  1. Feeder and straightening device for a plurality of in particular concrete-reinforcement steel wires or double wires which are guided in parallel with a grid welding machine, comprising mechanisms for straightening the wires and for feeding a wire or double wire in the production line, the feed mechanism (21) having at least two feed rollers (22, 22') that are mutually opposed, having a gap for the wire (1) arranged therebetween, and are driven at least in part, and the straightening mechanism comprising rows, mounted on a roller support, of straightening rollers (20, 20') which are rotatably mounted on opposite sides of each wire (1), said straightening rollers being combined into groups having differently oriented shafts, characterised by a mechanism, combined therewith, for selecting a wire or double wire (1) from a plurality of wires (1-5) arranged horizontally one on top of the other, and for supplying said wire into the production line leading to the grid welding machine, the straightening mechanism having an even number of, in particular four, groups (6, 7 and 8, 9) of a plurality of roller supports (10, 12, 14; 16, 18 and 11, 13, 15; 17, 19) through which a wire (1-5) is to pass in each case, and which roller supports are arranged on top of each other within a group (6-9) in each case, two roller supports (10, 11 or 16, 17 or 12, 13 or 18, 19 or 14, 15) from two different groups (6, 7; 8, 9), which roller supports are located at the same height and have differently oriented rollers (20, 20'), working together as a pair to straighten one wire in each case, and at least one of the feed rollers (22, 22') being height-adjustable for opening the gap when the wire is being changed, and in that a vertical movement mechanism (24) is used for vertically moving all the groups (6-9) of the roller supports (10-19) together until the pair of roller supports (10, 11) loaded with the wire (1), selected from among all the wires (1-5), reaches the height of the production line, and a horizontal movement mechanism (28) is provided for horizontally moving said pair of roller supports (10, 11) into and out of the production line along with the wire (1) that is to be guided away between the feed rollers (22, 22'), so that the wire or double wire (1) to be processed in each case can be selected from the plurality of wires (1-5) and brought into the production line by the vertical movement mechanism (24) and the horizontal movement mechanism (28).
  2. Feeder and straightening device according to claim 1, characterised in that pairs (10, 11 or 16, 17 or 12, 13 or 18, 19 or 14, 15) of roller supports (10-19) that work together to straighten a wire (1-5) each consist of one roller support (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) having horizontally arranged rollers (20) and one roller support (11, 13, 15, 17, 19) having vertically arranged rollers (20').
  3. Feeder and straightening device according to claim 2, characterised in that two groups (6, 7) of roller supports (10, 12, 14 and 16, 18) having horizontally arranged rollers (20) are arranged so as to be vertically offset behind one another, and two groups (8, 9) of roller supports (11, 13, 15 and 17, 19) having vertically arranged rollers (20') are likewise arranged so as to be vertically offset and behind one another, the feed mechanism (21) being located between the first two groups (6, 7) and the second two groups (8, 9).
  4. Feeder and straightening device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a frame (25) is provided for supporting and guiding the roller supports (10-19).
  5. Feeder and straightening device according to claim 4, characterised in that vertical guides (25') are provided on the frame (25) for vertically moving the groups (6-9) of roller supports (10-19), horizontal guides (25") branching off the vertical guides (25') at the height of the production line for horizontally moving the two roller supports (10-19) in each case which work together in pairs (10, 11 or 16, 17 or 12, 13 or 18, 19 or 14, 15) to straighten a wire (1-5).
  6. Feeder and straightening device according to claim 5, characterised by hydraulic cylinder piston units (27) vertically moving all the groups (6-9) of roller supports (10-19) together in the vertical guides (25') of the frame (25).
  7. Feeder and straightening device according to either claim 5 or claim 6, characterised in that each roller support (10-19) is connected to a limb (26') of a U-shaped swivel arm (26), which limb (26') is vertically movable in the vertical guide (25') and is pivotably guided about a shaft (26"'), the further limb (26") of the swivel arm (26) being likewise vertically movable and pivotably guided about a shaft (26"'), such that roller supports working together in pairs (10, 11 or 16, 17 or 12, 13 or 18, 19 or 14, 15) in each case to straighten a wire (1-5) can be moved horizontally into and out of the production line by pivoting the swivel arm (26) about the shaft (26"").
  8. Feeder and straightening device according to any of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the frame (25) also supports the feed mechanism (21), together with the transmission (29) and drive motor (30) thereof.
