Claims (10)

  1. Eine Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200), die folgende Merkmale aufweist:
    einen Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70), der dazu angepasst ist, Spannung an ein Coregarn (C) anzulegen;
    einen Durchhanganlegeabschnitt (80), der dazu angepasst ist, einen Durchhang an das Coregarn (C) anzulegen;
    einen Coregarnzuführabschnitt (101), der dazu angepasst ist, das Coregarn (C) in Verarbeitungsrichtung nach dem Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70) und dem Durchhanganlegeabschnitt (80) in einer Laufrichtung des Coregarns (C) zuzuführen; und
    einen Erfassungsabschnitt (90), der dazu angepasst ist, einen Status des Coregarns (C) in Verarbeitungsrichtung vor dem Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70) in der Laufrichtung zu erfassen.
  2. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der der Erfassungsabschnitt (90) ein Gehäuse umfasst, das eine Rille aufweist, bei der ein Ende geöffnet ist,
    wobei die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) ferner eine erste Coregarnführung (62) aufweist, die einen geschlossenen Abschnitt an zumindest einem Endabschnitt aufweist, der sich auf einer selben Seite befindet wie das geöffnete eine Ende der Rille, wobei die erste Coregarnführung (62) bezüglich des Gehäuses angeordnet ist.
  3. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß Anspruch 2, die ferner eine zweite Coregarnführung (61) aufweist, die in Verarbeitungsrichtung vor der ersten Coregarnführung (62) angeordnet und dazu angepasst ist, das Coregarn (C) zu führen.
  4. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei der die erste Coregarnführung (62) ein plattenartiges Bauglied mit einem Loch ist und der Erfassungsabschnitt (90) in einer Region angeordnet ist, die sich zwischen einer Innenoberfläche des Gehäuses und einer in Verarbeitungsrichtung nachgelagerten Oberfläche des plattenartigen Bauglieds der ersten Coregarnführung (62) befindet.
  5. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die ferner einen Klemmabschnitt (106) aufweist, der dazu angepasst ist, das Coregarn (C) in Verarbeitungsrichtung nach dem Coregarnzuführabschnitt (101) in der Laufrichtung einzuklemmen.
  6. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der der Erfassungsabschnitt (90) ein optischer Sensor ist, der einen lichtemittierenden Abschnitt (91), der dazu angepasst ist, Licht zu dem Coregarn (C) zu emittieren, und einen Lichtempfangsabschnitt (92), der dazu angepasst ist, das Licht zu empfangen, aufweist.
  7. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, die ferner eine Einheitsbasis (60) aufweist, die dazu angepasst ist, den Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70), den Durchhanganlegeabschnitt (80), den Coregarnzuführabschnitt (101) und den Erfassungsabschnitt (90) zu tragen.
  8. Die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die ferner einen Wickelkörpertrageabschnitt (50) aufweist, der in Verarbeitungsrichtung vor dem Durchhanganlegeabschnitt (80) und dem Erfassungsabschnitt (90) in der Laufrichtung angeordnet ist und dazu angepasst ist, einen Wickelkörper (CP) zu tragen, um den das Coregarn (C) gewickelt ist.
  9. Eine Spinnmaschine (1), die folgende Merkmale aufweist:
    die Coregarnbereitstellungsvorrichtung (200) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8;
    eine Ziehvorrichtung (6), die dazu angepasst ist, ein Faserbündel (F) zu ziehen;
    eine pneumatische Spinnvorrichtung (7), die dazu angepasst ist, ein Garn (Y) zu bilden, indem sie das Faserbündel (F) Drehungen unterzieht, wobei das Coregarn (C) als Kern dient; und
    eine Wickelvorrichtung (13), die dazu angepasst ist, das Garn (Y) zu wickeln, um einen Wickelkörper (P) zu bilden.
  10. Verfahren zum Bereitstellen eines Coregarns (C), wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:
    Anlegen eines Durchhangs an das Coregarn (C) seitens eines Durchhanganlegeabschnitts (80) beim Zuführen des Coregarns (C) seitens eines Coregarnzuführabschnitts (101) in Verarbeitungsrichtung nach einem Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70) und dem Durchhanganlegeabschnitt (80) in einer Laufrichtung des Coregarns (C);
    Anlegen einer Spannung an das Coregarn (C) seitens des Spannungsanlegeabschnitts (70) und Erfassen eines Status des Coregarns (C) seitens eines Erfassungsabschnitts (90) in Verarbeitungsrichtung vor dem Spannungsanlegeabschnitt (70) in der Laufrichtung, wenn das Coregarn (C) gerade einem Zuführbestimmungsort (6) bereitgestellt wird.
