Definitions
- the invention relates to a training device for a human body.
- document US 5,306,222 describes a training device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Devices for training the human body have been known in practice for many years in a wide variety of variants.
- Known training devices are based, for example, on an athlete lifting a weight.
- the force required to lift the weight of certain muscles or muscle groups is applied.
- devices are known in which several muscle groups can be trained simultaneously.
- training devices in which the athlete trains the muscles based on their own body weight.
- muscle force must be applied against a force exerted by a stretchable element spring force, for example.
- a so-called. Expander The problem with the devices known from practice is that they merely stress the agonist, whereas the antagonist is not stressed. This one-sided load leads to misalignments and incorrect loading of the joints and tendons.
- a human body exerciser having a body member for abutting a torso of the body, at least two shoulder members and at least two leg members being disposed on the body member, at least one arm member being disposed on each of the shoulder members
- Leg members extend away from the trunk member and are each wound around a leg of the body, preferably to an ankle, and with the arm members extending away from the respective shoulder member, and windable about one arm of the body, preferably all the way to a wrist are.
- the shoulder members, the arm members, the leg members and the intermediate member are formed of an elastic, band-like or rope-like material.
- the combination of arm elements and leg elements that are wound around the legs or arms ideally provides a training resistance and at the same time achieves a pre-stretching of the musculature in order to control posture.
- a noticeable body tone can be set, which leads to an active posture training.
- the device can be securely fixed to the body in the simplest way by the arrangement of a trunk element with two shoulder elements. The shoulder elements are guided like suspenders over the shoulders. If sports-specific training is exercised with the training device according to the invention, the training effect is correspondingly enhanced by the "extra work” and constant body control from the outside. It has been recognized that the joints (especially the ankle) are securely supported and thus injuries are effectively avoided.
- the training device is suitable for all forms of exercise, such as endurance sports, ball sports, extreme sports or recreational sports. Due to the simple construction and the low weight of the training device this is used in the daily work in the home or in the professional life. Thus, harmful behavior and movement patterns can be corrected, since the improved body perception, especially in everyday movements a "right” can be distinguished from a “wrong" movement of the user.
- the body member is formed as a belt or pants.
- the body member can be securely attached to the body, with an undesirable slipping of the body element is safely avoided.
- the body element can be closed by means of brackets and / or buttons and / or a Velcro closure and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- the training device can be fixed in a particularly simple manner in the desired position on the trunk of the body.
- leg elements and / or on each shoulder element two arm elements are arranged on the body element.
- the arrangement of four leg elements can be two leg elements wrap around a leg, so that the leg muscles is easily offset under a desired bias.
- the arrangement of two arm elements on each shoulder element, two arm elements can be wrapped around an arm, so that an optimum of bias on the muscles can be achieved.
- the shoulder elements and / or the leg elements can be releasably fixed to the body element. This can be done, for example, by means of mutually corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- the arm elements may be releasably fixed to the shoulder elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- shoulder elements and / or leg elements and / or arm elements and / or trunk elements with different lengths, flexibilities, elasticities or other material properties are connected to each other, so that the training device is individually adjustable to the body dimensions and the training condition of the athlete.
- the length and / or the flexibility or elasticity can be specified, for example, via a color coding of the shoulder elements and / or the leg elements and / or the arm elements and / or the body elements.
- the terms elasticity and flexibility in the In the broadest sense are meant and thus in particular the spring force is meant, which opposes the material of a force used for a change in length or elongation of the material force.
- the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements are each attached to different, i. several different locations of the Rumpfelements are fixable and / or that the arm elements each at different, i. several different locations of the corresponding shoulder element can be fixed.
- the body element can have, for example, female or male connecting elements of a click closure at various or multiple locations, via which the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements can be fixed to the body element with corresponding male or female connecting elements.
- the shoulder elements may have at different locations, for example, female or male connecting elements of a click closure, via which the arm elements with corresponding male or female connecting elements can be fixed to the respective shoulder element.
- each at a free end of the corresponding arm member or at the free ends of the corresponding arm elements a hand element, for example.
- a hand bandage or a glove, for fixing the free end or the free ends can be arranged on the arm.
- a corresponding number of free ends can be fixable to the hand element.
- a foot element for example a sinebandange or a shoe or a sock, for fixing the free end or
- the free ends can be arranged on the leg.
- correspondingly many free ends can be fixed to the foot member.
- the free ends of the arm elements can be releasably fixed to the hand elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- the free ends of the leg elements are releasably fixed to the foot elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- the hand elements and / or the foot elements in each case in several places female or male connection elements of a click closure have over which the arm elements and / or the leg elements with corresponding male or female connecting elements to the respective hand element or foot element can be fixed.
- a further flexibility of the training device can be achieved so that it can be adapted to the individual needs and physiognomy of the user.
- the shoulder elements are connected to each other via an intermediate element.
- the intermediate element may in this case be arranged such that it extends over the back of the user and thus prevents the shoulder elements from slipping off the shoulders. It is conceivable that the intermediate element is adjustably arranged in height on the shoulder elements in order to be adaptable to the body size of the wearer.
- the intermediate element may be detachably fixed to the shoulder elements, for example via brackets and / or buttons corresponding to one another and / or a hook-and-loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
- the length of the arm members and / or the length of the leg members and / or the length of the shoulder elements and / or the length of the intermediate member is variable.
- the various elements can be adapted to the individual body size of the user.
- the arm members and / or the leg members have a length of 60 cm to 100 cm, for example. 70 cm to 90 cm, preferably 80 cm.
- the arm elements and / or the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements and / or the intermediate element may have a width of 3 cm to 7 cm, for example 4 cm to 6 cm, preferably 5 cm.
- the arm elements and / or the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements and / or the intermediate element can have a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm, for example 2 mm to 4 mm, preferably 3 mm.
- the body member is formed of an elastic, band-like or rope-like material. It is essential that the material is designed such that a bias of the muscles by the geometric and elastic properties of the material can be achieved, namely by a correspondingly tight wrapping of the extremities and / or the trunk. Furthermore, it is conceivable that at least one leg element is integrally formed with a shoulder element or detachably connected. In particular, two leg elements and a shoulder element can be integrally formed, for example, from an elastic, band-like or rope-like material. In such a configuration, it is also possible that the two shoulder elements are each formed integrally with two leg members.
- leg elements or two leg elements are detachably arranged on a shoulder element. Due to the one-piece design or the connection of leg element and shoulder element, the pelvis of the exercising person is urged into a particularly advantageous position.
- the foot, knee and hip joints as well as the shoulder joints are positioned so that all movements can be performed with an optimal joint guidance. Because the entire joint system is connected to a spider web, a kinesthetic learning effect sets in with each movement, whereby a mechanical movement can be dynamically stored by the person.
- Fig. 1 shows an inventive training device 1 in a schematic view, wherein the hand and foot elements in Fig. 1 are not shown.
- the training device 1 has a body element 2.
- the body member 2 is formed as a belt and made of an elastic material.
- the body element 2 is closable via a hook and loop fastener 3 and thus firmly applied to a body.
- leg members 4 On the body element 2 a total of four leg members 4 are arranged. It is conceivable that more than four leg elements 4 can be arranged.
- the leg members 4 extend away from the body member 2. In each case two of the leg elements 4 can be wound around one leg of the user.
- brackets 6 At the free ends 5 of the leg members 4 brackets 6 are arranged, which are insertable into corresponding openings on the foot elements, not shown, so that the leg members 4 are securely held on the leg.
- the brackets 6 are formed as male connecting elements of a click-lock.
- two shoulder elements 7 are arranged on the body element 2.
- the shoulder elements 7 are loop-shaped and consist of an elastic, band-shaped or band-like material. Between the shoulder element 7, an intermediate element 8 is provided.
- an arm element 9 extends away from the shoulder elements 7.
- the intermediate element 8 and the arm elements 9 are produced from a single, band-shaped, elastic material.
- brackets 6 are formed, which are insertable into corresponding openings of the hand elements, not shown here, to securely fix the arm members 9 to the arms.
- the brackets 6 of the arm members 9 are designed as male fasteners of a click closure.
- Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a foot member 11 according to the invention.
- the foot member 11 is formed as a bandage, which has the shape of a sock open at the front end.
- the foot member 11 is made of an elastic material and has two openings 12 into which the bracket 6 of a leg member 4 can be inserted, ie, the openings 12 serve as a female connecting element of a click closure. It should be noted that generally only one opening 12 or more than two openings 12 can be arranged at different locations of the foot member 11. In the view shown here, only one opening 12 can be seen.
- the second opening 12 is arranged on the rear side of the foot element 11 shown here.
- a hand element 13 of a training device 1 is shown.

Description
Devices for training the human body have been known in practice for many years in a wide variety of variants. Known training devices are based, for example, on an athlete lifting a weight. Depending on the embodiment of the training device, the force required to lift the weight of certain muscles or muscle groups is applied. Furthermore, devices are known in which several muscle groups can be trained simultaneously.
Furthermore, there are training devices in which the athlete trains the muscles based on their own body weight. Finally, devices are known in which muscle force must be applied against a force exerted by a stretchable element spring force, for example. A so-called. Expander.
The problem with the devices known from practice is that they merely stress the agonist, whereas the antagonist is not stressed. This one-sided load leads to misalignments and incorrect loading of the joints and tendons.
Another problem of the known exercise equipment is that they are designed only for training of the musculature, whereas the posture and movement coordination is not effectively improved. Due to the one-sided exposure of the agonists, there is the danger of further worsening an already existing disadvantageous posture.
Finally, it is disadvantageous in the training devices known from practice that they are complicated and thus expensive to manufacture. Due to their sometimes very high weight, these devices are not suitable for mobile use.
The present invention is therefore based on the object, a training device for the human body in such a way and further develop that with structurally simple means an effective training of agonist and antagonist and the movement coordination and posture at any location is possible.
According to the invention the above object is solved by the features of claim 1. Thereafter, a human body exerciser is defined having a body member for abutting a torso of the body, at least two shoulder members and at least two leg members being disposed on the body member, at least one arm member being disposed on each of the shoulder members Leg members extend away from the trunk member and are each wound around a leg of the body, preferably to an ankle, and with the arm members extending away from the respective shoulder member, and windable about one arm of the body, preferably all the way to a wrist are. The shoulder members, the arm members, the leg members and the intermediate member are formed of an elastic, band-like or rope-like material.
In accordance with the invention, it has been recognized that the combination of arm elements and leg elements that are wound around the legs or arms ideally provides a training resistance and at the same time achieves a pre-stretching of the musculature in order to control posture. Thus, a noticeable body tone can be set, which leads to an active posture training. In a further inventive manner has been recognized that the device can be securely fixed to the body in the simplest way by the arrangement of a trunk element with two shoulder elements. The shoulder elements are guided like suspenders over the shoulders.
If sports-specific training is exercised with the training device according to the invention, the training effect is correspondingly enhanced by the "extra work" and constant body control from the outside. It has been recognized that the joints (especially the ankle) are securely supported and thus injuries are effectively avoided. Furthermore, it is prevented that a "joint misalignment" leads to a negative training effect. By the lordlordizing (from the Hollow back supporting) effect of the Rumpf element is excluded a Fehlbelastung of the Lendenwirbelsäule and the attitude is constantly controlled. By winding the arm elements and leg elements, the muscle fibers are pre-stretched and a faster and more effective response to the training stimulus is achieved. Furthermore, the coordination and neuromuscular feedback through the exerciser is optimized. The torso element, the leg element and the arm element can be individually brought under tension by the winding is adjusted and thus provide a constant counter-pull, which increases the workload for the muscles. This leads to a constant controlled and intense resistance for the agonists and antagonists among the muscle groups, so that in addition to the increased muscle tone and a precisely controlled and controlled execution of sports exercises is constantly enforced from the outside. The simultaneous loading of agonist and antagonist increases the development of strength (tension), which also improves joint guidance.
The training device is suitable for all forms of exercise, such as endurance sports, ball sports, extreme sports or recreational sports. Due to the simple construction and the low weight of the training device this is used in the daily work in the home or in the professional life. Thus, harmful behavior and movement patterns can be corrected, since the improved body perception, especially in everyday movements a "right" can be distinguished from a "wrong" movement of the user.
In a further inventive manner has been recognized that a significant improvement in breathability can be achieved by the training device, since the claimed musculature in its entirety by the user is perceptible. Thus, the respiratory ability through the body is literally felt. Through the use of the entire core muscles body front and back of the body are brought into a balanced relationship. This in turn affects specifically the respiratory system and the muscles involved.
Advantageously, the body member is formed as a belt or pants. As a result, the body member can be securely attached to the body, with an undesirable slipping of the body element is safely avoided.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the body element can be closed by means of brackets and / or buttons and / or a Velcro closure and / or a click closure and / or a zipper. By this design measure, the training device can be fixed in a particularly simple manner in the desired position on the trunk of the body.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if four leg elements and / or on each shoulder element two arm elements are arranged on the body element. The arrangement of four leg elements can be two leg elements wrap around a leg, so that the leg muscles is easily offset under a desired bias. The arrangement of two arm elements on each shoulder element, two arm elements can be wrapped around an arm, so that an optimum of bias on the muscles can be achieved.
In order to design the training device flexibly, the shoulder elements and / or the leg elements can be releasably fixed to the body element. This can be done, for example, by means of mutually corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper. Additionally or alternatively, the arm elements may be releasably fixed to the shoulder elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper. It is conceivable that shoulder elements and / or leg elements and / or arm elements and / or trunk elements with different lengths, flexibilities, elasticities or other material properties are connected to each other, so that the training device is individually adjustable to the body dimensions and the training condition of the athlete. The length and / or the flexibility or elasticity can be specified, for example, via a color coding of the shoulder elements and / or the leg elements and / or the arm elements and / or the body elements. At this point it should be expressly pointed out that the terms elasticity and flexibility in the In the broadest sense are meant and thus in particular the spring force is meant, which opposes the material of a force used for a change in length or elongation of the material force.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements are each attached to different, i. several different locations of the Rumpfelements are fixable and / or that the arm elements each at different, i. several different locations of the corresponding shoulder element can be fixed. For this purpose, the body element can have, for example, female or male connecting elements of a click closure at various or multiple locations, via which the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements can be fixed to the body element with corresponding male or female connecting elements. Furthermore, the shoulder elements may have at different locations, for example, female or male connecting elements of a click closure, via which the arm elements with corresponding male or female connecting elements can be fixed to the respective shoulder element. As a result, a further flexibility of the training device can be achieved so that it can be adapted to the individual needs and physiognomy of the user.
In order to fix the arm elements with structurally simple means and thereby securely on the arms, each at a free end of the corresponding arm member or at the free ends of the corresponding arm elements a hand element, for example. A hand bandage or a glove, for fixing the free end or the free ends can be arranged on the arm. Depending on whether one or more arm elements are wound around the arm, a corresponding number of free ends can be fixable to the hand element.
In order to ensure a secure fixation of the leg elements on the legs, respectively at a free end of the corresponding leg element or at the free ends of the corresponding leg elements a foot element, for example a Fußbandange or a shoe or a sock, for fixing the free end or The free ends can be arranged on the leg. Depending on whether one or a plurality of leg members are wound around the leg, correspondingly many free ends can be fixed to the foot member.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the free ends of the arm elements can be releasably fixed to the hand elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable that the free ends of the leg elements are releasably fixed to the foot elements, for example via corresponding brackets and / or buttons and / or a hook and loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper. In this case, the hand elements and / or the foot elements in each case in several places female or male connection elements of a click closure have over which the arm elements and / or the leg elements with corresponding male or female connecting elements to the respective hand element or foot element can be fixed. As a result, a further flexibility of the training device can be achieved so that it can be adapted to the individual needs and physiognomy of the user.
To increase the wearing comfort and to improve the fixation of the training device on the body, the shoulder elements are connected to each other via an intermediate element. The intermediate element may in this case be arranged such that it extends over the back of the user and thus prevents the shoulder elements from slipping off the shoulders. It is conceivable that the intermediate element is adjustably arranged in height on the shoulder elements in order to be adaptable to the body size of the wearer. Furthermore, the intermediate element may be detachably fixed to the shoulder elements, for example via brackets and / or buttons corresponding to one another and / or a hook-and-loop fastener and / or a click closure and / or a zipper.
Advantageously, the length of the arm members and / or the length of the leg members and / or the length of the shoulder elements and / or the length of the intermediate member is variable. As a result, the various elements can be adapted to the individual body size of the user. In particularly advantageous Way, the arm members and / or the leg members have a length of 60 cm to 100 cm, for example. 70 cm to 90 cm, preferably 80 cm. Furthermore, the arm elements and / or the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements and / or the intermediate element may have a width of 3 cm to 7 cm, for example 4 cm to 6 cm, preferably 5 cm. Furthermore, the arm elements and / or the leg elements and / or the shoulder elements and / or the intermediate element can have a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm, for example 2 mm to 4 mm, preferably 3 mm.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the body member is formed of an elastic, band-like or rope-like material.
Alternatively, it is conceivable that at least one of the leg elements or two leg elements are detachably arranged on a shoulder element. Due to the one-piece design or the connection of leg element and shoulder element, the pelvis of the exercising person is urged into a particularly advantageous position. The foot, knee and hip joints as well as the shoulder joints are positioned so that all movements can be performed with an optimal joint guidance. Because the entire joint system is connected to a spider web, a kinesthetic learning effect sets in with each movement, whereby a mechanical movement can be dynamically stored by the person.
