Definitions

  • the invention relates to an insulating glass element for a glass facade with a glazing designed as a triple glazing. Furthermore, the invention relates to a glass facade with a plurality of insulating glass elements.
  • Insulating glass elements for glass facades and the glass facades formed therefrom are known.
  • the insulating glass elements are each individually attached to the attachment surface, usually a facade of a building.
  • the attachment must meet certain safety standards, such as the mechanical protection of the outermost disc against crashes.
  • the known fastening elements are either designed such that secured with a common component on the one hand, the outer pane and on the other the insulating glass elements is attached to the facade.
  • this variant has the disadvantage that the securing of the outer pane can not be done without constraint of the attachment to the facade. It is also known to carry out the fastening elements so that the attachment to the facade and the securing of the outer pane are formed separately from each other. In this variant, however, there is the aesthetic disadvantage that the securing of the outer pane is visible from the outside.
  • the fall protection of the outer pane of the attachment of the insulating glass element on the facade of the mechanically only indirectly connected can be performed, the fuse of the outer pane is not visible from the outside.
  • the fall protection can be performed in the form of securing clips, wherein the securing clips are formed such that they engage on the one hand in a space between the discs and on the other hand in the outer pane itself. If the glazing is designed as a triple glazing, the securing clip can engage in the inner space, ie between the inner pane and the middle pane. Thus, the fall protection from the outside is not visible or hidden. To engage the locking clip in the outer pane allow, this has at least partially a groove in the side edges.
  • the fasteners of the insulating glass elements can be designed such that they engage on the one hand edge in a space between the panes and on the other hand attached to the facade, for example, screwed.
  • the fastening elements and the securing clips can thus also be arranged spatially separated, for example offset, on the sides of the insulating glass elements.
  • an insulating glass element for a glass facade comprising at least: a glazing formed as a triple glazing with an inner pane, a middle pane and an outer pane, wherein in each case at least one spacer is arranged between the inner pane, the middle pane and the outer pane , which forms in each case a gap, at least one fastening element which engages for fastening the insulating glass element to a mounting surface in one of the intermediate spaces, and at least one securing clip which engages on the one hand in the space between the inner pane and middle pane and on the other hand in at least one groove in the outer pane , in front.
  • a constraint-free mechanical securing of the outer pane can be realized. Furthermore, so the fortifications of the glass facade can be performed concealed, which is advantageous for aesthetic reasons over the known fasteners.
  • the insulating glass elements comprise a glazing. This is designed as a triple glazing with an outer outer pane, a middle pane and an inner inner pane. Relative position information such as outside and inside are to be understood in the context of this invention as relative to the facade or the mounting surface.
  • the intermediate space formed between the inner pane and the middle pane is also referred to below as the inner space and the intermediate space formed between the middle pane and the outer pane is also referred to as the outer space.
  • the discs are preferably arranged equidistantly, so that the intermediate spaces are preferably formed the same. At the edge regions of the discs spacers are arranged in the spaces.
  • the spacers are preferably circumferentially around the discs, further preferably continuously circulating executed.
  • the spacers are made of plastic or metal, in particular a stainless steel.

  • two fastening elements are designed on each side of the insulating glass element, for example at the top and at the bottom.
  • the fasteners are designed such that they intervene in a triple glazing on the one hand either in the inner space or the outer space and on the other hand are attached to the facade.
  • the fasteners are screwed to the facade, for example.
  • At least one securing clip is further provided.
  • more securing clips can be provided.
  • exactly one securing clip is made on each side of the insulating glass element.
  • the securing clips are each arranged in the middle of the page.
  • the securing clips are configured in such a way that on the one hand they engage in the intermediate space, that is to say in the case of a triple glazing in the inner intermediate space, and on the other hand in at least one groove in the outer pane.
  • the securing clips have approximately a U- or C-shape, with two lateral legs and a central part. The lateral legs are advantageously each connected at right angles to the central part.
  • the inner leg engages in the respective intermediate space and the outer leg into the groove in the outer pane.
  • the two legs can either be the same length or different lengths.
  • the securing clips are preferably formed in one piece.
  • the securing clips are made of plastic or metal.
  • the glazing is designed as a triple-glazing with an inner pane, an outer pane and a middle pane, wherein the at least one securing clip engages on the one hand in the space between inner pane and middle pane and on the other hand in the at least one groove in the outer pane.
  • a further embodiment of the insulating glass element provides that the at least one groove is formed in each case continuously in the outer edges of the outer pane. Throughout here means that the groove extends over the entire height of the outer pane. Advantageously, the groove is thus formed in each case in the lateral outer edge of the outer pane. However, it is also within the scope of the invention, forming the groove in the upper or lower side edge of the outer pane. The same applies accordingly to the arrangement of the fasteners and the securing clips on the discs.
