Claims (13)

  1. An interleaver for an apparatus for slicing food products, in particular for a high-performance slicer, comprising
    at least one driven roller (15); and
    at least one mating roller (17) disposed opposite the roller (15) for conveying a free end of at least one continuous web of an interleaved sheet material between the roller (15) and the mating roller (17),
    wherein the roller (15) has at least two individually drivable roller bodies (71a, 71b);
    wherein the roller bodies (71a, 71b) rotate about a common axis of rotation (73); and wherein
    the roller bodies (71a, 71b) are movably connected to one another via a bearing (85) in the middle region.
  2. An interleaver in accordance with claim 1,
    characterized in that
    thickened roller sections (75) are formed at the roller bodies (71a, 71b).
  3. An interleaver in accordance with one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the roller bodies (71a, 71b) each comprise a rubberized shaft.
  4. An interleaver in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    each roller body (71a, 71b) is rotationally movably supported at an outwardly disposed section via a grooved ball bearing (79), with a shaft seal (81) being provided outside the respective grooved ball bearing (79) and a clamping assembly (83) which allows the fastening of a drive wheel being provided even further outside.
  5. An interleaver in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a needle bearing (85) is provided at the axially inwardly disposed end of each roller body (71a, 71b), with a connecting axle (87), via which the two needle bearings (71a, 71b) are rotatably connected to one another, being supported in the needle bearings (85).
  6. An interleaver in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    each roller body (71a, 71b) is coupled to a separate drive via a belt (89).
  7. An interleaver in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a plurality of pressing elements (39), in particular cylindrical pressing elements, are arranged along the mating roller (17) to press the mating roller (17) against the roller (15), with, preferably, the pressing elements (39) being arranged distributed over the total length of the mating roller (17), in particular at a uniform spacing from one another.
  8. An interleaver in accordance with claim 7,
    characterized in that
    each pressing element (39) is independently movable against the mating roller (17), in particular in a direction (B) which is radial with respect to the longitudinal direction of the mating roller; and/or
    in that the mating roller (17) has an axle (23), in particular an axle defining a longitudinal axis (21) of the mating roller (17), at which a plurality of rolls (25) are rotatably supported; in that the rolls (25) are arranged along the axle (23), preferably in respective pairs, preferentially at a uniform spacing; and in that the pressing elements are arranged alternatingly between the rolls (25), viewed along the axle (23), such that each pressing element (39) can exert a compressive force on the axle (23); and/or in that
    the mating roller (17) has an axle (23), in particular an axle defining a longitudinal axis (21) of the mating roller (17), which axle is configured such that it can be deformed in a yielding manner.
  9. An interleaver in accordance with claim 7 or claim 8,
    characterized in that
    each pressing element (39) can be acted on by a compressive force, in particular a pneumatic compressive force, in particular at its side (43) remote from the mating roller (17), the respective pressing element (39) directly or indirectly transmitting said compressive force to the mating roller (17), with, preferably, the compressive force being adjustable; and/or
    in that a pressure chamber (45), in particular a pneumatic pressure chamber, is provided which extends at least approximately in parallel with the mating roller (17); and in that each pressing element (39) is movably arranged in a pressure chamber wall (47) which extends between the mating roller (17) and the pressure chamber (45), with in particular the pressure chamber (45) having an inlet (59) for connecting a compressed air supply,
    with, preferably,
    the pressure chamber (45) having an outlet (61) for connecting a compressed air line to apply compressed air to at least one latching element, in particular to a latching bolt;
    and/or
    in that the pressure chamber (45) is arranged behind the mating roller (17), viewed from the roller (15).
  10. An interleaver in accordance with claim 9,
    characterized in that
    the pressure chamber (45) and the mating roller (17) are accommodated in a common housing (19), with in particular the common housing (19) being releasably attachable to, in particular being able to be hooked into, a housing (69) for the roller (15), with, preferably, at least one latching element which can in particular be acted on pneumatically, in particular a latching bolt, being provided by means of which the common housing (19) can be fixed to a housing (69) for the roller (15).
  11. An interleaver in accordance with claim 10,
    characterized in that
    cut-outs (35) from which rotatably supported rolls (25) project on an axle (23) of the mating roller (17) are provided in the common housing (19), in particular in a cover (33) removably fastened to the common housing (19).
  12. An apparatus for slicing food products, in particular a high-performance slicer, comprising an interleaver in accordance with any one of the preceding claims; a product support; and at least one cutting blade revolving in a cutting plane for cutting slices from at least one product supplied on the product support, wherein the interleaver is provided to convey a free end of a continuous web before a front end of the product support in order to provide an interleaved sheet between cut slices.
  13. An apparatus in accordance with claim 12,
    characterized in that
    products can be supplied to the cutting plane in at least two tracks; and in that the interleaver is provided to provide a free end of a continuous web before the front end of the product support to each track individually per track.
