Definitions

  • the invention relates to a portable hard surface cleaning device for removing and absorbing liquid from a hard surface, in particular from a window pane, comprising a suction nozzle with a suction opening on which at least one Abziehlippe is arranged, a suction unit, which is in flow communication with the suction nozzle for sucking a Fl üsstechniks- air mixture from the suction port, a deposition chamber, which is positioned in the flow path between the suction nozzle and the suction unit and in which a separation device is arranged for separating liquid from the liquid-air mixture, and a tank receiving compartment in which a dirty liquid tank for receiving the in the separation chamber deposited liquid is releasably held, wherein the tank receiving compartment has at least one support element and at least one holding element, wherein the at least one support member engages under a lower tank portion of the dirty liquid tank u nd that at least one retaining element with a top tank portion of the dirty liquid tank is detachably connectable.
  • Such a portable hard surface cleaning device is known for example from EP 2 237 711 Bl and EP 2 230 980 Bl and EP 2 227 126 Bl. With its help, a hard surface, in particular a window, can be cleaned.
  • the portable hard surface cleaning device can be moved along with the at least one Abziehlippe on the hard surface in the manner of a manual puller, so that liquid can be removed from the hard surface.
  • the liquid accumulates at a suction port of a suction nozzle of the portable hard surface cleaning device and can be sucked up from the suction port and transferred to a dirty fluid tank.
  • the portable hard surface cleaning device has for this purpose a suction unit, which is in flow communication with the suction nozzle. By means of the suction unit, a suction flow can be generated in the region of the suction opening are under the action of a mixture of liquid and air is sucked through the suction port.
  • a deposition chamber In the flow path between the suction nozzle and the suction unit, a deposition chamber is positioned. In the deposition chamber, a separation device is arranged, with the aid of which liquid can be separated from the liquid-air mixture. The liquid can then be collected in the dirty liquid tank, which is detachably held in a tank receiving compartment. The intake air can be discharged from the suction unit to the environment.
  • the determination of the dirty liquid tank in the tank receiving compartment is carried out by means of support and holding elements of the tank receiving compartment. At least one support element engages under a lower tank portion of the dirty fluid tank and with the aid of at least one retaining element, an upper tank portion of the dirty fluid tank can be detachably connected to the tank receiving compartment. This gives the user the opportunity to remove the dirty liquid tank as needed the tank receiving compartment and then insert it back into the tank receiving compartment. The removal and insertion can be done, for example, if the user wants to empty the dirty liquid tank.
  • Dirty liquid tanks are overlapped by holding elements of the tank receiving compartment, so that the dirty liquid tank introduced into the tank receiving compartment assumes a position between a support element arranged at the lower end of the tank receiving compartment and the holding elements arranged at the upper end of the tank receiving compartment.
  • This requires a large dimensional accuracy of the dirty fluid tank, so that the production of the hard surface cleaning device is associated with significant costs.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to develop a portable hard surface cleaning device of the generic type such that it can be produced more cheaply.
  • the hard surface cleaning device has two holding elements that receive the upper tank portion of the dirty liquid tank between them.
  • the determination of the dirty liquid tank in the tank receiving compartment is characterized in that at least one support element of the tank receiving compartment engages under the dirty liquid tank and two holding elements receive an upper tank portion of the dirty liquid tank between them.
  • Dirty liquid tanks can be kept relatively low. It should be noted that the width of the dirty liquid tank in its upper tank section corresponds to the distance between the two holding elements. This requirement can be met in a relatively simple manner. For example, it can be provided that the dirty liquid tank forms a plastic part produced in the blow molding process. In contrast, the tank receiving compartment can be made as a one-piece or multi-part, in particular two-part plastic molded part by injection molding, wherein the distance between the two holding elements corresponds to the width of the dirty liquid tank in the upper tank section. This requirement can be met in particular in the injection molding with tight dimensional tolerances in a cost effective manner.
