Claims (13)
- Alimentation en feuille intercalaire pour un dispositif de coupe de produits alimentaires, en particulier pour une trancheuse à haute performance, comportant
au moins un rouleau entraîné (15), et
au moins un rouleau antagoniste (17) opposé au rouleau (15) pour convoyer une extrémité libre d'au moins une bande sans fin d'un matériau de feuille intercalaire entre le rouleau (15) et le rouleau antagoniste (17),
dans lequel
le rouleau (15) comprend au moins deux corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) entraînés individuellement,
les corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) tournent autour d'un axe de rotation commun (73), et
les corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) sont reliés l'un à l'autre de façon mobile dans la zone médiane par un palier (85). - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
des portions de rouleau (75) épaissies sont réalisées sur les corps de rouleau (71a, 71b). - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) sont constitués chacun d'un arbre caoutchouté. - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
chaque corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) est monté mobile en rotation sur une portion située à l'extérieur par un palier rainuré à billes (79), et à l'extérieur du palier rainuré à billes (79) respectif, il est prévu un joint d'étanchéité d'arbre (81), et encore plus à l'extérieur est prévu un ensemble de serrage (83) qui permet la fixation d'une roue d'entraînement. - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
à l'extrémité axialement intérieure de chaque corps de rouleau (71a, 71b), il est prévu un palier à aiguilles (85), et dans les paliers à aiguilles (85) est monté un axe de liaison (87) via lequel les deux paliers à aiguilles (71a, 71b) sont reliés l'un à l'autre de façon mobile en rotation. - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
chaque corps de rouleau (71a, 71b) est couplé à un propre entraînement par l'intermédiaire d'une courroie (89). - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu une multitude d'éléments presseurs (39) en particulier cylindriques pour presser le rouleau antagoniste (17) contre le rouleau (15), qui sont agencés le long du rouleau antagoniste (17), et de préférence les éléments presseurs (39) sont répartis sur toute la longueur du rouleau antagoniste (17), en particulier agencés à distance régulière les uns des autres. - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que
chaque élément presseur (39) est mobile indépendamment contre le rouleau antagoniste (17), en particulier dans une direction radiale (B) par rapport à la direction longitudinale du rouleau antagoniste, et/ou le rouleau antagoniste (17) comprend un axe (23) qui définit en particulier un axe longitudinal (21) du rouleau antagoniste (17) et sur lequel sont montés en rotation une multitude de galets (25),
en ce que les galets (25), de préférence respectivement en paires, sont agencés de préférence à distance régulière le long de l'axe (23), et
en ce que les éléments presseurs sont agencés en alternance entre les galets (25), vus le long de l'axe (23), de telle sorte que chaque élément presseur (39) peut solliciter l'axe (23) par une force de compression, et/ou
le rouleau antagoniste (17) comprend un axe (23) qui définit en particulier un axe longitudinal (21) du rouleau antagoniste (17) et qui est réalisé de façon flexible déformable. - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que
chaque élément presseur (39) est susceptible d'être sollicité par une force de compression en particulier pneumatique, notamment sur son côté (43) détourné du rouleau antagoniste (17), force que l'élément presseur respectif (39) transmet soit directement soit indirectement au rouleau antagoniste (17), la force de compression étant de préférence réglable, et/ou
il est prévu une chambre de pression (45) en particulier pneumatique qui s'étend au moins approximativement parallèlement au rouleau antagoniste (17), et
en ce que chaque élément presseur (39) est agencé de façon mobile dans une paroi de chambre de pression (47) s'étendant entre le rouleau antagoniste (17) et la chambre de pression (45), la chambre de pression (45) présentant en particulier une entrée (59) pour raccorder une alimentation en air comprimé, et, de préférence,
la chambre de pression (45) comprend une sortie (61) pour raccorder une conduite d'air comprimé afin de solliciter en air comprimé au moins un élément de verrouillage, en particulier un goujon de verrouillage, et/ou la chambre de pression (45) est agencée derrière le rouleau antagoniste (17), vue depuis le rouleau (15). - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon la revendication 9,
caractérisée en ce que
la chambre de pression (45) et le rouleau antagoniste (17) sont logés dans un boîtier commun (19), le boîtier commun (19) pouvant en particulier être monté de façon détachable, en particulier par accrochage, sur un boîtier (69) pour le rouleau (15), et, de préférence
il est prévu au moins un élément de verrouillage, en particulier un goujon de verrouillage, qui peut en particulier être sollicité par voie pneumatique, au moyen duquel le boîtier commun (19) peut être fixé sur un boîtier (69) pour le rouleau (15). - Alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon la revendication 10,
caractérisée en ce que
dans le boîtier commun (19), en particulier dans un cache (33) fixé de façon amovible sur le boîtier commun (19), il est prévu des échancrures (35) hors desquelles dépassent des galets (25) montés en rotation sur un axe (23) du rouleau antagoniste (17). - Dispositif pour couper des produits alimentaires, en particulier trancheuse à haute performance, comprenant une alimentation en feuille intercalaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, un support de produits et au moins un couteau de coupe tournant dans un plan de coupe pour couper des tranches depuis au moins un produit amené sur le support de produits, l'alimentation en feuille intercalaire étant prévue pour convoyer une extrémité libre d'une bande sans fin devant une extrémité avant du support de produits, afin de présenter une feuille intercalaire entre des tranches coupées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
des produits sont amenés en au moins deux traces au plan de coupe, et l'alimentation en feuille intercalaire est prévue pour présenter individuellement à chaque trace une extrémité libre d'une bande sans fin devant l'extrémité avant du support de produits.
