Claims (4)

  1. Abgeschirmter Verbinder für Kraftfahrzeuge, enthaltend:
    - ein elektrisch isolierendes Innengehäuse (6) mit zumindest einem Hohlraum, der ein Kontaktstück (28) aufnimmt, das elektrisch mit einem elektrischen Kabel (30) verbunden ist, das mit einem Abschirmgeflecht (44) versehen ist,
    - zumindest ein elektrisch leitendes Gehäuseabschirmelement (26), das zumindest teilweise um das Innengehäuse (6) herum angeordnet ist und einen Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) enthält,
    - ferner eine Innenhülse (22), die um einen freigelegten Abschnitt (48) des Abschirmgeflechts (44) herum angeordnet ist und auf welche das Abschirmgeflecht (44) aufgestülpt ist,
    wobei der Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) mit zumindest einer stoffschlüssig mit dem Abschirmelement (26) und mit dem Abschirmgeflecht (44) elektrisch durchgängig ausgebildeten Federzunge (36) versehen ist und wobei ein abnehmbarer Spannring (56) vorgesehen ist, mit dem auf die Federzunge (36) eine Kraft in Richtung des Kabels ausgeübt wird,
    wobei der Verbinder ferner eine Außenhülse (24) enthält, die auf den freigelegten Abschnitt (48) des Abschirmgeflechts (44) gecrimpt ist und an welche die Federzunge (36) über den Spannring (56) angedrückt wird, wobei der Durchmesser des einbeschriebenen Kreises im Bereich der freien Enden (40) der Federzungen (36) geringer als der Außendurchmesser der Außenhülse (24) ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (40) der Federzungen (36) Kontaktbereiche bilden, die auf einer Außenfläche (42) der Außenhülse (24) aufliegen und eine Kontaktkraft auf diese ausüben, wenn letztere in dem Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) aufgenommen ist,
    wobei eine Außenfläche (42) der Außenhülse (24) glatt ausgeführt ist und die freien Enden (40) der Zungen (36) in Anlage an diese glatte Fläche gelangen, wobei die Außenhülse (24) Crimpzähne (52) aufweist, die sich zwischen der Außenhülse (24) und der Innenhülse (22) erstrecken, wobei die Crimpzähne (52) geringer bemessen sind als der Durchmesser der Innenhülse (22).
  2. Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend eine Dichtung (4) um das Kabel (30) herum und in Kontakt mit dem Spannring (56).
  3. Verfahren zum Montieren eines abgeschirmten Verbinders (1) für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfassend:
    - Bereitstellen eines elektrischen Kabels (30), das mit einem Abschirmgeflecht (44) versehen ist,
    - Freilegen eines Abschnitts des Abschirmgeflechts (44) in der Nähe eines der Enden des elektrischen Kabels (30),
    - Befestigen zumindest eines Kontaktstücks (28) an das Ende des elektrischen Kabels (30), das benachbart zum freigelegten Abschnitt des Abschirmgeflechts (48) liegt,
    - Einfügen des Kontaktstücks (28) in ein elektrisch isolierendes Innengehäuse (6),
    - Anordnen zumindest eines elektrisch leitenden Gehäuseabschirmelements (26) an das Innengehäuse (6), wobei dieses Abschirmelement (26) einen Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) enthält,
    wobei eine Innenhülse (22) an das Kabel (30) im Bereich des freigelegten Abschnitts (48) des Abschirmgeflechts gecrimpt wird und der Spannring (56) die Zunge (36) an die Außenhülse (24) andrückt,
    wobei eine Innenhülse (22) an das Kabel (30) über den freigelegten Abschnitt (48) des Abschirmgeflechts angeordnet wird, das Abschirmgeflecht (44) auf die Innenhülse (22) gestülpt wird und die Außenhülse (24) an die Innenhülse (22) gecrimpt wird,
    wobei der Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) mit zumindest einer stoffschlüssig mit dem Abschirmelement (26) ausgebildeten Federzunge (36) versehen wird, wobei der Durchmesser des einbeschriebenen Kreises im Bereich der freien Enden (40) der Federzungen (36) geringer als der Außendurchmesser der Außenhülse (24) ist, die sich im Bereich des freigelegten Abschnitts (48) des Abschirmgeflechts erstreckt, und wobei ein abnehmbarer Spannring (56) auf die Zunge (36) über dem freigelegten Abschnitt (48) des Abschirmgeflechts geführt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (40) der Federzungen (36) Kontaktbereiche bilden, die auf einer Außenfläche (42) der Außenhülse (24) aufliegen und eine Kontaktkraft auf diese ausüben, wenn letztere in dem Kabelaustrittsabschnitt (34) aufgenommen ist,
    wobei eine Außenfläche (42) der Außenhülse (24) glatt ausgeführt ist und die freien Enden (40) der Zungen (36) in Anlage an diese glatte Fläche gelangen, wobei die Außenhülse (24) Crimpzähne (52) aufweist, die sich zwischen der Außenhülse (24) und der Innenhülse (22) erstrecken, wobei die Crimpzähne (52) geringer bemessen sind als der Durchmesser der Innenhülse (22),
    wobei die Zungen somit auf einer Außenhülse (24) aufliegen, ohne dass ein Crimpvorgang an den Gehäuseabschirmelementen (26) im Bereich des Kabelaustrittabschnitts (34) erfolgt ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Dichtung (4) um das Kabel (30) herum und an den Spannring (56) angeordnet wird.
