Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à fabriquer des produits plats, en particulier, des tissus et/ou des matériaux similaires aux tissus, lesquels permettent d'obtenir des motifs d'estampage présentant des contours visuellement satisfaisants. A cet effet, l'invention propose un dispositif comprenant un premier cylindre d'estampage, doté au moins d'une première partie surélevée d'estampage et d'une deuxième partie surélevée d'estampage. La première partie surélevée d'estampage présente une hauteur h1 et la deuxième partie surélevée d'estampage présente une hauteur h2, h1 et h2 étant différentes. Le dispositif proposé comprend par ailleurs un deuxième cylindre d'estampage doté au moins d'une troisième partie surélevée d'estampage et d'une quatrième partie surélevée d'estampage. La troisième partie surélevée d'estampage présente une hauteur h3 et la quatrième partie surélevée d'estampage présente une hauteur h4, h3 et h4 étant différentes. Le premier et le deuxième cylindre d'estampage sont associés l'un à l'autre de telle manière qu'au moins la première partie surélevée d'estampage est associée à la quatrième partie surélevée d'estampage et que la deuxième partie surélevée d'estampage est associée à la troisième partie surélevée d'estampage au moins dans des zones partielles desdits cylindres.
