Die erfindungsgemäße Portionskapsel 1 ist dazu vorgesehen, in einer Getränkevorrichtung insbesondere in einer Kaffee- oder Teemaschine eingesetzt zu werden, um ein Getränk insbesondere Kaffee oder Tee aus einem Substrat, Granulat oder Pulver zu schaffen, das sich innerhalb der Kapsel befindet. Die Portionskapsel 1 weist eine topfförmige Innenkapsel 2 auf, in der sich das Substrat, Granulat oder Pulver befindet und die von einer topfförmigen Außenkapsel 3 umschlossen ist. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, dass nach einem Durchstechen des Films/der Folie 6 durch ein Rohr insbesondere eine Lanze 7, die durch das Rohr/Lanze eindringende Flüssigkeit insbesondere heißes oder kaltes Wasser nur in die Innenkapsel 2 gelangt, und nicht in die Außenkapsel 3. Damit kann auch die Innenkapsel 2 in der wieder verwendbaren Außenkapsel 3 lösbar und damit auswechselbar befestigt sein, so dass nur noch die insbesondere patronenförmige Innenkapsel entsorgt werden muss.The
