Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kanalballenpresse mit einem durch einen Fallschacht beschickbaren, mit einem Pressstempel beaufschlagbaren Presskasten, dessen Beschickungsöffnung auf der dem Pressstempel gegenüberliegenden Vorderseite eine V-förmige, mit Messern bestückte Aussparung bildet, und mit einem an die V-förmige Aussparung anschließenden, gegen den Fallschacht offenen Aufnahmeraum, der eine zwei Seitenwände verbindende, den Aufnahmeraum nach oben durch einen zylindrischen Abschnitt abschließende Rückwand und zwei von der V-förmigen Aussparung sowohl gegen die Rückwand als auch gegen die anschließende Seitenwand ansteigende Bodenabschnitte aufweist.The invention relates to a channel baling press with a press box that can be loaded through a chute and acted upon by a ram, the loading opening of which forms a V-shaped recess equipped with knives on the front side opposite the press ram, and with a recess adjoining the V-shaped recess, The receiving space is open towards the chute and has a back wall connecting two side walls, the receiving space upwards by a cylindrical section and two bottom sections rising from the V-shaped recess both against the back wall and against the adjoining side wall.

Da während des Pressvorgangs ein Teil des Pressguts aus dem Presskasten durch dessen Beschickungsöffnung nach oben in den Fallschacht ausweicht, wird dieser Anteil des Pressguts abgetrennt, um den Pressballen unbehindert durch den Ballenkanal austragen zu können. Die Beschickungsöffnung ist zu diesem Zweck auf der dem Pressstempel gegenüberliegenden Vorderseite mit einer V-förmigen, mit Messern bestückten Aussparung versehen, an die sich nach oben ein Aufnahmeraum für das abgescherte Pressgut anschließt, der zum Füllschacht hin offen ist, sodass das durch die Messer im Zusammenwirken mit dem Pressstempel abgescherte und in den Aufnahmeraum geförderte Pressgut aus dem Aufnahmeraum wieder durch den Fallschacht in den Presskasten fallen kann. Das sich zum Teil im Aufnahmeraum stauende Pressgut kann jedoch zu Störungen führen. Aus diesem Grund ist oberhalb des Aufnahmeraums ein die Decke des Aufnahmeraums durchsetzender, gegen die V-förmige Aussparung gerichteter Stößel vorgesehen, der bei einer Beaufschlagung durch einen Stellzylinder das Pressgut aus dem Aufnahmeraum in den Presskasten drücken soll, was jedoch nicht immer gelingt. Um das Ausfördern des abgescherten Pressguts aus dem Aufnahmeraum zu verbessern, ist es bereits bekannt (
