Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for the production of at least one stack formed from bags, a stack formed from bags, a bag and a dispenser box according to the features of the respective preamble of the independent claims. It is known to make bags, especially plastic bags (such as trash bags, freezer bags or the like), and to co-wind them on a roll. A predetermined number of such bags is then on a roll. A user then sequentially separates the bags as needed to be fed to their intended use. This separation takes place, for example, in that the bags previously connected to one another via a perforation or welding are torn off by the user along this perforation.

  • a method for producing at least one stack which is formed from bags, with the following steps: a) feeding tubular or semi-tubular material to form a lower material layer and an upper material layer, b) introducing at least one weld joint for connecting the lower layer of material and the upper layer of material to form individual, but still connected bags, c) introducing a formatting fold into the layer web formed from still connected bags, d) separating the bags associated in the formatted ply sheet into individual bags, these bags further having the formatting fold, e) forming a stack of individual bags, f) introducing at least one fold into the stack.

  • These stacks are suitable for inclusion in a container, for example a dispenser box.
  • the container likewise has an angular-shaped geometry which, in the inner region, corresponds approximately to the geometry of the at least one stack to be accommodated there.

  • the process can be carried out batchwise or discontinuously if the web, semi-tubular or tubular material, for example, is available on rolls. It is also conceivable to connect the materials fed onto rolls before the consumption of one roll with the material of the next roll in order to obtain a quasi-continuous process.
  • Batch processes are processes that are processed as 'stack 1' , ie strictly one after the other, which is why batch processes are also referred to as batch processing

  • a convolution is generated in the process by means which cause the direction reversal of the material. At least one fold, for example, to form a material tube or half-tube material can also be introduced into the material upstream of the process.
  • semi-tubular material material As a semi-tubular material material is referred to, which has undergone a reversal of direction for the formation of a lower and an upper material layer. This reversal of direction can also be understood as folding.
  • Semi-tubular material can be fed to the process or generated in situ from sheet material in the process. Also, semi-tubular material may be formed by forming a bonded seam in the longitudinal direction from two layers of web-like material prior to feeding to the process of the invention or while performing the inventive method are generated. The cohesive seam is produced for example by gluing or welding.
  • Tubular material is material which is self-contained, for example, made by extrusion or has a longitudinal connection point. This connection point can be cohesively, for example by gluing or welding, executed. If tubular material is exposed to pressure between two flat surfaces, a lower material layer and an upper material layer are formed. Each in the transition area between these two material layers, the material undergoes a reversal of direction which can also be considered as folding.

Alternatively, the backup by wrapping the stack with paper, for example, carried out as a band, done. Also, safety measures such as weighting the stack with a larger mass are covered by the idea of the fuse.

The user can remove each bag individually from the dispenser box with little effort. Also, the bags can not be damaged in the separation by the user or even destroyed.
