Claims (6)
- Équipement pour traiter des panneaux (2) de bois ou similaire, l'équipement comprenant une machine de coupe (3) pour couper une pluralité de panneaux (2) à partir d'une feuille (4) de bois ou similaire, la machine de coupe (3) comprenant, à son tour, des moyens de support (15, 16) définissant une première surface de support (P1) pour la feuille (4) ; un poste de coupe (14) ; un ensemble de préhension et d'alimentation (11) pour alimenter la feuille (4) à travers le poste de coupe (14) dans une première direction (7) qui est parallèle à la première surface de support (P1) ; une tête opérationnelle (29), qui est montée dans le poste de coupe (14), est dotée d'un outil de coupe, et est mobile dans une seconde direction (10) qui est transversale à la première direction (7) et parallèle à la première surface de support (P1) ;
l'ensemble de préhension et d'alimentation (11) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de préhension (12, 13) qui sont conçus pour maintenir une arête arrière du panneau (2) qui est parallèle à la seconde direction (10) et/ou une arête latérale du panneau (2) qui est parallèle à la première direction (7) ; et une machine de placage de chant (5) pour plaquer le chant de chaque panneau (2) avec une arête de finition relative, la machine de placage de chant (5) comprenant, à son tour, une unité de support (21), une unité de placage de chant (33) ; et l'équipement comprend, de plus, un portique fixé (26) comprenant, à son tour, une traverse (28) qui s'étend au-dessus desdites première et seconde surfaces de support (P1, P2) dans la seconde direction (10), et est mise en prise de manière coulissante par la tête opérationnelle (29) et par l'unité de placage de chant (33), et au moins deux montants de support (27) qui sont agencés sur des côtés opposés de la machine de coupe (3) et de la machine de placage de chant (5) et sont raccordés l'un à l'autre par la traverse (28) ; l'unité de support (21) et l'unité de placage de chant (33) étant mobiles dans la première direction (7) et dans la seconde direction (10) respectivement, caractérisé en ce que :l'unité de support est dotée d'une pluralité de blocs de support d'aspiration (25), qui sont conçus pour verrouiller les panneaux (2), par l'aspiration sur une seconde surface de support (P2) ;l'équipement comprend une première base (6) avec une forme allongée, qui s'étend dans la première direction (7), et présente deux éléments de guidage longitudinaux (8) parallèles l'un à l'autre et à la première direction (7) ;une seconde base (19) qui s'étend dans la première direction (7), et présente deux éléments de guidage longitudinaux (20) parallèles l'un à l'autre et à la première direction (7), la seconde base est parallèle et proche de la première base et fait face à la première base ;les deux montants de support (27) sont agencés sur des côtés opposés de la première base et de la seconde base dans la seconde direction (10). - Équipement selon la revendication 1 et comprenant, de plus, une unité de transfert qui est accouplée à la traverse (28) de manière coulissante, et est mobile dans la seconde direction (10) de sorte à transférer les panneaux (2) entre la première surface de support (P1) et la seconde surface de support (P2).
- Équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de placage de chant (33) comprend un ensemble applicateur (34) pour appliquer, à chaque panneau (2), l'arête de finition relative, et un ensemble d'outil (35) pour traiter l'arête de finition elle-même.
- Équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, de plus, une seule enceinte électrique (36) pour la machine de coupe (3) et pour la machine de placage de chant (5).
- Équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, de plus, une barrière de sécurité (37) qui est conçue pour entourer trois côtés de l'ensemble constitué par la machine de coupe (3) et la machine de placage de chant (5).
- Équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la machine de coupe (3) est dotée, de plus, d'un dispositif de pressage (32) pour verrouiller la feuille (4) sur la première surface de support (P1).
