Claims (15)

  1. Système de coupe pour couper des panneaux de bois (2) ou similaires, le système comprenant une machine (3) pour couper des panneaux de bois (2) ou similaires comprenant, quant à elle, une structure de support (4) définissant une surface de support (P) sensiblement horizontale pour les panneaux (2) ; un poste de coupe (17) ; un dispositif d'acheminement (24) pour acheminer les panneaux (2) le long de la surface de support (P) et à travers le poste de coupe (17) dans une première direction (6) ; et un dispositif de coupe (18), qui est monté dans le poste de coupe (17) de manière à se déplacer dans une deuxième direction (10), qui est transversale à la première direction (6), et à effectuer la coupe des panneaux (2) ; et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, au moins un ensemble de saisie et de pose (29), qui est monté sous la surface de support (P), s'étend à travers la surface de support (P), se projette au-dessus de la surface de support (P) et est mobile dans la deuxième direction (10) de manière à déplacer les panneaux (2) sur la surface de support (P) dans la deuxième direction (10) elle-même.
  2. Système de coupe selon la revendication 1 et comprenant, en outre, un guide (30), qui est monté sous la surface de support (P) parallèle à la deuxième direction (10) et est engagé de manière coulissante par chaque dit ensemble de saisie et de pose (29).
  3. Système de coupe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la structure de support (4) comprend au moins un élément de guidage longitudinal (11), qui est parallèle à la première direction (6) et est engagé de manière coulissante par le dispositif d'acheminement (24) ; chaque ensemble de saisie et de pose (29) s'étendant sous l'élément de guidage longitudinal (11).
  4. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, en outre, au moins un poste de chargement et/ou déchargement (27) pour les panneaux (2), qui est aligné sur la machine (3) dans la deuxième direction (10) ; l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) étant mobile entre le poste de chargement et/ou déchargement (27) et la surface de support (P) dans la deuxième direction (10) elle-même.
  5. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la structure de support (4) est configurée de telle sorte que la surface de support (P) comporte un canal d'acheminement (35), qui s'étend à travers la surface de support (P) dans la deuxième direction (10) et est engagé de manière coulissante par ledit ensemble de prise et de pose (29) .
  6. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) comprend au moins un coulisseau (32), qui est monté de manière à se déplacer dans la deuxième direction (10), et, pour chaque coulisseau (32), un dispositif de maintien respectif (31), qui est monté de manière à se déplacer dans une troisième direction (9) qui est sensiblement orthogonale à ladite surface de support (P).
  7. Système de coupe selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (31) comprend une barre de support (33), qui s'étend dans la première direction (6) et est pourvue d'au moins un élément d'aspiration (37), qui est obtenu le long de la barre de support (33) elle-même.
  8. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, en outre, au moins un poste de chargement (27), qui est approprié pour recevoir au moins un panneau (2) et est aligné sur la machine (3) dans la deuxième direction (10) ; l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) étant mobile entre le poste de chargement (27) et la surface de support (P) de manière à acheminer les panneaux (2) sur la surface de support (P) elle-même.
  9. Système de coupe selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le poste de chargement (27) est pourvu d'un dispositif d'arrêt de limite (38), qui permet aux panneaux (2) d'être correctement positionnés dans la première direction (6) et est mobile entre une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle le dispositif d'arrêt de limite (38) est agencé à l'intérieur d'une voie d'acheminement de l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) dans la deuxième direction (10), et une position de repos, dans laquelle le dispositif d'arrêt de limite (38) est agencé à l'extérieur de la voie d'acheminement de l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) dans la deuxième direction (10).
  10. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, en outre, un dispositif d'identification (39), qui est approprié pour appliquer un élément d'identification sur les panneaux (2) et est mobile dans la deuxième direction (10) .
  11. Système de coupe selon la revendication 10 et comprenant, en outre, un poste de chargement (27), qui est approprié pour recevoir au moins un panneau (2) et est aligné sur la machine (3) dans la deuxième direction (10) ; le dispositif d'identification (39) étant mobile dans la deuxième direction (10) entre le poste de chargement (27) et la surface de support (P).
  12. Système de coupe selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel le dispositif d'identification (39) comprend une machine d'étiquetage comprenant, quant à elle, une unité d'application d'étiquette (40) pour appliquer des étiquettes sur les panneaux (2) et une unité d'alimentation en étiquette (41) pour apporter des étiquettes à l'unité d'application d'étiquette (40) .
  13. Système de coupe selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'unité d'alimentation en étiquette (41) s'étend sous la surface de support (P) et l'unité d'application d'étiquette (40) s'étend au-dessus de la surface de support (P).
  14. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans lequel le dispositif d'identification (39) est monté sur l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29) .
  15. Système de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant, en outre, un dispositif de perçage et/ou de fraisage, qui est monté sur l'ensemble de prise et de pose (29).
