Description

    Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere einen Weinlagerschrank, mit wenigstens einem Korpus, in dem sich zumindest ein gekühlter Innenraum befindet, und mit wenigstens einem Ablageboden, der in dem gekühlten Innenraum angeordnet ist.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Kühlgeräte, insbesondere Weinlagerschränke bekannt, die als Ablageböden Holzroste aufweisen. Zur Beschriftung werden Zusatzteile verwendet, die auf den Holzrost aufgeklipst werden. Wir verweisen in diesem Zusammenhang auf die DE 10 2008 054 418 A1 . Diese Zusatzteile in Form von Etikettenhaltern sowie den Etiketten müssen dem Gerät beigelegt werden. JP 09072654 offenbart ein Kühl und/oder Gefriergerät gemäß dem Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei der Verwendung derartiger Etikettenhalter besteht ein Problem darin, dass die Halter gegebenenfalls nicht ausreichend auf den Leisten des aus Holz bestehenden Ablagebodens halten.
  • Abgesehen davon ist die Verwendung mehrerer Etikettenhalter für einen Ablageboden zur Beschriftung von Flaschen vergleichsweise unpraktikabel und wenig optisch ansprechend, da das frontseitige Holzprofil in diesem Fall mit den üblicherweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Etikettenhaltern vollflächig abgedeckt wird.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Lösung besteht darin, dass der Austausch der Etiketten bzw. die Neubeschriftung vergleichsweise umständlich ist.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere einen Weinschrank, der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass eine optisch ansprechende Beschriftung des Ablagebodens möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Danach ist vorgesehen, dass an dem Ablageboden wenigstens ein transparentes oder transluzentes Element zum Zwecke der Beschriftung des Ablagebodens angeordnet ist und dass das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät Beleuchtungsmittel aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel das genannte Element hinterleuchten.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft somit ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, dessen Ablageboden bzw. -böden eine hinterleuchtete Beschriftung aufweisen. Dies bringt den Vorteil mit sich, dass die Beschriftung gut erkennbar ist und insgesamt ein optisch ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild gegeben wird.
  • Die Beschriftung erfolgt unmittelbar auf der zum Nutzer gewandten Seite des transparenten oder transluzenten Elementes und ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass sie durch einen Nutzer durch Abwischen entfernt werden kann. In diesem Fall wird somit für den Nutzer eine Beschriftungsmöglichkeit des Ablagebodens und damit der zu lagernden Ware gegeben, die mit einfachen Mitteln wieder entfernbar, das heißt abwischbar ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass der Ablageboden eine Vorderseite bzw. Oberseite aufweist und dass sich das genannte transparente oder transluzente Element und damit auch die Beschriftung an der Vorderseite und/oder an der Oberseite des Ablagebodens befindet. Grundsätzlich ist auch jede andere Positionierung des Elementes und somit auch der Beschriftung denkbar und von der Erfindung mit umfasst.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Element eine Fläche aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, dass eine Beschriftung von der Fläche abwischbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass sich diese Fläche auf der Vorderseite und/oder auf der Oberseite des Ablagebodens befindet. Denkbar ist es beispielsweise, dass die Beschriftung mittels eines Markers erfolgt und dass die genannte Fläche des Elementes so ausgebildet ist, dass diese Beschriftung durch Abwischen ggf. mit Wasser oder Reinigungsmitteln entfernbar ist.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Element insgesamt oder wenigstens eine Fläche des Elementes aus Glas oder Kunststoff, insbesondere aus PMMA oder PC besteht. Diese Materialien weisen Oberflächen auf, die ein einfaches Entfernen eines Markers bzw. einer Filzstiftbeschriftung ermöglichen.
  • Das genannte Element, das zur Beschriftung des Ablagebodens dient, kann sich über die gesamte Breite des Ablagebodens oder nur über einen Teil der Breite des Ablagebodens erstrecken.
  • Das genannte Element kann einen festen bzw. integralen Bestandteil des Ablagebodens bilden. Von der Erfindung ist jedoch auch der Fall umfasst, dass das Element als von dem Ablageboden abnehmbares Teil ausgebildet ist. Denkbar ist es, dass das Element so ausgeführt ist, dass es z. B. von der Seite auf den Ablageboden aufgeschoben werden kann oder z. B. auf die Frontseite des Ablagebodens aufgeklipst werden kann.
  • Die Abnehmbarkeit des Elementes bringt den Vorteil einer einfachen Reinigung mit sich.
  • Denkbar ist es, dass das Element als Blende ausgeführt ist, die sich über die gesamte Vorderseite des Ablagebodens oder über einen Teilbereich der Vorderseite des Ablagebodens erstreckt.
  • Ein Abnehmen der Blende bzw. des Elementes vom Ablageboden vereinfacht das Beschriften des Elementes.
  • Denkbar ist es, dass das Element auf seiner vom Ablageboden abgewandten vorderen Fläche und/oder auf seiner zum Ablageboden hingewandten hinteren Fläche beschichtet oder bedruckt ist, um einen möglichst guten Kontrast mit der Beschriftung und somit eine möglichst gute Lesbarkeit der Beschriftung zu gewährleisten. Die Beschriftung kann beispielsweise durch einen Filzstift bzw. Marker aufgebracht sein.
  • In einer denkbaren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung befindet sich das Beleuchtungsmittel hinter dem Element. Es kann beispielsweise als LED oder dergleichen ausgeführt sein.
  • Auch ist es denkbar, dass sich das Beleuchtungsmittel nicht hinter dem Element befindet, sodass eine indirekte Hinterleuchtung erfolgt. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung stellt eine indirekte Beleuchtung der beschrifteten Blende bzw. des beschrifteten Elementes dar.
  • Denkbar ist es weiterhin, dass der gekühlte Innenraum durch wenigstens einen Innenbehälter begrenzt ist und dass die Beleuchtungsmittel an dem Innenbehälter und vorzugsweise an einer oder beiden Seitenwänden des Innenbehälters angeordnet sind. Von dort aus erfolgt eine Beleuchtung des Ablagebodens von der Seite. Befindet sich hinter dem Element ein Freiraum für das von den Beleuchtungsmitteln ausgehende Licht, kann auf diese Weise eine Einkopplung des Lichtes in die Blende und somit eine Hinterleuchtung des oder der Elemente bzw. der Blende erreicht werden.
  • Somit ist es denkbar, durch eine Beleuchtung seitlich im Innenbehälter die Hinterleuchtung des Elementes zu erreichen und das Element bzw. die Blende bei eingeschobenem Ablageboden bzw. Flaschenablage seitlich mit Licht indirekt zu beleuchten.
  • Durch die Beleuchtung bzw. Hinterleuchtung wird die Beschriftung auf dem Element optisch hervorgehoben.
  • Denkbar ist es weiterhin, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel an dem Ablageboden selbst angeordnet sind. So ist z. B. eine vorzugsweise dauerhafte Beleuchtung in dem Ablageboden seitlich oder auch an einer anderen Stelle möglich. Gemäß der Erfindung ist der Ablageboden herausziehbar und die Beleuchtungsmittel so ausgebildet sind, dass auch bei herausgezogenem Ablageboden eine Beleuchtung erfolgt.
  • Die Beleuchtungsmittel können beispielsweise ein oder mehrere LEDs, Glühbirnen, OLEDs etc. umfassen. Auch ist es denkbar, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel zumindest einen Lichtleiter aufweisen, der das Licht von einer Lichtquelle zu dem zu beleuchtenden Bereich leitet. Beispielsweise ist es denkbar, dass der Lichtleiter in seinem einen Endbereich mit einer Lichtquelle, wie beispielsweise mit einer LED in Verbindung steht bzw. dort Licht eingekoppelt wird und an seinem anderen Endbereich hinter dem zu hinterleuchtenden Element endet. Auf diese Weise ist es auch möglich, mehrere der Elemente bzw. ein Element an mehreren Positionen mit nur einem Lichtleiter zu hinterleuchten.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren einen Ablageboden für ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät bzw. eines Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes, das gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgebildet ist.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert.
  • Die einzige Abbildung zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht einen Ablageboden mit einer frontseitigen Blende zur Beschriftung.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, besteht der Ablageboden aus einem Rost, der von einer Einrahmung umgeben ist. Der Holzrost ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 10 gekennzeichnet. Die Einrahmung weist das Bezugszeichen 20 auf. Einrahmung 20 und Holzrost 10 können einteilig oder auch mehrteilig ausgeführt sein.
  • Die Vorderseite 30 des Rahmens 20 ist durch eine Blende 40 verdeckt, die das erfindungsgemäße Element bildet, das zur Beschriftung des Ablagebodens dient. Dies ist exemplarisch durch das Wort "Beschriftung" in der Figur gekennzeichnet. Das Bezugszeichen 50 kennzeichnet den Ort der Einstrahlung der indirekten Beleuchtung der Blende 40. Die Einstrahlung kann durch Leuchtmittel erfolgen, die an dem Ablageboden selbst angeordnet sind oder auch durch Leuchtmittel, die sich an oder in dem Innenbehälter des Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes befinden, in dem sich der Ablageboden befindet.
  • Die Blende 40 besteht aus einer Glasleiste, die frontseitig auf die Vorderseite des Ablagebodens aufgesetzt ist. Sie weist eine zu dem Nutzer hingewandte Vorderseite V auf, die z. B. durch einen Filzstift oder Marker oder dergleichen beschriftet werden kann.
  • Anstelle von Glas kann auch ein anderes transparentes oder transluzentes Material verwendet werden. Soll die Beschriftung geändert werden, ist es denkbar, dass der Nutzer diese gegebenenfalls durch Wasser chemische Hilfsmittel und/oder einfach durch Abwischen entfernt. So ist es möglich, ohne weiteres neue Beschriftungen aufzubringen.
  • Wie ausgeführt, kann die Blende bedruckt oder beschichtet sein, sodass die Beschriftung auf der Blende besonders gut lesbar ist.
  • Die Blende 40 kann einen integralen Bestandteil des Ablagebodens darstellen oder auch auf den Ablageboden aufgesetzt werden. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine Rastverbindung oder durch Aufschieben beispielsweise in seitlicher Richtung auf die Frontseite des Ablagebodens erfolgen.
  • Befindet sich das Leuchtmittel am Ablageboden selbst besteht die Möglichkeit, dass auch bei herausgezogenem bzw. entnommenen Ablageboden eine Hinterleuchtung der Beschriftung bzw. der Blende 40 erfolgt.
  • In diesem Fall weist der Ablageboden eine autarke Energieversorgung in Form wenigstens einer Batterie, Akku, Kondensators oder dergleichen auf, oder es erfolgt eine induktive Kopplung, mittels derer die Energie in den Ablageboden übertragen wird. Bei dem Kondensator kann es sich beispielsweise um einen sogenannten Superkondensator bzw. um eine sogenannte Ultracap-Zelle handeln. Derartige Kondensatoren weisen je nach ihrer Bauart Kapazitäten von mehreren Hundert oder mehreren Tausend F auf.
  • Superkondensatoren sind passive elektronische Bauelemente und haben unter den Kondensatoren die höchsten Kapazitätswerte pro Bauelement, die mit bis zu 10.000 F/1,2 V etwa 10.000-fach größer sind als die von Elektrolytkondensatoren, die ebenfalls von der Erfindung mit umfasst sind.

Claims (11)

  1. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere Weinlagerschrank, mit wenigstens einem Korpus, in dem sich zumindest ein gekühlter Innenraum befindet, und mit wenigstens einem Ablageboden, der in dem gekühlten Innenraum angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem herausziehbaren Ablageboden wenigstens ein transparentes oder transluzentes Element zum Zwecke der Beschriftung des Ablagebodens angeordnet ist und dass das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät Beleuchtungsmittel aufweist, die derart an dem Ablageboden angeordnet sind, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel das genannte Element auch bei herausgezogenem Ablageboden hinterleuchten.
  2. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablageboden eine zu einem vor dem Gerät stehenden Nutzer gewandte Vorderseite (30) aufweist und dass sich das Element an der Vorderseite (30) und/oder an der Oberseite des Ablagebodens befindet.
  3. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element zumindest eine Fläche aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass eine Beschriftung der Fläche abwischbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass sich die Fläche auf der Vorderseite (30) oder auf der Oberseite des Ablagebodens befindet.

Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element insgesamt oder wenigstens eine Fläche des Elementes aus Glas oder Kunststoff, insbesondere aus PMMA oder PC besteht und/oder dass das Element sich über die gesamte Breite des Ablagebodens oder nur über einen Teil der Breits des Ablagebodens erstreckt.
  5. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element einen festen Bestandteil des Ablagebodens bildet oder als von dem Ablageboden abnehmbares Teil ausgebildet ist.
  6. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element auf seiner vom Ablageboden abgewandten vorderen Fläche und/oder auf seiner zum Ablageboden hingewandten hinteren Fläche beschichtet oder bedruckt ist, um einen Kontrast mit der Beschriftung zu erhalten.
  7. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Beleuchtungsmittel hinter dem Element befinden oder dass sich die Beleuchtungsmittel nicht hinter dem Element befinden, so dass eine indirekte Hinterleuchtung erfolgt.
  8. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gekühlte Innenraum durch wenigstens einen Innenbehälter begrenzt ist und dass die Beleuchtungsmittel an dem Innenbehälter und vorzugsweise an einer oder beiden Seitenwänden des Innenbehälters angeordnet sind.
  9. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel an dem Ablageboden angeordnet sind.
  10. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel wenigstens einen Lichtleiter umfassen, dessen eines Ende im Bereich eines Leuchtmittels und dessen anderes Ende im Bereich des Elementes angeordnet ist.
  11. Ablageboden für ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Ablageboden wenigstens ein transparentes oder transluzentes Element zum Zwecke der Beschriftung des Ablagebodens angeordnet ist.
