Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a wall panel for dry construction made of a wood-based material, with a front side extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the panel, a rear side parallel thereto and four narrow sides connecting the front side with the rear side, on a first narrow side and on a narrow side running parallel thereto second narrow side in each case a profile is formed.
  • the invention also relates to a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel whose longitudinal center planes match and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and are connected to one another on the narrow side by a profile connection, the first wall panel resting on the second wall panel.
  • the invention relates to a method for producing a wall structure, for example a drywall structure, in particular a wall structure as defined above.
  • partition walls are predominantly made in metal stud construction with single or multi-layer cladding made of gypsum wallboards or gypsum fire protection boards and gypsum fiber boards.
  • wood-based panels in the form of plywood panels have been used as a substructure in a drywall construction for a number of years.
  • These wood-based wall cladding panels have a profile on two narrow sides that are parallel to one another, which is characterized by a simple stepped rabbet is formed, that is, the profile has exactly one fold or a notch, which / is incorporated by milling on the respective narrow side.
  • the other two (perpendicular) narrow sides of the plate have no profile.
  • chipboard instead of using plywood panels, it is also known to use chipboard.
  • these wall panels When producing a wall structure of drywall, these wall panels are arranged one above the other in such a way that the narrow sides with the described profile run perpendicular to the direction of gravity. In the finished wall structure, the wall panels touch in the region of their profile, with a section of the profile of one wall panel being arranged next to a section of the profile of the other wall panel in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and the direction of gravity.
  • connection means in the form of profiles are provided on the narrow sides of the plate, which are designed as a groove formed by two rigid flanks on a first narrow side of the plate and as a tongue on a further narrow side.
  • the US1859667A discloses panels profiled on the sides formed by a double tongue and groove.
  • the tongues and grooves are arranged in such a way that the tongues can be easily inserted into the grooves.
  • Plates with a further embodiment of a tongue and groove profile are from DE 200 18 284 U1 known. These plates are characterized in that they - in addition to the lateral groove or tongue - in the area of a first narrow side a recess and in the area of another narrow side a lip.
  • From the DE 195 14 165 A1 is a board- or plate-shaped component for the production of flat elements, in particular known wall coverings.
  • the component has connecting profiles on its narrow longitudinal sides for receiving and intermeshing partial profiles of adjacent components.
  • gypsum wallboards are their high dead weight, which makes handling difficult.
  • Another significant disadvantage of such walls made of gypsum plasterboards is that continuous laying in a bond that saves material and time is not possible.
  • the board joints parallel to the stud frame must be fastened directly to the stud frame, at least for the first board layer.
  • different typical grids have been established regionally, all of which require a special panel format, for example 400, 450, 600, 610, 625 mm from stand center to stand center (center-to-center stand).
  • chipboard and plywood panels developed by some Scandinavian wood-based material manufacturers for this market are also subject to this grid. They only have a profiling along the long sides, so that endless laying can only be carried out for wall panels with a grid of up to a maximum of 450 mm centre-centre post and only with low wall heights and loads.
  • gypsum board drywall Another major disadvantage of gypsum board drywall is the difficulty in attaching hanging bracket loads, since the gypsum board is very brittle and hard and the fasteners (drywall screws) tend to break off very easily. Where higher loads have to be allowed, it is always necessary to use special dowels (expansion dowels) or to create a supporting substructure or backing. If the premises with such dry construction walls are rented out to third parties, the preliminary planning of such substructures is hardly possible or very expensive.
  • the above-derived and indicated object is achieved in a wall panel for dry construction made of a wood material, with a front side extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the panel, a rear side parallel thereto and four narrow sides connecting the front side with the rear side, a profile being formed on a first narrow side (e.g. first long side) and on a second narrow side running parallel thereto (e.g.
  • the profile on the first narrow side being formed by a multiple shiplap
  • the shiplap on the first narrow side each has at least three step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the first step surface lying furthest to the outside connected to the second step surface lying closest to it by a first connecting surface and the third step surface lying furthest to the inside connected to the second step surface dur ch a second connecting surface is connected, solved in that at least the first connecting surface runs at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least the second connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane, that the first connecting surface of the first narrow side is designed as a surface, that the second connecting surface of the first narrow side is formed as a surface, and that the distance between the outermost step surface and the nearest step surface is greater than the distance between the innermost step surface and the step surface which is closest to the outermost step surface that the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a multiple rabbet, that the rabbet on the second narrow side has at least three step surfaces
  • a multiple rabbet is a rabbet profile with at least two rabbets or notches running along the narrow side.
  • the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a rabbet, in particular multiple rabbets, with the profile on the second narrow side in particular being a mirror image, in relation to the longitudinal center plane of the panel and a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, the runs parallel to the first and second narrow side.
  • the longitudinal median plane of the wall panel means the plane which extends in the middle of the panel parallel to the front and rear.
  • the shiplap on the first narrow side and/or second narrow side has at least three stepped surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the outside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the closest, i.e. adjacent, e.g. central, step surface is greater than the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the inside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the step surface that is closest, i.e. adjacent, to the step surface that is furthest to the outside .
  • two adjacent step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane are connected to one another by a connecting surface, with at least one connecting surface in particular running at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least one connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane.
  • the angle between the majority of the angled connecting surface and the longitudinal center plane can be in a range of 1 to 20°, preferably 1 to 15°, particularly preferably 5 to 10°.
  • a rounding is provided in at least one transition area between at least one step surface and a connecting surface, in particular in the transition area between the step surface lying furthest to the outside and the adjoining connecting surface.
  • a profile, in particular with a recess (groove profile) running along the narrow side is formed on a third narrow side (e.g. first transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side.
  • a profile, in particular with a projection (spring profile) running along the narrow side is formed on a fourth narrow side (e.g. second transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side.
  • at least one of the sections of the narrow side adjoining the recess or the projection in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane has a step. The ledge then provides a shoulder for abutment with a portion of an adjacent wall panel, as will be discussed below.
  • the wall panel is an OSB panel (Oriented Strand Board), in particular an OSB panel with at least 3 layers, preferably at least 5 layers.
  • An OSB panel is a wood-based panel that has been produced by scattering several layers of wood particles provided with binding agents, the so-called strands (long chips), before the pressing of the pressed material neighboring layers have different orientations (orientations) of the strands. Strands differ from chips of chipboard in their dimensions (chipboard: maximum length 10 mm, OSB board: length 100-300 mm, width 10-50 mm, thickness 0.6-1.5 mm).
  • the object is also achieved according to a second teaching of the present invention in a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel, the longitudinal center planes of which match (are in the same plane) and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and on the narrow side by a profile connection are connected to each other, wherein the first wall panel rests on the second wall panel, solved in that the first wall panel and the second wall panel are each formed as previously defined and the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first Wall panel overlap each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal median plane.
  • An overlap means that the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel are arranged one behind the other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane.
  • a narrow-sided profile connection means that the two adjacent panels are connected to one another via two opposite narrow sides.

  • one of the sections of the fourth narrow side of the first and/or second wall panel rests against a step (a shoulder) which is formed on one of the sections of the third narrow side of the third wall panel adjoining the depression in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane.
  • Said shoulder forms a shoulder against which the profile of the respective other wall panel rests and via which forces are transmitted parallel to the longitudinal center plane.
  • the wall panels are fastened to a support which extends parallel to the wall panels in the direction of gravity, with a section of the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel and preferably the outermost step surface of the Shiplap is arranged on the second narrow side of the first wall panel between the carrier and a portion of the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel.

  • the configurations of the wall panel according to the invention, the wall structure according to the invention and the manufacturing method according to the invention have many advantages over the prior art: Due to the special edge profiling with a combined shiplap (on the long sides) and tongue and groove profile (on the short sides), the respective wall panel is particularly easy to use and can be easily moved and thus optimally positioned.
  • the wall panels can also be mounted in a very short time. When a wall panel is arranged horizontally adjacent to a wall panel that has already been fastened, it holds the position even without fasteners thanks to a clamping effect of the profile, which means that the panel ensures particularly simple and safe handling, even when working alone. Also, the wall panels allow a Real endless laying in the association, whereby additional effort as well as material and cutting costs are minimized.
  • the panels can be light in weight, for example less than 15 kg or, for example, a maximum of 11 kg, which means that the panels can easily be processed by just one person on site at the construction site.

  • a support structure in particular a steel support structure
  • even a single layer of paneling stiffens the relatively flexible stand (metal stand) against bending during the construction phase.
  • lightweight partition walls also offer a high level of comfort, since they are securely braced against sagging, even under the influence of suspended loads or impact loads.
  • User comfort is increased, complaints are prevented and the wall surface is permanently optically flawless and protected against damage from impact loads.
  • no special fasteners such as drywall dowels have to be used during assembly, but you can easily work with standard wood construction screws. that hold the wall panels securely.
  • the wall panels can also easily be clad with a thin plasterboard panel (GKB panel), for example with a maximum thickness of 9.5 mm, which is sufficient as a ready-to-paint surface and, as a two-layer planking, also offers a high level of sound insulation.
