The invention relates to a sports device for training people, at least comprising: a lying unit consisting of at least two lying elements to be arranged next to one another, which form a lying surface for the exercising person, at least one stretchable training element which can be fixed laterally to the lying unit for training, and at least one fixing unit for releasably fixing the at least one training element to the bed unit.

With a stretchable training element such as a gymnastics band or latex band as a sports device, you can train many different muscles or muscle groups in numerous different exercises. For example, there are exercises for the back as well as for arm, leg, buttocks and shoulder muscles, etc. Specific muscle groups can in turn be addressed specifically from the individual areas. Such training devices or latex bands can be used in a very targeted manner and also train coordination.

These bands are available as a closed ring version like the so-called "Deuser-Band" and as a simple band, the more common variant. With the help of clips or the like, a closed band can be produced from the simple band. This expands the spectrum of the addressable muscle groups again.

The so-called "deuser band" is usually a ring-shaped, relatively thick band made of rubber for training the muscles and is used, for example, in the DE 1 949 617 described.

For some exercises with these bands, the person to be trained lies on a couch / lying surface or on the floor / mat, for example a soft gymnastics or sleeping mat, and lifts or stretches body parts to be trained accordingly. The belt generates a counterforce to increase the training effect.

So far, for example in exercises for the buttocks and / or legs and / or abdomen, the band (closed or open) has been arranged around the body, especially in the pelvic area, and held with the hands arranged on the floor or the lying surface. For the exercise, the pelvic area is now raised and lowered alternately and several times. A corresponding arm force must be applied when lifting, which is directed against the tensile force of the belt. The band is usually arranged on both sides or left and right of the side / next to the body, so that the band is usually stretched transversely or essentially perpendicular to the lying surface or gymnastics / sleeping mat with the appropriate force.

With such exercises, however, it is disadvantageous that the band must always be held with the hands, which, for example, disrupts the practice of the exercise and also distracts or disturbs the concentration on the areas of the body to be trained and on the correct exercise sequence.

From the publication US 2018/0178058 A1 is known a sports device for training people, which comprises a one-piece bed unit and at least one stretchable training element. The training element is fixed to the bed unit for training. The lying unit is designed here as a one-piece mat, which is sufficiently stiff to attach stretchable training elements such as straps etc. and to be able to pull on it during training without the mat bending or being at least partially lifted off the floor. Such a stiff mat, however, cannot simply be rolled up or compact for transport or storage -folded. Furthermore, the attachment of the training element to the mat is only possible with great difficulty using hooks and eyes and the like.

It is an object of the invention to provide an improved sports device for training people, which on the one hand offers an optimal training option and on the other hand is also easy to transport and stow away.

This object is solved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of subordinate claims.

The inventor has recognized that a sports device can be easily assembled and disassembled from an at least two-part lying unit made of rigid and stable lying elements, so that the sports device can be both compactly stored and easily transported, and also offers an optimal training option. For this purpose, the lying elements and other components of the sports equipment can be made stackable. Handles can also be integrated into the bed elements and the other components. On the other hand, the individual components of the bed unit are connected to one another in such a way that, in the assembled state, a pulling action via a training element fixed to the bed unit does not adversely affect the stability of the bed unit. In particular, the bed unit is sufficiently stabilized by the body weight of the exercising person. This can be achieved with a two-part as well as with a three-part bed unit.

Using a simple nose and plug-in system, both stretchable training elements and additional support elements, such as hand or armrests and a headrest, can be easily detachably attached to the bed unit.
