Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lighting device for emitting light, in particular a wallwasher lighting device.
- lighting devices for emitting light, in particular for the illumination of walls, facades and the like known as wallwasher light-emitting devices.
- Such lighting devices generally have at least one light source, which is directed to a reflector assembly, such that the light is guided by the light source to the reflector assembly and can escape after deflection by the reflector assembly from the light device and can illuminate a surface to be illuminated.
- a reflector assembly For targeted alignment of the radiated light, it is also known to form the reflector assembly so geometrically curved or such form with a coating or optical elements that the exiting light can be targeted directed to a surface to be illuminated. For example, this allows certain areas of the area to be illuminated to be illuminated more or less strongly.
- the DE 20 2011 003 261 U1 discloses a luminaire insert for a luminaire housing with two groups of light-emitting diodes arranged in each case in a row, wherein the groups are opposed by a one-part or multi-part reflector.
- the WO 2015/110392 A1 discloses a lighting apparatus having a lens for projecting a plurality of parallel light beams, wherein a light source is disposed in the lens.
- the DE 101 16 157 A1 discloses a device for illuminating a surface, such as a wall or the like, with at least one lamp unit, the has at least two lamps. At least one reflector is located in a part of the rays emitted by the light sources.
- the light output characteristic is more or less predetermined by the manufacturing side provision of the reflector assembly.
- a light emitting device in particular a wallwasher light emitting device, comprising: at least one light source; at least one optical arrangement which is arranged in the emission direction of the light source behind the light source; at least one reflector arrangement which is arranged in the emission direction of the light source behind the at least one optical arrangement, wherein the optical arrangement is designed and arranged such that this light from the at least one light source can asymmetrically lead to the reflector arrangement, and wherein the at least one reflector arrangement such is formed and arranged that this light can asymmetrically lead from the lighting device to a surface to be illuminated.
- the present invention proposes to provide at least one optical arrangement between the light source and the reflector arrangement, with which the light from the light source can be directed asymmetrically onto the reflector arrangement, so that a first targeted light distribution in the direction of the reflector arrangement is already provided by the optical arrangement is made possible and then a second targeted light distribution from the lighting device can be provided by the reflector assembly.
- This makes it possible to provide a considerably greater flexibility of the light distribution through the lighting device, in particular without having to change the geometry of the reflector assembly significantly.
- a targeted and directed light distribution can be provided by the lighting device.
- An asymmetrical light distribution or asymmetrical light pipe is to be understood as meaning that the light is not guided uniformly or homogeneously from the optical arrangement to the reflector arrangement or from the reflector arrangement out of the lighting device.
- the light source is a directional light source that emits light in a preferred main emission direction. It is particularly preferred that the light source is an LED light source, which preferably comprises at least one LED array. By such a directed light source, the light can already be selectively guided in the optical arrangement, so that with such a light source, the lighting device has relatively low leakage losses.
- the optical arrangement is arranged on the at least one light source.
- This is to be understood as meaning that the optical arrangement is arranged on the at least one light source in such a way that substantially all the radiated light of the light source can be guided directly into the optical arrangement. Also by this measure, the scattered light component of the lighting device can be reduced in an advantageous manner.
- the optical arrangement is arranged immovable to the light source and to the reflector arrangement.
- the optical arrangement is arranged so as to be movable relative to the light source and the reflector arrangement such that the light output to the at least one reflector arrangement is adjustable.
- the optical arrangement is rotatably arranged with respect to a main emission direction of the light source and / or tiltable.
- a light distribution from the optical arrangement to the reflector arrangement can be adjusted by a rotary movement or by a tilting movement of the optical arrangement.
- Such mobility of the optical arrangement can be provided, for example, by means of a corresponding mounting of the optical arrangement and / or by corresponding joint arrangements.
- the optical arrangement concentrates the light entering from the light source and outputs it as a directed light cone to the at least one reflector arrangement.
- the reflector arrangement is designed, for example, with a spherical parabolic geometry or as an oblong parabolic trough, it is possible to emit the light from the optical arrangement onto a specific region of the reflector arrangement (ie asymmetrically) such that the light from the optical arrangement is applied at a specific angle to the optical system Reflector arrangement is issued.
- the optical assembly comprises at least one lens element having a collimator region / portion (i.e., a collection region) that focuses the incoming light.
- a collimator region / portion i.e., a collection region
- the optical arrangement comprises at least one further lens element with a total reflection area.
- the optical arrangement is provided by a lens element which comprises both a collimator area and a total reflection area. Through the total reflection range, the light can be directed to the reflector arrangement, without causing significant light scattering.
- the total reflection region of the lens element of the optical arrangement is preferably at least partially formed as a so-called Fresnel structure. Such a structure provides an easy way to provide such a total reflection range.
- the reflector arrangement is arranged immovable to the optical arrangement. This makes it possible to provide the asymmetrical light output of the reflector arrangement already at the factory or factory by a corresponding design of the reflector arrangement, for example as a spherically curved structure, so that the Users or the installer does not need to adjust the light distribution through the reflector assembly.
- the reflector arrangement is designed to be movable relative to the optical arrangement such that the light output from the lighting device can be adjusted.
- Such a design is particularly advantageous if the greatest possible flexibility of the light output is to be provided by the lighting device.
- Such mobility of the reflector arrangement for optical arrangement can be provided for example by a tiltability of the reflector arrangement with respect to the optical arrangement.
- the reflector arrangement emits the light as a directed light cone.
- the reflector arrangement is preferably at least partially formed as a spherical parabolic reflector.
- Such a design of the reflector arrangement is particularly preferred when the lighting device comprises only one or a small number of light sources, so that a corresponding light distribution can be carried out by only a spherical parabolic reflector.
- the reflector assembly is at least partially formed as an elongated parabolic trough. This makes it possible to arrange a plurality of light sources in the light-emitting device at a distance from one another and to guide them through a corresponding number of optical arrangements, which are preferably assigned to the respective light sources, into different regions of the elongate paraboration.
- An asymmetric light distribution through the parabolic reflector or through the parabolic trough is advantageously provided by the fact that the parabolic reflector or the parabolic trough is at least partially bent or spherically designed so that the light can be emitted according asymmetrically, preferably as a directed beam of light.
- the lighting device comprises a plurality of light sources, preferably LED light sources, each of which is associated with at least one optical arrangement and which each emit light in a common reflector arrangement, preferably an elongated parabolic trough.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a preferred embodiment of a lighting device 10 according to the invention, comprising a reflector assembly 11, in the preferred embodiment in the form of an elongated parabolic trough 11, a plurality of light sources 12, in the preferred embodiment in the form of an LED light source (wherein in FIG. 1 only one LED light source 12 can be seen) and optical arrangements 13 (wherein in the FIG. 1 shown Cross-sectional view again only an optical arrangement 13 can be seen).
- the light source 12 or the light sources 12 are (directly) arranged on the optical arrangement 13 or on the optical arrangements 13, so that substantially all the light of the light source 12 shown is guided into the optical arrangement 13 can.
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of in FIG. 1 shown lighting device 10. Identical parts are therefore provided with the same reference numerals.

- the LED light sources 12 are arranged in an especially preferred manner on an elongate conductor track 14.
- the light of the light sources 12 is first led into the optical assemblies 13 and directed by these on the reflector assembly 11 (here an elongated parabolic trough 11), from which it in turn on a reflector assembly 11 opposite light exit region 15 of the lighting device is directed.
- the reflector assembly 11 here an elongated parabolic trough 11
- FIGS. 3 to 5 is the one in the Figures 1 and 2 shown in a lighting device 10 according to the invention particularly preferably used optical arrangement 13 shown in more detail.
- the optical arrangement 13 comprises a collimator area 16, with which the light originating from the light source 12 can be collected and concentrated, and a total reflection area 17, with which the light can be directed (ie asymmetrically) to the reflector arrangement 11.
- the beam guidance is indicated schematically.
- the total reflection region 17 comprises an asymmetric Fresnel structure, so that by means of total reflection a targeted Light emission is made possible as a corresponding light cone.
- FIG. 5 is the light output or the light emission direction indicated by the optical arrangement 13 by the arrows 18.
- the illustrated preferred embodiment of the optical arrangement 13 thus makes it possible to selectively guide the light guided by the respective light sources 12 into the respective optical arrangements 13 through a corresponding orientation of the optical arrangement 13 at a specific angle into the reflector arrangement 11.
- the optical arrangement 13 Due to the rotatable design of the optical arrangement 13, it is possible to adjust the light output to the reflector assembly 11, so that a targeted, asymmetrical light output by the lighting device 10 is possible, whereby by the optical arrangement 13 and by the optical arrangements 13 a much higher Flexibility of the light output by the lighting device 10 can be provided.
