A length and a width of thetransmission line 31 are adjusted through a section oftransmission line 31 with a length of 18 percent of a wavelength and characteristic impedance of 40 ohm, so as to ensure that the length of thetransmission line 31 is less than or equal to the half wavelength. As such, thetransmission line 31 can change the load impedance of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300 at 2.6 MHZ, so that the radiofrequency power amplifier 300 is finally in the stable region of the Smith chart for stable operation. Herein, transmission lines 31 with different characteristic impedance perform different functions on adjustment of the load impedance. By selecting appropriate characteristic impedance, an influence on performance of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300 within an operating frequency band due to thetransmission lines 31 can be reduced while improving stability of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300. -
Figure 4 is a composition structure diagram showing another radiofrequency power amplifier 400 in embodiments of the present invention. As shown inFigure 4 , the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 having the impedance adjusting circuit in embodiments of the present invention includes: aninput transmission line 11, aninput matching network 12, apower amplifier 13, anoutput matching network 14, anoutput transmission line 15 and anoutput load 16. A key is that the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 also includes: afirst component 41, asecond component 42, afirst capacitor 43 and asecond capacitor 44, arranged at a connection point between theoutput transmission line 15 and theoutput load 16, configured for adjusting a load impedance of the radio frequency power amplifier at a preset frequency point. In present embodiments, thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42, thefirst capacitor 43 and thesecond capacitor 44 together form an impedance adjusting circuit. - Specifically, one end of the
first component 41 is connected to an output end of theoutput transmission line 15 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400, and the other end of thefirst component 41 is connected to one end of thesecond component 42 and one end of thefirst capacitor 43; the other end of thefirst capacitor 43 is grounded; the other end of thesecond component 42 is connected to one end of thesecond capacitor 44; and the other end of thesecond capacitor 44 is grounded, wherein both of thefirst component 41 and thesecond component 42 include an inductor and a microstrip line. - The load impedance of the radio
frequency power amplifier 400 at the preset frequency point can be effectively adjusted by adjusting values of thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42 and thefirst capacitor 43, wherein, the values of thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42 and thefirst capacitor 43 are determined according to the preset frequency point and a basic theory of a frequency selective network, and thesecond capacitor 44 is a bypass capacitor at the preset frequency point. -
- Wherein L 1 is a value of the first inductor; C 1 is a value of the
first capacitor 43; the value of the first inductor and the value of thefirst capacitor 43 are calculated according to a requirement of the load impedance in the stable region of the Smith chart and the value of the preset frequency point f; and adjustment for the load impedance is realized by adjusting L 1 and C 1. -
- Wherein, L 2 is a value of the second inductor. After L 2 is introduced, to maintain the value of the preset frequency point f constant, the values of L 1 and L 2 are adjusted according to the requirement of the load impedance in the stable region of the Smith chart. L 1 is as large as possible. Because a bandwidth of a frequency selective characteristic of the radio
frequency power amplifier 400 is relatively wide, a large influence may be generated in the operating frequency band. Increase of L 1 enables the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 to present a high-resistance characteristic within the operating frequency band, thereby reducing an influence on the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 due to adjustment for the load impedance. -
Figure 5 is an exemplary schematic diagram showing a Smith chart corresponding to another radio frequency power amplifier in embodiments of the present invention. As shown inFigure 5 , for example, description is made by using stability design of a high-power radiofrequency power amplifier 400 operated at 2.14 MHZ as an example. InFigure 5 , a diagonal region indicates an instable region of the Smith chart corresponding to the radiofrequency power amplifier 400, and inFigure 5 , a blank region indicates a stable region of the Smith chart corresponding to the radiofrequency power amplifier 400. - When the radio
frequency power amplifier 400 is operated at 2.6 MHZ, i.e., when a preset frequency is 2.6 MHZ, as shown inFigure 5 , M1 is in the instable region of the Smith chart. When the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 is operated at M1 point, to avoid the instable region of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400, a value of the capacitor with a resonance frequency slightly higher than 2.6 MHZ is selected, according to a series resonance characteristic of the capacitor. Herein, C 1=3.3pF is selected. Obtained from the preset frequency point and the basic theory of the frequency selective network, when L 1=0.6nH, f=2.6MHZ. At this moment, change of the load impedance enables the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 to be operated at M2 point. As shown inFigure 5 , M2 is located in the stable region of the Smith chart, and then the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 can have stable operation. However, insertion loss at 2.14 MHZ is -9.41 dB, which seriously influences performance of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 within the operating frequency band. - Based on this, L 2 and C 2 are introduced. C 2 is a bypass capacitor of the radio
frequency power amplifier 400 at 2.6 MHZ, and C 2 is selected as 10pF. Obtained from the preset frequency point and the basic theory of the frequency selective network, when the value of L 2 is smaller, the value of L 1 is increased. Considering a requirement of practical capacitor layout, when L2 = 0.3nH, if f=2.6MHZ is required, then L 1=3nH. At this moment, change of the load impedance enables the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 to be operated at M3 point. As shown inFigure 5 , M3 is located in the stable region of the Smith chart, and then the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 can have stable operation. Moreover, insertion loss at 2.14 MHZ is -0.38 dB, which is obviously decreased compared with the insertion loss when the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 is operated at M2 point, thereby reducing an influence on performance of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 within the operating frequency band. - When the
first component 41 and thesecond component 42 are microstrip lines, corresponding values can be calculated according to an equivalent relationship between the microstrip lines and the inductor in combination with the basic theory of the microstrip lines. -

impedance adjusting circuit 21 can be realized through thetransmission line 31 and can also be realized through a circuit including thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42, thefirst capacitor 43 and thesecond capacitor 44. - When the
impedance adjusting circuit 21 is realized through thetransmission line 31, as shown inFigure 3 , one end of thetransmission line 31 is connected to an output end of theoutput transmission line 15 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300, and the other end of thetransmission line 31 is connected to an input end of theoutput load 16 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300, wherein, thetransmission line 31 includes but not limited to: a microstrip line, a strip line, a suspension microstrip, a coaxial line, etc. - The load impedance of the radio
frequency power amplifier 300 at the preset frequency point can be effectively adjusted by adjusting a length of thetransmission line 31, wherein, a length of thetransmission line 31 is less than or equal to a half wavelength of the preset frequency point. - When the
impedance adjusting circuit 21 is realized through the circuit including thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42, thefirst capacitor 43 and thesecond capacitor 44, as shown inFigure 4 , one end of thefirst component 41 is connected to an output end of theoutput transmission line 15 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400, the other end of thefirst component 41 is connected to one end of thesecond component 42 and one end of thefirst capacitor 43; the other end of thefirst capacitor 43 is grounded; the other end of thesecond component 42 is connected to one end of thesecond capacitor 44; and the other end of thesecond capacitor 44 is grounded, wherein both of thefirst component 41 and thesecond component 42 include an inductor and a microstrip line. The load impedance of the radiofrequency power amplifier 400 at the preset frequency point can be effectively adjusted by adjusting values of thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42 and thefirst capacitor 43, wherein the values of thefirst component 41, thesecond component 42 and thefirst capacitor 43 are determined according to the preset frequency point and the basic theory of the frequency selective network, and thesecond capacitor 44 is a bypass capacitor at the preset frequency point.

impedance adjusting circuit 21 is realized through thetransmission line 31, as shown inFigure 3 , one end of thetransmission line 31 is connected to an output end of theoutput transmission line 15 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300, and the other end thetransmission line 31 is connected to an input end of theoutput load 16 of the radiofrequency power amplifier 300.
