- This enhanced cooling in combination with a burner head so designed as to tightly close the head combustion chamber, achieves in particular the object of avoiding any insulating refractory materials.
- the burner according to the present invention can also operate with an air-gas mixture low outlet speed, and a flame very close to the burner head surface, thereby reducing the operating burner minimum power, while enhancing the power modulation range to a ratio higher than 1:10.
- the different diameter burner head holes provide an optimum and homogeneous combustion through an "extended" power range of the inventive burner.
- the convex shape and the clamping of burner head and distributing element provide the burner with an improved mechanical stability and lifetime, and a very simple burner construction.

Claims (9)
- Vormischgasbrenner (1), umfassend ein Förderelement (2), einen Brennerkopf (3) mit Auslasslöchern und ein Verteilerelement (4), das zwischen dem Brennerkopf (3) und dem Förderelement (2) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verteilerelement (4) eine thermische Abschirmung des darunterliegenden Förderelements (2) bereitstellt und damit das darunterliegende Förderelement (2) gegen eine hohe Temperatur des Brennerkopfes (3) schützt und verhindert, dass das darunterliegende Förderelement (2) überhitzt wird; wobei das Lochmuster des Verteilerelements (4) erlaubt, dass es durch eine Luft-Gas-Gemisch(8)-Zirkulation gekühlt wird, und der Brennerkopf (3) einen peripheren Bereich aufweist, der frei von Auslasslöchern ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilerelement (4) eine Vielzahl von Löchern entlang seiner Krone (10) oder seines Außenumfangs umfasst, die einen vergrößerten Querschnitt aufweisen, und dadurch eine Zuführung des Luft-Gas-Gemisches (8) in den peripheren Bereich ermöglicht und dadurch verursacht, dass ein Teil des Luft-Gas-Gemisches (8) zwischen dem Verteilerelement (4) und dem Brennerkopf (3) zirkuliert; wobei das Luft-Gas-Gemisch (8) bei einer solchen Zirkulation vor Verlassen der Auslasslöcher des Brennerkopfes (3) und Erzeugen einer Flamme (7) eine Brennerkopffläche in dem flammenfreien, peripheren Bereich berührt und damit Wärme entfernt und eine Temperatur begrenzt. - Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilerelement (4) eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Löchern umfasst, die eine vergrößerte Luft-Gas-Gemisch(8)-Menge am peripheren Bereich des Brennerkopfes hindurchfließen lassen, der frei von Auslassöffnungen und Flamme ist, und die dadurch für eine Abkühlung des Brennerkopfbereichs sorgen.
- Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (2) das Verteilerelement (4) und den Brennerkopf (3) trägt und einschließt.
- Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennerkopf (3) eine konvexe Form und eine solche Größe aufweist, dass er eine Verbrennungskammer (5) vollkommen schließt, in welcher der Brennerkopf (3) angeordnet ist.
- Brenner (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennerkopf (3) in einem zentralen Bereich eine Perforation umfasst.
- Brenner (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennerkopf (3) eine konvexe Form aufweist, die mechanisch den Brenner (1) stabilisiert, während sie verhindert, dass individuelle Flammenfronten des Brenners sich überlappen, um Betriebsbedingungen für eine sauberere Verbrennung zu liefern.
- Brenner (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennerkopf (3) Löcher mit verschiedenen Durchmessern umfasst, um die Brennerflamme (7) auf der Brennerfläche anzutreiben.
- Brenner (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilerelement (4) eine Größe aufweist, die gleich einer Größe des Brennerkopfes (3) ist, und an den Brennerkopf (3) durch Anklemmen entlang eines gesamten Brennerkopfperimeters gekoppelt ist.
- Brenner (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilerelement (4) eine konvexe Form aufweist und eine perforierte Oberfläche des Verteilerelements (4) umfasst, die eine verschiedene Größe zwischen einer äußeren kreisförmigen Krone (10) und einem inneren Bereich (11) aufweist, sodass das Luft-Gas-Gemisch (8) zwischen dem Verteilerelement (4) und dem Brennerkopf (3) zirkulieren kann, um gleichmäßig verteilt oder an Auslasslöcher geliefert zu werden.
