upholstery pads 7, not shown so far, which are arranged on the middle part 2, the head part 1 and the headrest 6 in order to create a more comfortable support surface for a person exercising.

The three reclining elements 1, 2 and 3 are designed to be stackable and can thus be stacked one inside the other or on top of one another to form a compact package and can be easily transported or stowed away. Furthermore, the armrests 5 and the headrest 6 can also be stacked one inside the other. All components have at least one recess to be used as a handle 14 or 17.

In the Figure 15 is again the middle part 2 according to Figure 2 shown with attached training tape 8. The training band 8 is passed under the fixing lug 11 in a hole 10 of a fixing unit 9 and hangs on the fixing lug 11 when it is pulled upwards. Due to the lateral curvature of the middle part 2 or the downwardly curved side edges, the fixing lugs 11 lie freely in the air, so that the training band 8 can simply be passed underneath.

Although the invention has been illustrated and described in more detail by the preferred exemplary embodiment, the invention is not restricted by the disclosed examples and other variations can be derived therefrom by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of protection of the invention. In particular, the invention is not limited to the combinations of features specified below, but other combinations and partial combinations that are obvious to a person skilled in the art can also be formed from the features disclosed. It is also within the scope of the invention to effect a mechanical reversal of the functions of the individual mechanical elements of the invention.

Claims (15)

1. Sports device for personal training, at least having:

   1.1 a body rest unit from at least two body rest elements (1, 2, 3) which are disposed beside one another and configure a body rest surface (4) for the person training,

   1.2 at least one expandable training element (8) which for training is able to be fixed laterally to the body rest unit,

   1.3 at least one fixing unit (9) for releasably fixing the at least one training element (8) to the body rest unit, wherein

   1.4 the at least two body rest elements (1, 2, 3) each have at least one connecting device for releasably connecting to the neighbouring body rest element(s) (1, 2, 3),
   characterized in that

   1.5 the connecting devices for releasably connecting configure a form-fit in which the connecting devices of neighbouring body rest elements (1, 2, 3) at least partially overlap such that the overlapped region (12) of the connecting device of a first body rest element (2) engages from below into the connecting devices of a second body rest element (1) such that the first body rest element (2) when training is secured in relation to the effect of an upwardly directed force, and

   1.6 the body rest unit comprises three body rest elements (1, 2, 3), wherein, in the assembled state, the overlapped regions (12) of the connecting devices of a central body rest element (2) engage from below into the connecting devices of the two outer body rest elements (1, 3) such that the central body rest element (2) when training is secured in relation to the effect of an upwardly directed force.
2. Sports device according to preceding Claim 1, characterized in that clearances (14) into which the overlapping regions (12) of neighbouring body rest elements (1, 2, 3) at least partially engage are configured in the overlapping regions (12) of the body rest elements (1, 2, 3).
3. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the at least one fixing unit (9) is configured on the central body rest element (2).
4. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that each fixing unit (9) has one clearance (10) having a fixing cam (11) which protrudes away from the body rest surface (4) and into which the at least one training element (8) can be hooked.
5. Sports device according to preceding Claim 4, characterized in that the fixing units (9) are in each case configured in pairs so as to be mutually opposite on the sides of the central body rest element (2).
6. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that at least one support element (5) which can be releasably fastened to the body rest unit is provided.
7. Sports device according to preceding Claim 6, characterized in that the at least one support element (5) has insertion cams (15) which are configured so as to be complementary to the at least one fixing unit (9), wherein the insertion cams (15) of the support element (5) can be releasably inserted into the clearances (10) of the fixing units (9).
8. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that an additional support element (6) which can be releasably fastened to a body rest element (1, 2, 3) is provided so as to generate a partial elevation in the body rest surface (4).
9. Sports device according to preceding Claim 8, characterized in that the additional support element (6) has an insertion tab (16) which can be releasably inserted into a clearance (14) in the body rest element (1, 2, 3).
10. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 8 to 9, characterized in that the additional support element (6) is at least in part configured so as to be resilient.
11. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the body rest elements (1, 2, 3) each have a type of concave shape having lateral bearing edges (18), wherein the concavity points away from the body rest surface.
12. Sports device according to preceding Claim 11, characterized in that the lateral bearing edges (18) are shaped so as to be alternatingly concave and convex such that each body rest element (1, 2, 3), at least in the unstressed state, bears on a floor by way of only three points (A, B, C).
13. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 2 to 12, characterized in that the body rest elements (1, 2, 3) are configured so as to be stackable, wherein the clearances (14) can be used as handles.
14. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that two expandable training elements (8) which for training are in each case fixed laterally to the body rest unit are provided, wherein a spacer element and/or a padded element is disposed between the training elements (8), wherein the two training elements (8) are connected to one another by way of the spacer element and/or the padded element.
15. Sports device according to one of preceding Claims 6 to 14, characterized in that bolsters (7) are provided on at least one body rest element (1, 2, 3) and/or on at least one support element (5, 6).
