Claims (8)

  1. Opening device (5) of a casement (2) pivotable against a frame (1), with a casement-side fitting part (7) and a frame-side fitting part (6), with a pivot arm (8) mounted in one of the fitting parts (6, 7) and connectable with the other fitting part (7, 6) via a locking element (10), wherein the locking element (10) can be driven between a basic position, in which a positive locking with the pivot arm (8) is separated, into an engagement position, in which the positive locking with the pivot arm (8) is generated and the pivot arm (8) when the locking element (10) is in the engagement position during the opening of the casement (2) is mounted so as to pivot out and with a fixing element (17) for the positive connection of the pivot arm (8) with the fitting part (6) having a bearing (16) for the pivot arm (8), wherein the pivot arm (8) has an elongated hole (9) for guiding the locking element (10), characterized in that a stop element (22) can be fixed in designated position in the elongated hole (9).
  2. Opening device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the one fitting part (6) has a guide (18) for moving the fixing element (17) between a position generating the positive locking with the pivot arm (8) and a position releasing the positive locking with the pivot arm (8).
  3. Opening device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the guide (18) is directed towards the bearing (16).
  4. Opening device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing element (17) can be inserted with a projection (19) into an opening (20) of the pivot arm (8) facing away from the bearing (16).
  5. Opening device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking element (10) can be driven by a lock (12) between the basic position and the engagement position.
  6. Opening device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movement of the locking element (10) is coupled with a drive rod of a drive rod fitting (3).
  7. Opening device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot arm (8) has a recess (21) for the insertion of the locking element (10) and that the locking element (10) has a hook element (11) for the engagement of the pivot arm (8) from behind in a position outside of the recess (21).
