    Domaine technique
  • La présente invention concerne un conteneur rechargeable, notamment, mais pas exclusivement, un conteneur pour des parfums, mais aussi pour des soins ou des sérums cosmétiques, des produits de maquillage, des e-liquides pour cigarettes électroniques, des bougies parfumées, ou tout autre substance liquide, fluide, en poudre ou en pâte et particulièrement des dispositifs conçus pour s'adapter de façon amovible sur le goulot ou sur l'embouchure de telles récipients, à formes variables et volumes variables.
  • Etat de la technique
  • On connait plusieurs solutions permettant de recharger aisément un conteneur. Le document JP 2010-173723 A décrit un conteneur rechargeable comprenant une bouteille extérieure et une recharge insérée entièrement dans un volume interne de la bouteille extérieure, la bouteille extérieure et la recharge étant solidarisées de façon démontable par une bague mâle fixée sur la recharge inserée concentriquement dans le goulot de la bouteille extérieure. La présente invention propose un conteneur qui peut être facilement rechargé par l'insertion d'un flacon de recharge qui est réalisable simplement et à faible coût.
  • L'utilisation d'une recharge se justifie dans la mesure où, par sa qualité et son prix, le distributeur principal, en l'occurrence le flacon, constitue un objet non jetable. Par contre, la valeur d'une recharge tient plus à la valeur de son contenu qu'à celle du récipient formant la recharge, de sorte qu'étant de faible valeur, la recharge vide peut être jetée ou recyclée.
  • Exposé de l'invention
  • La présente invention concerne un conteneur rechargeable selon la revendication 1. Des modes préférés de réalisation font l'objet des revendications dépendantes.
  • Brève description des figures
  • Des exemples de mise en oeuvre de l'invention sont indiqués dans la description illustrée par les figures annexées dans lesquelles :
    • La figure 1 illustre une bague 'femelle' de raccord utilisée dans un aspect de l'invention.
    • La figure 2 illustre une bague de raccord 'mâle' complémentaire à la bague de la figure 1. Un détail est élargi pour plus de clarté.
    • La figure 3 illustre un tube utilisé, selon un aspect de l'invention, pour la fabrication des flacons de recharge.
    • La figure 4 illustre la partie externe, non jetable du conteneur, en ce cas une bouteille en verre comprenant un goulot fileté.
    • La figure 5 illustre un flacon de recharge jetable, plein et fermé par un opercule.
    • La figure 6 illustre la bouteille vide, en section, prête à accueillir une recharge.
    • La figure 7 montre en section le conteneur avec sa recharge vide, et un outil de montage et démontage.
    Exemple(s) de mode de réalisation de l'invention
  • Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la partie externe non jetable et les flacons de recharge qui composent ensemble le conteneur de l'invention sont reliés mutuellement par des bagues filetées 52, 12, représentées sur les figures 1, respectivement 2.
  • La bague femelle 52 (cf. Figure 1) est destinée à être fixée de façon permanente à l'intérieur du cou d'une bouteille 50, (visible sur les figures 4 et 6). Lorsque la bouteille est en un matériau peu élastique, comme par exemple le verre, la bague intérieure y est préférablement collée et présente, sur sa surface extérieure, des reliefs aptes à améliorer son adhésion. On peut toutefois concevoir aussi, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, que la bague 52 soit chassée ou soudée dans la bouteille 50, ou solidarisée par d'autres moyens de fixation appropriés.
  • La bague femelle 52 porte sur sa surface latérale interne un pas de vis 57 qu'a pour but de maintenir la recharge et de l'échanger avec une autre. Elle a préférablement un bord à l'extérieur qui l'empêche de tomber dans le flacon et prend appui sur le col du flacon.
  • Il est bien évident que l'on peut apporter à cette réalisation des modifications de détail sans pour cela s'écarter du cadre de l'invention.
  • La Figure 4 illustre un mode possible de réalisation de la bouteille 50. Il s'agit dans cet exemple d'une bouteille ronde en verre, mais l'invention n'est pas limitée à cela la bouteille 50 pouvant être réalisée, par exemple, en métal, par exemple en aluminium, en céramique, en cristal, en un matériau synthétique, ou tout autre matière. Cette partie du conteneur n'est pas jetable et peut être réalisé avec des matériaux relativement chers et des techniques de fabrication soignés afin de lui donner un aspect esthétiquement attrayant. Elle peut être gravée ou décorée, et est en général marquée avec des logos, des dessins, des indications aptes à identifier le produit et des consignes d'utilisation.
  • La bouteille 50 comporte sur le goulot un filet 56 pour la fixation d'un bouchon, non représenté sur les figures. De préférence le bouchon n'est pas une composante jetable et l'utilisateur ne doit pas forcement le remplacer avec un nouveau à chaque insertion d'une nouvelle recharge. Selon le besoin, le bouchon pourra inclure un nébuliseur, un dispositif de sécurité pour les enfants, un compte-gouttes, ou tout autre accessoire. L'invention n'est pas non plus limitée à un bouchon vissé.
  • La recharge 1, visible sur la figure 5 comporte une fiole 15 (cf. Figure 3) apte à recevoir le contenu désiré 40, et une bague mâle (cf. Figure 2) fixée de façon permanente à l'extrémité supérieure. Un moyen provisoire de fermeture, par exemple l'opercule 18, empêche la sortie du contenu 40 tant que la recharge 10 n'a pas encore été insérée dans le conteneur 50.
  • La fiole 15 peut être réalisée de manière simple et économique à partir d'un tube en verre étiré du diamètre voulu avec un fond plat ou rond. Des tels tubes peuvent être coupés avec des techniques de travail du verre classiques et sont d'ailleurs largement utilisés dans les laboratoires chimiques et biologiques. Ils sont dès lors largement disponibles sur le marché à un prix raisonnable. L'invention n'est pas toutefois limitée à cette variante et pourrait aussi comprendre des réalisations avec des fioles 15 en métal, par exemple en aluminium, en céramique, ou en matériau synthétique.
  • La bague mâle 12 comporte un filet externe complémentaire à celui de la bague femelle 52, de manière à y pouvoir être fixée et deux trous axiaux diamétralement opposés 18 dans son bord, qui sert au vissage et au dévissage, comme on le verra par la suite.
  • Les formes de la bague femelle 52 et de la bague mâle 12 sont telles qu'elles peuvent être réalisés en métal, par exemple en aluminium, par un nombre limité d'étapes de tournage, perçage, et autres opérations d'usinage classiques. On pourrait toutefois aussi réaliser ces éléments par injection de matière synthétique, dans lequel cas ils pourraient être réalisés intégralement avec la fiole 15 ou, respectivement, la bouteille 50, par impression 3D, ou par tout autre procédé idoine.
  • L'invention n'est pas non plus limitée à une liaison vissée entre la bague femelle 52 et la bague mâle 12, qui pourraient être connectées par n'importe quel moyen de liaison non-permanent, par exemple un système à baïonnette, par des clips à ressorts, ou par simple pression.
  • La figure 7 montre le conteneur de l'invention avec toutes ses composantes décrites ci-dessus assemblées, la recharge 10 étant insérée entièrement dans un volume interne de la bouteille extérieure 50. Le conteneur comporte aussi un outil 60 pour le vissage et le dévissage de la recharge 10. L'outil 60 comporte un noyau 65 destiné à s'engager dans la bouche de la recharge 10, et une ou plusieurs goupilles 63 qui entrent dans les trous axiaux 18 de la bague mâle 12. Le noyau 65 permet un alignement immédiat de l'outil avec la recharge, après quoi on peut simplement tourner l'outil 60 jusqu'à ce qu'une goupille s'engage avec un trou correspondant, et poursuivre l'action dans le sens voulu, pour visser ou dévisser la recharge.

Claims (6)

  1. Conteneur rechargeable comprenant une bouteille extérieure (50) non jetable et, en combinaison, une recharge (10) insérée entièrement dans un volume interne de la bouteille extérieure (50), la bouteille extérieure comprenant un goulot, la bouteille extérieure (50) et la recharge (10) étant solidarisées de façon démontable par une bague mâle (12) fixée sur la recharge (10),
    caractérisé en ce que la bague mâle est insérée concentriquement dans une bague femelle (52) fixée dans le goulot de la bouteille extérieure (50).
  2. Conteneur rechargeable selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la bague male (12) et la bague femelle (52) sont vissées l'une dans l'autre.
  3. Conteneur rechargeable selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la bague mâle (12) et la bague femelle (52) sont liées l'une à l'autre par un système de fixation à baïonnette ou par un arrangement de clips à ressorts.
  4. Conteneur rechargeable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bouteille (50) et/ou la recharge (10) sont en verre et/ou en métal, et/ou en matériau synthétique.
  5. Conteneur rechargeable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bague mâle (12) et/ou la bague femelle (52) sont des pièces métalliques usinées.
  6. Conteneur rechargeable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un outil de vissage/dévissage (60).
