Claims (1)
- Elektrischer Schutzschalter, der eine Lichtbogenbildungskammer enthält, die einen feststehenden Kontakt und einen beweglichen Kontakt umschließt, welche zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Trennung einen Lichtbogen zwischen sich bilden, wobei die Bildungskammer mit dem Eingang einer zweiten so genannten Lichtbogenlöschkammer in Verbindung steht, die eine Stapelung von Separatoren aufweist, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander erstrecken, wobei dieser bewegliche Kontakt sich im Wesentlichen lotrecht zur Ebene der Separatoren erstreckt, um einen Lichtbogen zwischen den Kontakten bei ihrer Trennung zu ziehen, dessen Anfangsrichtung im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Separatoren ist, wobei diese Separatoren auf der Seite des beweglichen Kontakts eine Öffnung aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Einfügen des Lichtbogens zu erleichtern, wobei der Schutzschalter einen magnetischen Auslöser, der sich auf der Seite der feststehenden und beweglichen Kontakte befindet, und ein Schalthorn aufweist, das sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Separatoren (4) von einem Separator zum anderen, oder pro Gruppe von gleichen Separatoren von einer Gruppe zur anderen oder einer Mischung der beiden progressiv variiert, so dass diese Form sich von dem V, das die größte Öffnungsfläche aufweist, bis zu dem V entwickelt, das die kleinste Öffnungsfläche aufweist, indem man vom magnetischen Auslöser zum Schalthorn (5) geht, wobei diese Separatoren (4) in drei verschiedene Gruppen A, B, C verteilt sind, eine erste A, eine zweite B, bzw. eine dritte Gruppe C, wobei die zur gleichen Gruppe gehörenden Separatoren (4) im Wesentlichen die gleiche Form haben, dass in der ersten Gruppe A, die sich auf der Seite (a) des Schalthorns (5) des Schutzschalters befindet, die Öffnung (7) der Separatoren (4) eine Halbkreisform hat, dass in der dritten Gruppe C, die sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet, d.h. auf der Seite (b) der feststehenden (2) und beweglichen (1) Kontakte, die Öffnung (8) der Separatoren eine allgemeine Form eines V aufweist, das über die ganze Länge der Öffnung krummlinig hergestellt ist, während in der zweiten Gruppe B, die sich in der Mitte der zwei anderen befindet, die Öffnung (11) der Separatoren einen ersten Teil (9) in Form eines Abschnitts eines V verlängert durch einen Schlitz (10) aufweist, so dass der Querschnitt des ersten Teils (9) der Öffnung (11) ausgehend vom Ende (11a) der Öffnung (11), das sich zur Außenseite des Separators hin befindet, zu seinem anderen Ende (11b) abnimmt, das sich zum Inneren des Separators hin befindet.
