Claims (4)

  1. Tiroir à vide destiné à mettre sous vide des denrées alimentaires avec une chambre à vide (20) qui peut être fermée hermétiquement par un couvercle (21) actionnable et dans lequel est disposée une barre de soudure (22) réglable, caractérisé par
    un interrupteur (40) au moyen duquel une alimentation en énergie de la barre de soudage (22) ne peut être activée que lorsque le vide généré dans la chambre à vide (20) a atteint un certain niveau, l'interrupteur (40) comportant une chambre sous vide reliée à la chambre à vide (20) qui est délimitée par une membrane sur laquelle une tige cylindrique (45) est fixée qui présente une surface d'actionnement (47) inclinée pour activer une came de commutation (48).
  2. Tiroir à vide selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'actionnement (47) a une forme conique.
  3. Tiroir à vide selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'actionnement (47) est disposée sur l'extrémité de la tige cylindrique (45) opposée à la chambre sous-vide.
