Claims (12)
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1), die ein Gehäuse (100), einen in dem Gehäuse (100) angeordneten elektrischen Haupt-Schaltkasten (200), einen Inspektionskasten (300), der an einer Außenfläche einer Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) installiert und mit dem elektrischen Haupt-Schaltkasten (200) über eine Signalleitung (400) verbunden ist, sowie ein Dekorteil (500) umfasst, das abnehmbar an der Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) installiert ist und den Inspektionskasten (200) abdeckt, wobei der Inspektionskasten (200) umfasst:eine Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310), die an der Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) installiert ist;eine Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320), die in der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) angeordnet und über eine Signalleitung (400) mit dem elektrischen Haupt-Schaltkasten (200) verbunden ist; sowieeine Inspektionskasten-Abdeckung (330), die zwischen einer geöffneten Position der Abdeckung, in der die Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320) nicht abgedeckt ist, und einer geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung verschiebbar installiert ist, in der die Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320) abgedeckt ist.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gehäuse (100) umfasst:einen Hauptkörper (110);eine linke Platte (120), die an einer linken Fläche des Hauptkörpers (110) installiert ist; sowieeine rechte Platte (130), die an einer rechten Fläche des Hauptkörpers (110) installiert ist, wobei der Inspektionskasten (300) und das Dekorteil (500) an einer Außenfläche der linken Platte (120) oder einer Außenfläche der rechten Platte (130) installiert sind.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
eine erste Fläche von zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen von Seitenwänden der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einem Sicherungselement (316) versehen ist,
eine zweite Fläche der zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen der Seitenwände der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einem elastischen Element (317) versehen ist, das sich zu einer Innenfläche einer Bodenwand der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) erstreckt, und
das Sicherungselement (316) und das elastische Element (317) jeweils mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320) einrastend in Eingriff kommen und so die Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320) an die Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) gedrückt wird. - Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zweite Fläche der zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen der Seitenwände der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einer U-förmigen Nut (318) versehen ist und das elastische Element (317) im Inneren der U-förmigen Nut (318) ausgebildet ist.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Innenfläche der Bodenwand der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einer Vielzahl von Stützrippen (319) versehen ist und die Inspektions-Hauptplatte (320) durch das Sicherungselement (316) und das elastische Element (317) eng an die Vielzahl von Stützrippen (319) gedrückt wird.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine Außenfläche einer Seitenwand der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (330) mit einem rutschfesten Streifen (331) versehen ist.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
eine Außenfläche einer Seitenwand der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einer Vielzahl wasserdichter Nuten (311) versehen ist,
eine Innenfläche einer Seitenwand der Inspektionskasten-Abdeckung (330) mit einer Gleitschiene (332) versehen ist, und
die Gleitschiene (332) gleitend mit einer der Vielzahl wasserdichter Nuten (311) in Eingriff ist. - Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei ein Eingleit-Ende der Gleitschiene (332) gebogen ist und einen Führungsabschnitt (333) bildet.
- Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine Innenfläche einer Seitenwand der Inspektionskasten-Abdeckung (330) mit einem Element (334) zum Öffnen der Abdeckung und einem Element (335) zum Schließen der Abdeckung versehen ist.
eine Außenfläche der Seitenwand der Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einem Positions-Grenzelement (312) versehen ist, und
das Element (334) zum Öffnen der Abdeckung eingerastet mit dem Grenzelement (312) in Eingriff ist, wenn sich die Inspektionskasten-Abdeckung (330) an der geöffneten Position der Abdeckung befindet, oder
das Element (335) zum Schließen der Abdeckung eingerastet mit dem Grenzelement (312) in Eingriff ist, wenn sich die Inspektionskasten-Abdeckung (330) an der geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung befindet. - Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
die Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einem Montageelement (313) versehen ist, die Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) mit einem Montageloch (140) versehen ist, und
das Montageelement (313) eingerastet mit dem Montageloch (140) in Eingriff ist. - Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei
die Inspektionskasten-Verkleidung (310) mit einer Montageöse (314) versehen ist, die Montageöse (314) mit einem Montage-Durchgangsloch (315) versehen ist,
die Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) mit einem Montage-Gewindeloch (150) versehen ist, und
die Montage-Öse (314) an der Außenfläche der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (100) mittels eines Gewinde-Befestigungselementes (600) installiert ist, das durch das Montage-Durchgangsloch (315) hindurchtritt und mit dem Montage-Gewindeloch (150) in Eingriff ist. - Klimaanlage, umfassend die Klimaanlagen-Außeneinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-11.
