Description

The invention relates to a rail vehicle with a snow remover according to the preamble of claim 1.

It is known to equip rail vehicles, especially locomotives, with snow clearers to different snow density up to a maximum height of 800 mm to 1,000 mm above the rails at speeds of over 100 km / h, possibly up to 160 km / h, derailment safe from the track to vacate.

From the patent EP 1 070 792 B1 is a rail vehicle, in particular a locomotive with a support frame and with a Fahrbahnräumer known. The Fahrbahnräumer has two C-shaped profiled scrapers, which are arranged plow-shaped tapering to a peak. The Räumschilde are attached to the support frame via brackets, the deformations remain held at a shock load substantially parallel to the plane of the support frame. In a collision on the one hand the risk of damage to the support frame and on the other hand, the risk of derailment is reduced by a downwardly bent or demolished Fahrbahnräumer.

The patent publication JP 10252030 A discloses a rail vehicle for snow clearance, comprising a multiple plow device having a frame connected to the rail vehicle via a vertical axis shaft and a sub-plow supported by a lifting device. The lifting device is connected to the frame behind the multi-plow. The plowshares of the multiple plowing device can be brought to clear the snow above the rail top edges in a V-shaped position, in a straight position or in an inverted V-shaped position. A V-shaped sub-plow of the sub-snow plow clears the snow below the upper edges of the rails between two tracks. The sub-plow has a baffle for discharging snow in the horizontal direction, preventing snow from falling between the rails.

The patent US 6,688,021 B2 shows a locomotive with a snow plow and a device for improved snow removal, which further removes the snow left by the snowplow. This improves traction and control of the locomotive. The device comprises a clearing flap for each running rail, which protrudes downwards beyond the lower edge of the snow plow. The clearing flaps loosen and remove any remaining snow and other remnants left by the snow plow. The device cleverly removes snow and is made of the thinnest material.

From the patent US 51,829 A is a snowplow for rail vehicles for the removal of snow and ice from the rails and from the track bed known. The snow plow includes a vertically and laterally self-adjustable scraper, two movable side wings to remove snow and ice and a spring arm to maintain a distance between scraper and rails, so as not to interfere with the operation of the snowplow obstacles.

The publication DE 10 2009 019 576 A1 shows a swept snowplower with two side surfaces for a rail vehicle. To make such a snowplow aerodynamically favorable, breakthroughs are present in the side surfaces. The apertures are provided with vanes which are arranged and configured such that the air flow is deflected downwards.

The publication DE 199 33 914 A1 discloses a roadway cleaner for a rail vehicle, which consists of one or more skid plates, which are fastened with a bracket on the support frame of the rail vehicle. At the attachment of extending over the entire width of the rail vehicle Fahrbahnräumers there is the problem that far apart fastening points are provided, which require a high manufacturing accuracy and a high cost of installation. In order to create a simple to produce and to be mounted Fahrbahnräumer, a holder is proposed for the Fahrbahnräumer, which consists of a torsion-resistant support structure, which is attached with its upper end centered on the head carrier and attached to the lower end of the dozer blade.

From the publication DE 199 33 915 A1 a roadway cleaner for a rail vehicle is known, which consists of one or more Räumschilden, which are fastened with a bracket on the support frame of the rail vehicle. To reduce the risk that the Fahrbahnräumer kinks in a collision with an obstacle down and derailment of the rail vehicle and to avoid that deforms in a deformation of the support of Fahrbahnräumers the support frame, it is proposed to design the bracket so in that, in the event of a collision with an obstacle, the road cleaner remains substantially parallel to the plane of the supporting frame while absorbing energy through energy dissipation elements arranged in the holder.

The patent US Pat. No. 1,518,685 discloses a snowplough, the Scharbleche supported on a floor panel having a forwardly projecting cutting edge. When attaching a snow remover on the undercarriage of the rail vehicle there is a conflict of objectives with regard to the free gap between a lower edge of the snow remover and an upper edge of the rails. On the one hand, the gap height should comply with at least one safety margin, which results from relevant restriction calculations, taking into account pitch and stroke movements of the vehicle body results in avoiding a hit of the snowplow on the rails. On the other hand, the calculated safe distance may prove to be so great, for example greater than 200 mm, that obstacles such as wooden sleepers can pass through the gap and can not be cleared by the snowplow and components located behind the snowplow, such as antennas, sanding systems or the like, are insufficiently protected.

Aus der Patentschrift US 1 207 789 A ist ein gattungsgemäßes Schienenfahrzeug mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schneeräumer bekannt. From the patent US Pat. No. 1,207,789 A is a generic rail vehicle with a height-adjustable snowplow known.

The invention has for its object to provide a generic rail vehicle with a snow remover, the risk of derailment is reduced. The object is achieved by a rail vehicle of the type mentioned above with the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Accordingly, a rail vehicle, in particular a locomotive, comprises a vehicle body, which is resiliently supported on traveling rails movable along rails. It also includes a snowplower with two plow-shaped tapered to a peak, C-shaped Scharblechen and with a height adjustable in the direction behind the Scharblechen clearing blade, which is downwardly projecting beyond a lower edge of the Scharbleche supernatant adjustable. The Scharbleche are with their lower edge on a floor panel, which forms a projecting in the direction of travel from the lower edge cutting edge. According to the invention the snow remover is fixed to a base frame of the vehicle body, that the floor pan of the snow remover maintains a predetermined by maximum deflection of the vehicle body safety distance to the rails, the supernatant of the dozer blade is set depending on the safety distance and a Radreifenverschleißes of rail wheels of the chassis. The rail vehicle according to the invention comprises front side of the base frame arranged buffer elements which are formed for receiving impact energy by elastic compression of a buffer spring along a reversible, first energy absorption path. The buffer elements are connected to the base frame via deformation elements, which for receiving impact energy by plastic deformation a deformation structure along an irreversible, second energy absorption path are formed. The snow remover is attached to the base frame such that its Peak is in the direction of travel behind the first and second energy intake path. As a result, in the case of rail vehicles with such a collision management system, the snow clearers are kept out of the energy absorption paths. Nevertheless, the snowplower ensures that collision partners or obstacles lying on the roadway are cleared of the rails, without getting under the own rail vehicle and thus risking derailment critical situations.

When the rail vehicle is in motion, the cutting edge divides the snow lying on the track into an upper layer of snow and a lower layer of snow initially resting on the track. The upper layer of snow then passes to the rising C-arm of the Scharbleche and is lifted by them, whereby the leading wheel of a chassis of the rail vehicle is not relieved and remains safe from derailing in the rails. By sliding the raised layer of snow in the C-shaped shaved sheet is this set in a rotation and thrown by the sweep of Scharbleche helically outward next to the track. The large-scale Scharbleche form a first clearing stage for high snow and larger obstacles, while the smaller-scale plow blade forms a second clearing stage for smaller, unrecognized by the first clearing stage obstacles. While the first clearing step can be fixedly mounted at a safe height above the rail, in order to transmit high forces to the undercarriage, the operator of the rail vehicle can adjust the gap height by adjusting the projection of the plow blade, in particular set so small that arranged behind the snowplower components are sufficiently protected. By dealing with the one or more parts, for example, swept plow blade to a component with a comparatively small proportion of the total weight of the snowplower of over 400 kg, the adjustment of the gap height can also be made easily without mechanical help. The snow clearer can be fixed so that when worn tires and taking into account all possible pitch and stroke of the vehicle body, the Scharbleche have a predetermined safety distance to the rail top. Thus, the Scharbleche most of the time are arranged too high. So that components such as antenna devices or sanding systems are adequately protected, the gap between rail top edge and snow clearer is reduced by increasing the projection of the downwardly projecting clearing blade.

In a preferred embodiment of the rail vehicle according to the invention, a deflecting web projecting in the direction of travel is integrally formed on an upper edge of the Scharbleche. The baffle deflects the snow sliding up to the upper C-arm end of a breech to the front and reduces snow ascent from the baffles to a windshield of a cab of the railcar.

In an advantageous embodiment of the rail vehicle according to the invention, the Scharbleche are connected via a plurality of extending in the direction of travel stiffening ribs with a transversely extending to the direction of the rear wall. The snow remover is thus designed as a rigid structure and has no defined energy absorption properties. An energy intake by the snow remover could lead to its destruction or demolition and thereby create obstacles whose overrunning could cause a derailment of the rail vehicle.

The rail vehicle according to the invention preferably comprises lifting points for a lifting device arranged laterally on the subframe, wherein the shingles of the snow remover enclose such a blunt point angle that lateral outer edges of the shingles end in the direction of travel behind the lifting points. Thus, the snowplower does not have to be dismantled when the rail vehicle - for example On or Rerailing - lift is. Contrary to the known acute-angled sweeps of snowploughers, the tip angle is preferably made blunt, for example, between 100 ° and 120 ° to keep the tip of the snowplower out of the energy intake path.

In an advantageous embodiment, the rail vehicle according to the invention comprises an antenna device arranged behind the snow remover, wherein a console is arranged on the rear wall of the snow remover, which covers the antenna device from above. The integrated console offers additional protection of the antenna device against external mechanical damage.

In a preferred embodiment, the rail vehicle according to the invention comprises a coupling element arranged on the front side on the underframe, wherein the snow clearer has a recess in the region of the tip, through which the coupling element is guided. The recess may be formed in that center-arranged inner edges of the Scharbleche not abutting one another, or that centrally arranged on impact Scharbleche have an example rectangular section. Thus, when mounted snow clearer designed as a screw coupling coupling member to spring back or the coupling head of a designed as a central buffer coupling coupling element can be exchanged.

According to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 comprises a snow remover 1 for a rail vehicle 14 according to the invention, in particular for a locomotive, two pebbles 3 tapering towards a tip 2 and forming a first clearing stage. The Scharbleche 3 have a C-shaped profile and are arranged so swept that their inwardly curved front sides in the direction of travel 4 of the rail vehicle 14 have. The Scharbleche 3 are with their straight lower edges 6 on a bottom plate 8 of the snowplower 1, wherein the bottom plate 8 forms a projecting in the direction of travel 4 of the lower edges 6 cutting edge 9. At an upper edge 10 of the Scharbleche 3 a projecting in the direction of travel 4 deflecting web 11 is formed. The swept scharbleche 3 include a blunt point angle 23, which is in the range of 110 ° to 120 °. At the top 2, the two Scharbleche 3 abut each other and form a common nose bow 27. At their upper edges 10, the Scharbleche 3 are cut in the region of the tip 2 to form a central recess 26. The snow remover 3 has a transverse to the direction of travel 4 extending rear wall 13, which is connected to the Scharblechen over a plurality of flat, extending in the direction of travel 4 stiffening ribs 12. The stiffening ribs 12 have according to FIG. 3 a the outwardly curved C-profile of the rear sides of the Scharbleche 3 following leading edge and a rectangular corner cutout to adapt to the stepped course of the bottom plate 8. According to the invention, the snow remover 1 comprises a height-adjustable plow blade 5, which is arranged in the direction of travel 4 behind the Scharblechen 3, for example at the level of the bottom plate 8. The plow blade 5 is arranged in an arrowed manner and has a series of vertical oblong holes 31, by means of which it is connected in a height-adjustable manner by means of fastening screws 32 to the floor panel 8. A over a lower edge 6 of the Scharbleche 3 protruding protrusion 7 of the dozer blade 5 is adjustable. The plow blade 5 forms a second reaming stage downstream of the first raking stage with an adjustable gap height 17 to rails 15 traveled by the rail vehicle 14. On the upper edges of the stiffening ribs 12 there is a cover plate 28, so that the snow plow 1 forms a rigid structure in the form of a represents closed box. During snow clearing of the rail vehicle in motion, the cutting edge 9 of the floor panel 8 divides the snow to be cleared into an upper layer of snow and a lower layer of snow. The upper layer of snow is lifted by the C-shaped profiled Scharblechen 3 of the first Räumstufe and set by sliding on the C-profile of the Scharbleche 3 in rotation until it is directed by the Ablenksteg 11 forward; at the same time the rotating snow is led away laterally outwards by the sweep of the Scharbleche 3. The rake blade 5 of the downstream, second clearing stage clears at least a portion of the lower layer of snow and smaller obstacles from the track, which were not covered by the first clearing stage.

According to FIG. 4 the snow remover 1 is attached to a base 16 of a vehicle body, not shown, of the rail vehicle 14. The vehicle body is supported on longitudinal rails 15 movable, also not shown from chassis via a secondary suspension. The trolleys have landing gear frames, which in turn are supported by a primary suspension on wheelsets having rail wheels. Due to the primary and secondary suspension leads the vehicle body - and with him the rigidly fixed snow plow 1 - in particular strokes along a vehicle's vertical axis and pitching movements about a vehicle transverse axis. The snow remover 1 is now attached to the base frame 16 so that the floor panel 8 maintains a predetermined by maximum deflection of the vehicle body safety distance to the rails 15, the supernatant 7 of the dozer blade 5 and thus the gap height 17 as a function of the safety distance and a Radreifenverschleißes the rail wheels is set.

The rail vehicle 14 comprises front side arranged on the base frame 16 buffer elements 18 which are formed for receiving impact energy by elastic compression of a buffer spring, not shown, along a reversible, first energy receiving path 19. A buffer member 18 includes a buffer plate 33 attached to the front end of a buffer ram 34.
