Definitions
- the invention relates to a guide profile according to the preamble of claim 1 and a piece of furniture according to the preamble of claim 8.
- Cabinets are known whose opening is to be opened or closed by a slatted mat which can be displaced in front of the opening in an opening or closing direction.
- the Venetian blind mat which usually consists of a plurality of links linked by joints, which extend in the main extension direction transverse to the opening or closing direction, is thereby guided in two laterally limiting the opening laterally guides.
- These guides are usually designed as U- or C-profiles and have a receiving area in which the transverse lateral sections of the individual slats or the blind mat formed therefrom are guided, see for example DE8607638U1 and DE20 2007 006782U1 ,
- the slatted mat tends to bulge more or less strongly.
- This curvature or bulge of the blind reduces the aesthetic impression of the closed cabinet front and also has the technical disadvantage that the opening process is difficult because the blind mat when opening must be guided by a radius. But if the slats are arched, the slatted mat jams when opened, making it difficult to open or even impossible.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a guide profile and a piece of furniture of the type mentioned, in which the mentioned disadvantages do not occur.
- the guide profile according to the invention for blind slats has a profile bottom and two profile legs adjoining the profile bottom, which give the guide profile a substantially U- or C-shaped profile cross section, within which a receiving area is formed for receiving a part of a blind mat leading therein.
- the blind mat guided therein is aligned with its lamellae by providing on the first profile limb an inwardly projecting support projection.
- the blind mat is aligned by the support projection on the one hand and the system on the opposite second profile leg on the other hand in an exactly straight position within arranged on a cabinet on both sides of the blind mat guides. In this way, sagging or bending of the blind mat in the guide can be avoided.
- the guide profile which is preferably made of a plastic material, in particular made of PVC or has such material, asymmetrically formed by the first profile leg measured in the vertical direction from the profile bottom is made higher than the second profile leg.
- asymmetrically formed by the first profile leg measured in the vertical direction from the profile bottom is made higher than the second profile leg.
- the support projection is arranged in the region of the free edge of the first profile leg.
- the system of the blind mat is displaced as far as possible towards the center of the furniture part equipped with the blind mat against the support projection.
- the alignment effect of the guide profile is increased, which is greater and better, the farther the respective contact points of the blind mat on the two legs of the guide profile are apart.
- the second profile limb tapers in the profile cross section from the profile bottom to the free edge. This can be achieved, for example, by virtue of the fact that the second profile limb has a step on its inner side facing the receiving region.
- the contact area of the second leg on the blind mat is displaced inwardly towards the profile floor and the further outward area of the second profile leg is then not at the blind mat on. This helps on the one hand to avoid that caused by the friction between the profile and blinds does not see grinding marks.
- the contact area of the second profile limb is displaced further inwards to the blind mat and thus further away from the contact area of the first profile limb.
- the guide profile on the side facing away from the receiving area of the profile floor has an anchoring means, in particular a harpoon web, for anchoring to a furniture part.
- the guide profile can be glued to the body of the furniture or bolted to it.
- the guide profile described above is particularly suitable for a piece of furniture, in particular cupboard furniture.
- the furniture has an opening to be closed by a slatted mat, wherein the opening extends in an opening and closing direction and perpendicular thereto in a transverse direction.
- the opening is delimited laterally by two guide profiles in which the blind mat is received and displaceably guided in the opening and closing direction.
- the blind mat in the mounted state with a first side in the at least one guide profile against the support projection of the first profile leg and abuts against a contact area on the second profile leg with a second side opposite the first side.
- the contact area lies closer to the bottom of the guide profile than the support projection.
- the guide profile shown in the figures preferably made of plastic (PVC in particular) (hereinafter referred to simply profile) whose main extension direction is in the guide direction, ie in the direction X of the blind 2 therein leading to, has a profile bottom 130 and on both sides adjacent profile legs 110, 120 on.
- This configuration gives the profile 1 cut perpendicular to the direction X a U- or C-shaped cross-section.
- This cross section in the example shown located in the YZ-level and the best in the Figures 2 and 3 detects, forms a receiving space 5, in which the blind mat 2 to be led with their in the direction of displacement, ie opening or closing direction X, lateral edge areas immersed.
- the profile legs 110 and 120 are preferably different lengths.
- the length is measured in the profile bottom 130 from vertical direction Z.
- the first leg 110 is preferably facing the installation position in a furniture facing the body of the furniture and connected to this, whether by gluing, screws or the like. For example, it may have a harpoon bar (not shown) to improve the connection with the furniture body.
- This first leg 110 is preferably formed longer in the above-described sense than the opposite second leg 120.
- the profile bottom 130 extends between the two legs 110 and 120 in the transverse direction Y.
- the first leg 110 has a relation to the rest, the receiving space 5 facing inside 111 projecting support projection 112, whose function will be described below with reference to FIG. 3 is explained.
- the shorter second leg 120 tapers in the direction Z away from the bottom 130, here by a step 122, which converts the bottom closer, in the transverse direction Y wider portion 123 of the leg 120 in a narrower part 121.
- the blind mat 2 can be accommodated in the receiving space of the profile 1.
- the blind mat 2 with its front side 21 in the contact area 23 on the wider inner wall portion 123 of the second leg 120 and with its front side 21 in the transverse direction Y opposite inner side 22 in the area 24 on the support projection 112 at.
- the contact areas are diagonally opposite, ie they are spaced apart not only with a distance component in the transverse direction Y, but also with a distance component in the Z direction, this is by the diagonal d in FIG. 3 indicated.
- the intermediate space 4 lying in the Z-direction in the region of the free end of the leg 120 also ensures that any grinding marks produced by the installation of the blind mat 2 at 23 on the front side of the blind mat arise only in the outermost region 23 and thus through the region 121 of the leg 120 are covered.
