Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Haushaltsgerät (1) mit einer Wand (8) und einem separat zur Wand (8) ausgebildeten Hinterlegteil (14), wobei das Hinterlegteil (14) mit einem Dünnwandbereich (9) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Dünnwandbereich (9) eine gegenüber der Dicke (d1) des Hinterlegteils (14) außerhalb des Dünnwandbereichs (9) reduzierte Wanddicke (d2) aufweist, und ein Loch (10) mit einem Gewinde (11) zum Einschrauben einer Schraube (12) zum Erzeugen einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Wand (8) und dem Hinterlegteil (14) in dem Dünnwandbereich (9) ausgebildet ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Haushaltsgeräts (1).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät mit einer Wand und mit einem Hinterlegteil. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung auch ein ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät.
  • Bei Haushaltsgeräten, wie einem Haushaltskältegerät, ist es bekannt, dass an einer Tür, die zum Verschließen eines Aufnahmeraums für Lebensmittel ausgebildet ist, ein separater Griff durch Schraubverbindungen befestigt ist. Da diese Griffe sehr stabil befestigt werden müssen und in dem Zusammenhang auch Anzugsmomente für die Schrauben größer oder gleich 1,3 Nm auftreten, entstehen hier auch große Belastungen einerseits beim Eindrehen der Schraube, andererseits können sich aufgrund dieser Anzugsmomente Abdrücke in der Tür beim Verschrauben ergeben, die dann sichtseitig an einer Außenwand hervortreten. Da darüber hinaus jedoch ein Minimum an einer Wanddicke für eine Wand nicht unterschritten werden soll, um auch die Stabilität einer derartigen Wand einer Tür nicht zu beeinträchtigen, müssen bei derartig vorliegenden Wanddicken und bei der Fertigung auch Hilfsmittel verwendet werden, um das Eindrehen derartiger Schrauben zu ermöglichen. In dem Zusammenhang ist es bekannt, dass mittels eines Silikonsprays eine gewisse Schmierung erreicht wird, damit der Reibwert und somit das Eindrehmoment der Schrauben verringert wird.
  • Bei den bekannten Herstellungen ist es daher erforderlich, entsprechende Hilfsmittel einzusetzen und/oder andererseits diesbezüglich dann auch unerwünschte Verformungen oder Abdrücke hinzunehmen.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Haushaltsgerät als auch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Haushaltsgeräts zu schaffen, bei welchem eine derartige Schraubverbindung einfacher erzeugt werden kann und unerwünschte Abdrücke in der Wand vermieden werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Haushaltsgerät und ein Verfahren gemäß den unabhängigen Ansprüchen gelöst.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßes Haushaltsgerät umfasst eine Wand und ein separat zur Wand ausgebildetes Hinterlegteil. Das Hinterlegteil ist mit einem Dünnwandbereich ausgebildet, wobei der Dünnwandbereich eine gegenüber der Dicke des Hinterlegteils außerhalb des Dünnwandbereichs reduzierte Wanddicke aufweist, und ein Loch mit einem Gewinde zum Einschrauben einer Schraube zum Erzeugen einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Wand und dem Hinterlegteil in dem Dünnwandbereich ausgebildet ist.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird es daher ermöglicht, dass die Wand durch das Hinterlegteil verdickt wird und das Hinterlegteil lokal in der Dicke reduziert wird, und zwar an der Stelle, an der dann auch das Loch ausgebildet ist. Dadurch wird weiterhin eine hohe Stabilität der Wand und des Hinterlegteils ermöglicht und dennoch die Schraubverbindung verbessert. Denn somit wird das Eindrehen der Schraube erleichtert und kann auch ohne Hilfsmittel, beispielsweise ohne ein Silikonspray, erfolgen und es wird auch das Abbilden von Abdrücken in der Wand beim Verschrauben vermieden. Dennoch wird ein separates Zusatzteil des Haushaltsgeräts, wie beispielsweise ein Griff, mit zumindest gleicher Stabilität und Festigkeit an der Wand befestigbar.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Wanddicke maximal drei Viertel der Dicke, insbesondere kleiner oder gleich zwei Drittel der Dicke, beträgt. Dadurch wird eine erhebliche Reduzierung der Dicke des Hinterlegteils in dem Dünnwandbereich erzielt, was die oben genannten Vorteile nochmals verstärkt.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass der Dünnwandbereich ein Stanz-Prägebereich ist. Dies bedeutet, dass zunächst das Hinterlegteil auch in diesem Dünnwandbereich mit der ursprünglichen Dicke bereitgestellt wird und dieser Dünnwandbereich nachträglich erzeugt wird, indem ein Vorstanzen und dann ein Zusammenprägen des Materials erfolgen. Dies ist dann eine sehr aufwandsreduzierte Erzeugung des Dünnwandbereichs, wodurch dieser auch bezüglich seiner Ausmaße in der Ebene, in der sich das Hinterlegteil erstreckt, ebenso präzise erzeugt werden kann, als im Hinblick auf seine Wanddicke.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die lichte Weite des Dünnwandbereichs größer ist, als die lichte Weite des Lochs. Dadurch wird es ermöglicht, dass ein Schraubenkopf auch in der durch den Unterschied zwischen dem Dünnwandbereich und dem an den Dünnwandbereich angrenzenden Bereich des Hinterlegteils gebildeten Mulde bzw. Vertiefung versenkt positioniert werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Dicke des Hinterlegteils zwischen 1,2 mm und 1,6 mm beträgt und somit entsprechend dick außerhalb des Dünnwandbereichs ausgebildet ist. Die Wand weist vorzugsweise eine Dicke zwischen 0,4 mm und 0,6 mm, insbesondere 0,5 mm auf.
  • Vorgesehen ist, dass die Wand ein schmaler Seitenrand einer Tür des Haushaltsgeräts ist. Gerade bei derartigen Ausgestaltungen, bei denen ein Türgriff örtlich derart spezifisch an der Wand angebunden ist, ist es von besonderer Vorteilhaftigkeit, diesen stabil zu befestigen und dennoch keine unerwünschten Abdrücke durch die Verschraubung zu erzeugen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Wand aus Blech ausgebildet.
  • Insbesondere ist das Hinterlegteil als Platte ausgebildet.
  • Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung auch ein Haushaltsgerät mit einer Tür gemäß der Erfindung oder einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung davon.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Haushaltsgerät wird an einer Wand des Haushaltsgeräts ein separat zur Wand ausgebildetes Hinterlegteil mit einem Dünnwandbereich angeordnet, wobei der Dünnwandbereich mit einer gegenüber der Dicke des Hinterlegteils reduzierten Wanddicke ausgebildet wird, und ein Loch mit einem Gewinde zum Einschrauben einer Schraube zum Erzeugen einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Wand und dem Hinterlegteil in dem Dünnwandbereich ausgebildet wird.
  • Insbesondere wird der Dünnwandbereich durch ein Vorstanzen des Hinterlegteils mit einem nachfolgenden Prägen erzeugt. Insbesondere wird das Gewinde mit einer Gewindewarze nach dem Prägen des Dünnwandbereichs erzeugt, wobei die Gewindewarze ebenfalls vorzugsweise durch einen Prägevorgang erzeugt wird.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird beim Einschrauben der Schraube ein Widerstandsmoment bei einer Materialdicke des Hinterlegteils außerhalb des Dünnwandbereichs von größer 1,4 mm verbessert. Es kann ein leichteres Eindrehen der Schraube erfolgen, da insbesondere ein Eindrehmoment nicht so stark schwankt, wie es im Stand der Technik der Fall ist. Darüber hinaus wird eine verbesserte und somit auch präzisere Ausformung des Gewindes und somit auch der Gewindewarze ermöglicht, was eine verbesserte und präzisere Ausgestaltung der Steigung mit einer entsprechenden Konturtreue ermöglicht. Insbesondere wird durch ein Verprägen der Dicke des Hinterlegteils und somit eine Reduktion von zumindest 30 Prozent, insbesondere durch Verprägen der Materialdicke von 1,5 mm auf 1,0 mm, durch die Kaltverfestigung eine hohe Steifigkeit erreicht.
  • Das Ausbilden von Abdrücken beim Eindrehen der Schraube, wie es im Stand der Technik der Fall ist, kann bei der Erfindung vermieden werden. Ein Herausziehen des Gewindes, wie dies durch die Verwendung von dünnen Hinterlegteilen der Fall sein kann, kann vermieden werden.
  • Die Richtungsangaben "in Breitenrichtung", "in Höhenrichtung", "in Tiefenrichtung", "oben", "unten", "vorne", "hinten", "außen", "innen" etc. für die Tür und das Haushaltskältegerät beziehen sich auf den Zustand eines zu einer herkömmlichen Nutzung aufgestellten Haushaltskältegeräts, dessen Tür für einen Betrachter vorne angeordnet ist und die Rückseite hinten.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen, den Figuren und der Figurenbeschreibung. Die vorstehend in der Beschreibung genannten Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen, sowie die nachfolgend in der Figurenbeschreibung genannten und/oder in den Figuren alleine gezeigten Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen sind nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen oder in Alleinstellung verwendbar, ohne den Rahmen der Erfindung zu verlassen. Es sind somit auch Ausführungen von der Erfindung als umfasst und offenbart anzusehen, die in den Figuren nicht explizit gezeigt und erläutert sind, jedoch durch separierte Merkmalskombinationen aus den erläuterten Ausführungen hervorgehen und erzeugbar sind. Es sind auch Ausführungen und Merkmalskombinationen als offenbart anzusehen, die somit nicht alle Merkmale eines ursprünglich formulierten unabhängigen Anspruchs aufweisen.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand schematischer Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In den Figuren werden gleiche oder funktionsgleiche Elemente mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
  • In Fig. 1 ist in einer perspektivischen Darstellung ein Haushaltsgerät 1 gezeigt, welches beispielsweise ein Haushaltskältegerät zum Lagern und Konservieren von Lebensmitteln sein kann. Das Haushaltsgerät 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 2, in dem zumindest ein Aufnahmeraum 3 zum Aufnehmen von Lebensmitteln ausgebildet ist. An dem Gehäuse 2 ist darüber hinaus eine Tür 4 schwenkbar angeordnet, die zum Verschließen des Aufnahmeraums 3 angeordnet ist. Die Tür 4 umfasst darüber hinaus einen Griff 5, der durch Schraubverbindungen an einer Grundplatte 6 der Tür 4 angeschraubt ist. Die Grundplatte 6 umfasst dabei schmale Seitenränder, von denen der Seitenrand 7 näher gekennzeichnet ist. An diesem schmalen vertikalen Seitenrand 7, der eine Wand 8 der Grundplatte 6 ist, ist der Griff 5 durch Schraubverbindungen befestigt. An einer Innenseite der Wand 8 ist ein dazu separates Hinterlegteil 14 (Fig. 2 bis 5) angeordnet, das eine Dicke d1 (Fig. 2) aufweist, die größer 1,2 mm, vorzugsweise 1,5 mm beträgt. Die Dicke der Wand 8 beträgt beispielsweise zwischen 0,4 mm und 1 mm, insbesondere zwischen 0,4 mm und 0,6 mm.
  • Das Hinterlegteil 14 umfasst einen lokalen Dünnwandbereich 9 (Fig. 3), der eine Wanddicke d2 aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Dicke d1. Der Dünnwandbereich 9 umfasst ein Loch 10 (Fig. 3), welches ein Gewinde 11 (Fig. 3) aufweist, sodass eine in Fig. 4 gezeigte Schraube 12 zur Erzeugung einer Schraubverbindung mit dem Griff 5 eingeschraubt werden kann. Das Gewinde 11 weist insbesondere nur eine Ganghöhe auf.
  • Der Dünnwandbereich 9 ist insbesondere ein Stanz-Prägebereich, der aus dem plattenförmigen Hinterlegteil 14 durch Vorstanzen und einem Materialzusammenprägen der ursprünglichen Dicke d1 erzeugt wird. Darüber hinaus wird dann noch nach diesem Materialzusammenprägen eine Gewindewarze 13, wie sie in Fig. 4 gezeigt ist, geprägt. In Fig. 4 ist das Hinterlegteil 14 von der in Fig. 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite und somit frontseitig gezeigt. Insbesondere ist die in Fig. 4 gezeigte Seite die außenliegende Seite, die dann an der Innenseite der Wand 8 anliegt.
  • In Fig. 5 ist in einer vereinfachten Schnittdarstellung ein Beispiel des Hinterlegteils 14 mit dem Dünnwandbereich 9 gezeigt.
  • Eine lichte Weite I1 des Dünnwandbereichs 9 ist größer als eine lichte Weite I2 des Lochs 10. Darüber hinaus kann auch noch, was in der schematischen Darstellung gemäß Fig. 5 nicht gezeigt ist und vorzugsweise vorhanden ist, die Gewindewarze 13 ausgebildet sein.
  • Darüber hinaus kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass ein oberes Plateau 15 des Dünnwandbereichs 9 nicht horizontal verläuft, sondern schräg und somit konusförmig verläuft. Das Hinterlegteil 14 ist an der Wand 8 so angeordnet, dass die durch den Dünnwandbereich 9 erzeugte Vertiefung der Wand 8 abgewandt angeordnet ist, wobei insbesondere ein Schraubenkopf der Schraube 12 im montierten Zustand in der Vertiefung sich erstreckt.

Haushaltsgerät (1) mit einer Wand (8) und einem separat zur Wand (8) ausgebildeten Hinterlegteil (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hinterlegteil (14) mit einem Dünnwandbereich (9) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Dünnwandbereich (9) eine gegenüber der Dicke (d1) des Hinterlegteils (14) außerhalb des Dünnwandbereichs (9) reduzierte Wanddicke (d2) aufweist, und ein Loch (10) mit einem Gewinde (11) zum Einschrauben einer Schraube (12) zum Erzeugen einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Wand (8) und dem Hinterlegteil (14) in dem Dünnwandbereich (9) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wanddicke (d2) maximal drei Viertel der Dicke (d1), insbesondere kleiner oder gleich zwei Drittel der Dicke (d1), beträgt.
  3. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dünnwandbereich (9) ein Stanz-Prägebereich ist.
  4. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine lichte Weite (I1) des Dünnwandbereichs (9) größer ist, als eine lichte Weite (I2) des Lochs (10).
  5. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke (d1) zwischen 1,2 mm und 1,6 mm beträgt.
  6. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (8) ein schmaler Seitenrand (7) einer Tür (4) des Haushaltsgeräts (1) ist und aus Blech ist.
  7. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hinterlegteil (14) als Platte ausgebildet ist.
  8. Haushaltsgerät (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Schraubverbindung ein Griff (5) an der Wand (8) an der dem Hinterlegteil (14) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Wand (8) angeschraubt ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Haushaltsgeräts (1), mit einer Wand (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Wand (8) ein separat zur Wand (8) ausgebildetes Hinterlegteil (14) mit einen Dünnwandbereich (9) angeordnet wird, wobei der Dünnwandbereich (9) mit einer gegenüber der Dicke (d1) des Hinterlegteils (14) reduzierten Wanddicke (d2) ausgebildet wird, und ein Loch (10) mit einem Gewinde (11) zum Einschrauben einer Schraube (12) zum Erzeugen einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Wand (8) und dem Hinterlegteil (14) in dem Dünnwandbereich (9) ausgebildet wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dünnwandbereich (9) durch ein Vorstanzen des Hinterlegteils (14) mit einem nachfolgenden Prägen erzeugt wird, insbesondere das Gewinde (11) mit einer Gewindewarze (13) nach dem Prägen des Dünnwandbereichs (9) erzeugt wird.
