Claims (7)
- Dispositif (1) de fermeture de récipients (47) en métal à l'aide d'un couvercle insérable (43) et d'une bague de serrage (39) verrouillant le couvercle insérable (43) avec le récipient (47) contre une ouverture involontaire, avec un élément de fermeture formé sur la bague de serrage (39), comprenant un entraînement pour un dispositif de fermeture, lequel place le couvercle (43) inséré dans le récipient (47) et la bague de serrage (39) placée sur le couvercle (43) et déjà fermée sur un bord roulé formé sur l'ouverture du récipient en modifiant la forme de la bague de serrage (39),
caractérisé en ce que- l'entraînement comprend un corps supérieur (3) en forme de disque et un corps inférieur (5) en forme de disque, ainsi qu'une paroi cylindrique creuse (12), laquelle est placée entre les deux corps (3, 5) et forme avec ceux-ci une chambre (10), dans laquelle un disque d'entraînement (9) opérant comme piston est placé et relié avec une plaque d'appui (15) du dispositif de fermeture, la plaque d'appui (15) étant déplaçable verticalement le long d'un guidage par l'entraînement,- la plaque d'appui (15) est reliée avec une plaque de serrage (23) située coaxialement en dessous,- en périphérie de la plaque de serrage (23), des leviers pivotants (21) avec chacun une branche de fermeture (37) sont articulés de façon pivotante sur un axe C,- les leviers pivotants (21) sont reliés par des bielles (19) articulées en périphérie sur la plaque d'appui (15) de façon pivotante sur un axe A et forment une liaison par pivot,- une plaque de retenue (27) est disposée sous la plaque de serrage (23) et reliée à celle-ci, et- la plaque de retenue (27) fonctionne comme appui sur la bague de serrage (39), afin de soutenir celle-ci contre la force de fermeture des leviers pivotants (21) s'exerçant vers le haut, et- les corps (3, 5) présentent un diamètre correspondant environ au diamètre des récipients (47) devant être fermés. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les leviers pivotants (21) présentent la forme d'un « F » renversé, un alésage de palier (33) avec axe B étant formé au pied (31) de la branche de fermeture longue (29) et un alésage (41) avec axe C étant formé sur la branche centrale (40) perpendiculaire à la branche de fermeture longue (29).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la branche de fermeture longue (37) située à la tête du « F » présente, sur son côté intérieur, une surface de guidage (38), laquelle est formée contre l'extrémité libre comme rampe montante.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la ligne X reliant les axes A et B et la ligne Y reliant les axes B et C forment un angle obtus avant le début du processus de fermeture et un angle aigu à la fin du processus de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que, à la fin du processus de fermeture, les surfaces de guidage (38) des leviers pivotants (21) passent sous la branche inférieure (39') de la bague de serrage (39) et déplacent celle-ci du bas vers le haut et la placent contre le bord roulé du récipient (47).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la branche de fermeture (37) est supérieure à la distance de la plus grande extension radiale du tendeur avec le levier de serrage sur la bague de serrage (39) à l'enveloppe du récipient (47).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite à air comprimé (14, 16) est raccordée au corps supérieur (3) et/ou au corps inférieur (5), par laquelle de l'air comprimé peut être amené dans la chambre (10) sous et/ou au-dessus du disque d'entraînement (9).
