  • the single arm 11 may also be adapted to existing dishwashing machines and, in all cases, an extremely compact combined washing and rinsing system is obtained, which is easy and cost-effective to make and mount, is completely reliable and which does not even need the propulsive nozzles usually present on the traditional arms.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif combiné de lavage et de rinçage (10) pour un lave-vaisselle (1b), en particulier pour un lave-vaisselle professionnel, comprenant un seul bras (11) délimité sur le côté extérieur par une première face (12) équipée d'une pluralité de premières buses de lavage (13), et d'une pluralité de secondes buses de rinçage (14), qui sont agencées au moins partiellement alignées les unes avec les autres, les premières buses (13) formant au moins une première rangée (F1) dans une direction longitudinale (D) d'extension du bras (11) et les secondes buses (14) formant au moins une deuxième rangée (F2) dans ladite direction longitudinale (D); un moyeu (15) porté par une seconde face (16) du bras opposée à la première, et agencée sensiblement sur l'axe médian du bras (11), c'est-à-dire, lors de l'utilisation, qui tourne sur le moyeu (15), autour d'un axe de symétrie (A) du moyeu; et un double circuit de distribution hydraulique (17) défini par le bras (11) pour alimenter séparément les premières et secondes buses;
    dans lequel:
    i) le bras (11) est constitué d'un corps intérieurement creux formé par une première (18) et une seconde (19) demi-coquilles couplées de manière à se chevaucher mutuellement au niveau de la partie des concavités respectives (20, 21) de celles-ci, la première demi-coquille (18) délimitant, sur la partie opposée à la concavité (20) de celle-ci, la première face (12), et la seconde demi-coquille (19) délimitant, sur la partie opposée à la concavité (21) de celle-ci, la seconde face (16);
    ii) le double circuit de distribution hydraulique (17) est obtenu à l'intérieur de la seconde demi-coquille (19) au moyen d'une nervure longitudinale (22) qui est en surplomb à l'intérieur de la concavité (21) de la seconde demi-coquille (19) et qui se couple d'une manière étanche au fluide avec la première demi-coquille (18) de manière à former, à l'intérieur du bras (11), une première (23) et une seconde (24) chambres, qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre, dans lesquelles les première (13) et seconde (14) buses, respectivement, sont introduites; et
    iii) les première et seconde demi-coquilles (18, 19) sont intégralement attachées l'une à l'autre d'une manière étanche au fluide; et dans lequel le moyeu (15) est réalisé uniquement et complètement intégralement d'une seule pièce avec la seconde demi-coquille (19) et est formé par un premier (29) et un second (30) manchons, qui sont agencés de façon coaxiale et qui présentent, à la partie de la seconde face (16), une extension axiale qui est différente d'un manchon à l'autre,
    caractérisé en ce que:
    le premier manchon (29) est agencé radialement à l'extérieur du second manchon (30) et supporte intégralement le second manchon (30) au moyen d'au moins une paire de rayons diamétralement opposés (31), qui délimitent, entre le premier et le second manchons (29, 30), dans la seconde demi-coquille (19), une paire d'ouvertures traversantes axiales s'étendant de façon circonférentielle (32), pour accéder à la première chambre (23).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits rayons (31) sont intérieurement creux et connectent de façon hydraulique, sur des côtés opposés, la seconde chambre (24) avec l'intérieur du second manchon (30), au moyen d'ouvertures radiales traversantes respectives (37) formées à travers le second manchon (30), aux rayons (31); la seconde chambre (24) étant délimitée entre le premier manchon (29), ladite nervure longitudinale (22) et au moins une paroi latérale extérieure (38; 39) de la seconde demi-coquille (19).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux qui définit le bras (11) présente une section centrale en forme de S (33) en plan, c'est-à-dire dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de symétrie (A) du moyeu, et pourvue dudit moyeu (15); et une première (34) et une seconde (35) sections périphériques, qui font saillie radialement en surplomb à partir de la section centrale (33) dans des positions excentriques et diamétralement opposées par rapport à l'axe de symétrie (A) du moyeu, les sections périphériques (34, 35) étant équipées desdites premières et secondes buses (13, 14).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les secondes buses (14) sont toutes alignées le long d'une même deuxième rangée (F2) qui s'étend sur les deux sections périphériques (34, 35), alors que les premières buses (13) sont alignées le long d'une première rangée (F1) qui s'étend sur la première (34) des sections périphériques et le long d'une troisième rangée (F3) qui s'étend sur la seconde (35) des sections périphériques et qui n'est pas alignée par rapport à la première rangée (F1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le première chambre (23) est divisée, par le moyeu (15), en deux sections (23b, 23c) qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre et échelonnées radialement et qui s'étendent le long des première (34) et seconde (35) sections périphériques, respectivement, et qui sont accessibles à travers des ouvertures traversantes axiales respectives (32) ménagées à travers la seconde demi-coquille (19) à des étirements curvilignes respectifs (36) de la section centrale (33).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premières et secondes buses (13, 14) sont formées intégralement d'une seule pièce avec la première demi-coquille (18), qui a été formée par moulage, de manière à ne définir aucune découpe dans la direction axiale.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites premières et secondes buses (13, 14) sont agencées en oblique par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de symétrie (A) du moyeu et à l'axe de rotation de l'unique bras (11), de manière à déterminer, lors de l'utilisation, une impulsion de propulsion qui détermine la rotation de l'unique bras (11) sur le moyeu (15).
  8. Lave-vaisselle professionnel (1b), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif combiné de lavage et de rinçage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyeu (15) est formé par un premier et un second manchons (29, 30) agencés de façon coaxiale et présentant une extension axiale différente d'un manchon à l'autre, qui sont couplés d'une manière étanche au fluide à un premier (5) et un second (6) tuyaux pour amener un fluide actif de lavage et de rinçage, respectivement, également agencés de façon coaxiale l'un par rapport à l'autre, de manière à supporter librement l'unique bras (11) sur au moins un desdits tuyaux (5, 6).
