Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (D) für Schiebetür, die eine Schiene (400), eine Türplatte (100) und Verkleidungsplatten (300) umfasst, wobei sich die Schiene (400) aufliegend oberhalb einer Türöffnung (O), die in einer Mauerwand (P) angelegt ist, anordnet,wobei die Türplatte (100) im oberen Teil mit mindestens einem Führungswagen (700) in Verschiebung ausgestattet ist,wobei der Führungswagen (700) mit der Schiene (400) zusammenwirkt,wobei die Schiene (400) vorgeformt ist, um die Verkleidungsplatten (300), die sich damit verbinden, aufzunehmen,wobei die Verkleidungsplatten (300) einerseits bemessen und vorgeformt sind, um zwischen der Wand (P) und der Rückseite der Verkleidungsplatten (300) einen Aufnahmeraum (200) der Türplatte (100) in offener Position zu schaffen, undandererseits, um die gesamte Höhe der Wand (P), auf der sie installiert werden, zu belegen,DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS sie ein zusätzliches Verbindungsprofil (600) umfasst, das sich an der Schiene (400) befestigt und vorgeformt ist, um zwei koplanare vertikale Vorsprünge (631, 632) anzubieten, von denen einer nach oben ausgerichtet ist, und der andere nach unten ausgerichtet ist, auf welchen die Kanten einer oder mehrerer Verkleidungsplatten (350, 330a, 330b) zum Eingriff kommen, wobei der Vorsprung, der nach oben ausgerichtet ist, eine oder mehrere obere Verkleidungsplatten (350) aufnimmt, und der Vorsprung, der nach unten ausgerichtet ist, eine oder mehrere untere Verkleidungsplatten (330a, 330b) aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 1, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS das zusätzliche Verbindungsprofil (600) einen vertikalen zentralen Teil (610) umfasst, dessen Vorderseite als Auflageoberfläche für die hintere vertikale Fläche einer oberen Verkleidungsplatte (350) dient, die auf dem vertikalen Vorsprung (631), der nach oben ausgerichtet ist, eingreift.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 1, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS das zusätzliche Verbindungsprofil (600) derart vorgeformt ist, dass die Verbindung zwischen den Kanten der Verkleidungsplatten in einer Höhe, die kleiner ist als die der Schiene (400), auf der Wand positioniert wird.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 1, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS das zusätzliche Verbindungsprofil (600) derart vorgeformt ist, dass die vertikalen Vorsprünge (631, 632) einen gerippten ebenen Vorsprung auf mindestens einer Fläche bilden, wobei die Rippe (633) auf einem mittleren Teil des ebenen Vorsprungs derart positioniert ist, dass ein Teil mit geringerer Dicke zu beiden Seiten der Rippe (633) definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 4, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS die Kante (351, 331) der Verkleidungsplatten (350, 330b) mit einer Nute (352, 332) vorgeformt ist, die ein U-Profil annimmt, das auf dem gerippten vertikalen Vorsprung (631, 632) zu Befestigungszwecken zum Eingriff kommt.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 4, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS die Schiene (400) mit Vorsprüngen (431, 432) vorgeformt ist, die es dem zusätzlichen Verbindungsprofil (600) erlauben, sich daran zu befestigen, wobei diese Vorsprünge (431, 432) zur Befestigung des zusätzlichen Verbindungsprofils (600) die gleiche Verformung wie die (631, 632) übernehmen, die zum Aufnehmen der Verkleidungsplatten (350, 330b) auf dem zusätzlichen Verbindungsprofil (600) bestimmt sind.
- Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 1 und die ein Dämpfungsmodul (800) des Hubs des Wagens (700) umfasst, das sich in die Schiene (400) fügt, wobei der Wagen (700) mindestens ein Rad (720) umfasst, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS das Dämpfungsmodul (800) einen Körper (810) umfasst, von dem eine Fläche als Anschlag für den Hub des Wagens (700) dient, wobei die Fläche mit einem elastischen Vorsprung (830) ausgestattet ist, der auf dem Verlagerungsweg des Wagens (700) vorragt,
wobei der Vorsprung (830) mit einem konkaven Raum (831) vorgeformt ist, der den Außendurchmesser des Rades (720) zu Aufnahmezwecken derart übernimmt, dass das Rad (720) am Hubende den Vorsprung (830) verformt, indem es abgebremst und dann in dem konkaven Raum (831) zurückgehalten wird. - Vorrichtung (D) nach Anspruch 1, DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, DASS sie eine montagefertige Konfiguration annimmt, die die folgenden Elemente umfasst:- eine obere Schiene (400),- ein zusätzliches Verbindungsprofil (600),- mindestens eine untere Verkleidungsplatte (330a, 330b),- mindestens eine obere Verkleidungsplatte (350),- Ständer in mehreren Teilen (310, 320).
