Claims (10)
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel, wobei das abgeschirmte Stromkabel (3) mindestens einen Leiter und eine Abschirmung (5) enthält, die das abgeschirmte Stromkabel (3) zumindest teilweise bedeckt, wobei der Verbinder (1) enthält:ein Verbindergehäuse (7), das konfiguriert ist, den Leiter zu empfangen,wobei das Verbindergehäuse (7) eine Positionier- und Anschlageinrichtung (21a, 21b) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, die Abschirmung (5) teilweise um das Verbindergehäuse (7) herum zu positionieren, und das Verbindergehäuse (7) elektrisch leitend ist, und der Verbinder (1) eine Haltehülse (11) enthält, die konfiguriert ist, um die Abschirmung (5) herum angeordnet zu werden, um die Abschirmung (5) in mechanischer Klemmverbindung und in direkter elektrischer Verbindung mit dem Verbindergehäuse (7) zu halten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) ein vorderes Ende (35a, 35b) aufweist, das gegen die Positionier- und Anschlageinrichtung (21a, 21b) umgebogen ist, um eine Verbindungszone (II) zu bilden, die eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Haltehülse (11) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht.
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Haltehülse (11) ein hinteres Ende (37) aufweist, das konfiguriert ist, einen Druck auf die Abschirmung (5) in Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (7) auszuüben, um eine mechanische und elektrische Verbindung zwischen der Abschirmung (5) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) in einer Verbindungszone (I) über den ganzen Umfang des Verbindergehäuses (7) zu ermöglichen.
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) sich mindestens von der Rückseite (8) des Verbindergehäuses (7) bis zur Positionier- und Anschlageinrichtung (21a, 21b) erstreckt, die sie bedeckt, wodurch zwei mechanische Anschläge zwischen der Haltehülse (11) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) gebildet werden.
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) in Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (7) verformt ist, wodurch sie eine Verbindungszone (III) bildet, die eine mechanische und elektrische Verbindung zwischen der Abschirmung (5) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht.
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verbindergehäuse (7) eine erste große Seite (15a) und eine zweite große Seite (15b) aufweist, wobei die erste (15a) und zweite (15b) großen Seiten Öffnungen (14) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) in Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (7) im Bereich der Öffnungen (14) tiefgezogen ist, so dass die Abschirmung (5) teilweise in die Öffnungen (14) mitgenommen wird.
- Verbinder (1) für abgeschirmte Stromkabel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen im Wesentlichen rechtwinkligen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verbinder (1) für ein abgeschirmtes Stromkabel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Stromkabel (3) eine Schutzhülle enthält, die um die Abschirmung (5) herum angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) so um die Schutzhülle herum angeordnet ist, dass sie die Schutzhülle um die Abschirmung (5) um die Außenfläche des Verbindergehäuses (7) hält, um die Abschirmung (5) in mechanischer Klemmverbindung und in direkter elektrischer Verbindung mit dem Verbindergehäuse (7) zu halten.
- Montageverfahren eines Verbinders (1) eines abgeschirmten Stromkabels, wobei das abgeschirmte Stromkabel (3) mindestens einen Leiter und eine Abschirmung (5) enthält, die das abgeschirmte Stromkabel (3) zumindest teilweise bedeckt, wobei der Verbinder (1) ein Verbindergehäuse (7), das Positionier- und Anschlageinrichtungen (21a, 21b) aufweist, und eine Haltehülse (11) enthält, die ein hinteres Ende (37) und getrennte vordere Enden (35a, 35b) aufweist, das die folgenden Schritte enthält:die elektrische Abschirmung (5) wird um das Verbindergehäuse (7) herum aufgestreift,die Haltehülse (11) wird um die Abschirmung (5) herum aufgestreift, um das hintere Ende (37) der Haltehülse (11) um die Abschirmung (5) herum zu klemmen und so die Abschirmung (5) um das Verbindergehäuse (7) zu klemmen, um eine Verbindungszone zu bilden (I), die eine elektrische und mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Abschirmung (5) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht,vordere Enden (35a, 35b) der Haltehülse (11) werden gegen die Positionier- und Anschlageinrichtungen (21a, 21b) des Verbindergehäuses (7) verpresst, um eine Verbindungszone (II) zu bilden, die eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Haltehülse (11) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht.
- Montageverfahren eines Verbinders (1) eines abgeschirmten Stromkabels nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den zusätzlichen Schritt enthält, in dem:die Haltehülse (11) in Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (7) tiefgezogen wird, um eine Verbindungszone (III) zu bilden, die eine elektrische und mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Abschirmung (5) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht.
- Montageverfahren eines Verbinders (1) eines abgeschirmten Stromkabels nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Verbindergehäuse (7) Öffnungen (14) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltehülse (11) in die Öffnungen (14) tiefgezogen wird, um die Abschirmung (5) teilweise in die Öffnungen (14) mitzunehmen, um die Verbindungszone (III) zu bilden, die eine elektrische und mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Abschirmung (5) und dem Verbindergehäuse (7) ermöglicht.
