Claims (8)
- Echangeur thermique comprenant:un réceptacle (10) de fluide caloporteur ayant une frontière (11) qui définit une ouverture; etune plaque de collecteur (20) agencée pour recouvrir l'ouverture;dans lequel la plaque de collecteur (20) sertit la frontière (11) du réceptacle de fluide caloporteur (10) en englobant une portion de bord libre (13), une portion de surface du côté extérieur (14) et une portion de surface supérieure extérieure (15) sur au moins deux emplacements opposés sur la frontière (11) ;moyennant quoi une cavité fermée (50) pour le fluide caloporteur est définie par le réceptacle de fluide caloporteur(10) et la plaque de collecteur (20) ; etdans lequel la plaque de collecteur (20) est pourvue ouvertures (22), chaque ouverture(22) recevant un tube (30) pour guider le fluide caloporteur de ou vers la cavité fermée (50) ;l'échangeur thermique comprenant en outre :une plaque de renforcement (60) s'étendant entre eux deux emplacements opposés sur la frontière (11) de réceptacle de fluide caloporteur (10), et s'étendant sur l'extérieur de la plaque de collecteur (20) vu depuis la cavité fermée (50), la plaque de renforcement (60) étant fabriqué dans le même matériau que la plaque de collecteur (20) et les tubes (30) ;dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est jointe, à chacun desdits emplacements opposés, à une portion de surface extérieure de la plaque de collecteur (20) englobant un coin C2 entre la portion de bord libre (13) du réceptacle de fluide caloporteur (10) et la portion de surface de côté extérieure (14) de la frontière (11) ; dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est pourvue d'au moins une ouverture (62) englobant plus d'un des tubes (30) qui sont reçus par la plaque de collecteur (20) ; etdans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est agencée afin de fournir un interstice entre la plaque de renforcement (60) et plus d'un des tubes (30) englobé par les ouvertures (62) de la plaque de renforcement (60).
- Échangeur thermique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ouverture définie par la frontière (11) est oblongue ; et dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est agencée pour s'étendre entre deux emplacements sur un côté longitudinal de la frontière (11).
- Échangeur thermique selon la revendication 2, dans lequel
les tubes (30) sont agencés en une pluralité de rangées parallèles, chaque rangée comprenant une pluralité de tubes (30) ;
dans lequel les rangées s'étendent dans la direction du côté longitudinal de la frontière (11) ; et
dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) englobe au moins un de tubes adjacents (30) dans chaque rangée . - Échangeur thermique selon une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est agencée au niveau d'une zone centrale de la plaque de collecteur (20) par rapport au côté longitudinal de la frontière (11).
- Échangeur thermique selon une quelconque des revendications1 à 4,
dans lequel les tubes (30) ont une section transversale oblongue et sont agencés avec la même orientation, et
dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) s'étend le long des côtes longitudinaux des tubes (30). - Échangeur thermique selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
dans lequel la plaque de renforcement (60) est jointe à la plaque de collecteur (20) par brasage. - Échangeur thermique selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
dans lequel la plaque de connecteur (20) englobe aussi une portion de surface de côté inférieur (12) à chacun desdits deux emplacements opposés sur la frontière (11). - Échangeur thermique selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
dans lequel le réceptacle de fluide caloporteur (10) comprend une paroi de sommet (16) et des parois latérales (17) qui s'étendent à partir de la paroi de sommet (16), la paroi de sommet (16) et les parois latérales (17) définissant un espace intérieur en forme de bol du réceptacle de fluide caloporteur (10).
