Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem gekühlten Innenraum zur Aufnahme von Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, insbesondere bei Supermarkttruhen die Preisausschilderung in aufgesetzten, gesonderten Bauteilen vorzunehmen, in denen die Preisschilder eingesetzt sind. Diese Vorgehensweise bringt den Nachteil mit sich, dass separate Bauteile zur Aufnahme der Preisschilder erforderlich sind. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Preisschilder je nach den Lichtbedingungen in der Umgebung der Truhe gegebenenfalls nur schlecht erkennbar sind.
  • US 2 308 726 A offenbart eine Zwei-Wege-Beleuchtungseinrichtung für eine Kühlvitrine. US 2 626 508 A betrifft eine Kühlvitrine. US 2002/131275 A1 betrifft eine LED-Beleuchtungseinrichtung.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerät der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass diese vergleichsweise einfach aufgebaut ist und dass sichergestellt ist, dass die Informationsschilder gut ablesbar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Danach ist vorgesehen, dass das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem Beleuchtungsmittel und mit wenigstens einer Aufnahme zur Halterung von einem oder mehreren vorzugsweise auf das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut bezogenen Informationsschildern, insbesondere Preisschildern, ausgeführt ist wobei die Beleuchtungsmittel relativ zu der Aufnahme derart angeordnet sind, dass sie das in der Aufnahme befindliche Informationsschild beleuchten.
  • Alternativ oder zusätzlich dazu kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem Display ausgeführt ist, auf dem wenigstens eine vorzugsweise auf das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut bezogene Information wiedergegeben wird bzw. wiedergebbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist des Weiteren vorgesehen, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel und die Aufnahme bzw. das Display integrale Bestandteile des Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes bilden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist somit vorgesehen, dass das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerät wenigstens ein Beleuchtungsmittel und wenigstens eine Aufnahme für ein Informationsschild aufweist, wobei das Beleuchtungsmittel so ausgeführt ist, dass es die Aufnahme bzw. das in der Aufnahme befindliche Informationsschild beleuchtet. Die Aufnahme und die Beleuchtungsmittel sind nicht als separate Aufsätze an dem Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerät montiert, sondern Bestandteile des Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerätes.
  • Dies gilt entsprechend für den Einsatz eines Displays, das alternativ oder zusätzlich zu den Beleuchtungsmitteln und den Aufnahmen verwendet werden kann, und auf dem ebenfalls vorzugsweise das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut betreffende Informationen, insbesondere Preisinformationen wiedergebbar sind.
  • Sowohl durch das beleuchtete Informationsschild als auch durch das Display wird sichergestellt, dass die Information, wie beispielsweise der Preis oder sonstige insbesondere das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut betreffende Informationen gut lesbar sind, selbst wenn sich die Aufnahme bzw. das Display an der vom Nutzer entfernten Seite des Gerätes, wie beispielsweise im hinteren Bereich einer Kühl- bzw. Gefriertruhe befinden.
  • Grundsätzlich kann es sich bei den wiedergegebenen Informationen um solche handeln, die einen Beug zu dem eingelagerten Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut aufweisen, wie beispielsweise um Preise, oder auch um sonstige Informationen, wie z.B. die Kühl- oder Gefrierraumtemperatur.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel und die Aufnahme bzw. das Display im rückseitigen, d.h. vom Nutzer entfernten, hinteren Bereich des Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes angeordnet sind. Der Nutzer hat in diesem Fall einen guten Überblick über das in einer Kühl- bzw. Gefriertruhe befindliche Gut sowie gleichzeitig über das Gut betreffende oder sonstige Informationen und insbesondere über dessen Preise.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung handelt es sich bei dem Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät um eine Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe.
  • Diese kann einen Abdeckrahmen aufweisen, der den oberen Abschluss des Korpus bildet. In dem Abdeckrahmen können beispielsweise ein oder mehrere Schiebedeckel angeordnet sein, die durch einen Nutzer verschoben werden können, damit dieser Zugang zu dem gekühlten Innenraum des Gerätes erlangt. Die Beleuchtungsmittel und die Aufnahme bzw. das Display sind vorzugsweise in dem Abdeckrahmen angeordnet.
  • Dabei ist es denkbar, dass der Abdeckrahmen eine gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigte Ebene aufweist, in der sich die Aufnahme bzw. das Display befinden. Denkbar ist es beispielsweise, dass der Winkel, gegenüber dem die Aufnahme bzw. das Display gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt ist im Bereich zwischen 30 und 80° liegt. Dies ermöglicht eine bessere Erkennbarkeit der dargestellten Informationen für einen vor dem Gerät befindlichen Nutzer.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel relativ zu der Aufnahme so angeordnet sind, dass das in der Aufnahme befindliche Informationsschild durch die Beleuchtungsmittel hinterleuchtet wird. Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Informationsschilder transparent oder transluzent sind, sodass sie von hinten durchleuchtet werden können und der darauf befindliche Aufdruck gut erkennbar ist.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die genannte Aufnahme für das oder die Informationsschilder vorzugsweise durch eine Rastverbindung oder auch durch eine andere Verbindung lösbar an dem Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät und vorzugsweise an der oben genannten Abdeckleiste einer Kühl- bzw. Gefriertruhe fixiert ist.
  • Weiterhin kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel durch eine oder mehrere LEDs, insbesondere durch wenigstens eine LED-Leiste oder auch durch eine oder mehrere Leuchtstoffröhren, Glühbirnen etc. gebildet werden.
  • Die Aufnahme kann derart ausgebildet sein, dass das oder die Informationsschilder darin eingesteckt sind bzw. darin einsteckbar sind.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass in der wenigstens einen Aufnahme eine oder mehrere Informationsschilder angeordnet sind und dass diese Informationsschilder wie oben ausgeführt zumindest bereichsweise transparent oder transluzent ausgeführt sind, sodass eine Durchleuchtung bzw. Hinterleuchtung möglich ist.
  • Die Aufnahme kann eine größere Erstreckung aufweisen als ein einziges Informationsschild. Sie kann insbesondere leistenförmig ausgebildet sein und zur Aufnahme mehrerer, nebeneinander angeordneter Informationsschilder dienen.
  • Die Beleuchtungsmittel selbst können vorzugsweise so ausgeführt sein, dass sie einen Lichtkegel abgeben, der das gesamte Informationsschild be- oder hinterleuchtet. Denkbar ist es auch, wenigstens ein Streuelement oder ein sonstiges optisch wirksames Element vorzusehen, das das Licht flächig auf das wenigstens eine Informationsschild verteilt.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft vorzugsweise Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhen, die im gewerblichen Bereich eingesetzt werden, ist jedoch darauf nicht beschränkt.
  • Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass das Display bzw. die Beleuchtungsmittel und die Aufnahme vollintegrierter Bestandteil des Gerätes sind und nicht als separate Aufsätze an dem Gerät montiert sind, wird zum einen die Anzahl der erforderlichen Bauteile reduziert und zum anderen das optische Erscheinungsbild des Gerätes, insbesondere der Truhe wesentlich harmonischer gestaltet.
  • Wie oben ausgeführt, ist vorgesehen, dass die Beleuchtung bzw. Hinterleuchtung insbesondere von Preisausschilderungen und die Aufnahme für die Preisschilder oder sonstigen Informationsschilder Bestandteile des Gerätes sind. Diese können ersetzt werden durch ein Display, das vorzugsweise ein in den Abdeckrahmen einer Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe vollintegrierte Informationsfläche bildet. Das Display kann auch zusätzlich zu den Beleuchtungsmitteln und den Aufnahmen eingesetzt werden.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1:
    eine perspektivische Ansicht eines hinteren Eckbereiches einer Kühl-bzw. Gefriertruhe,
    Figur 2:
    eine Schnittdarstellung durch den hinteren Bereich eines Abdeckrahmens einer erfindungsgemäßen Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe.
  • Mit dem Bezugszeichen 10 ist in Figur 1 der Korpus einer Kühl- bzw. Gefriertruhe gekennzeichnet. Dessen oberer Abschluss wird durch den Abdeckrahmen 20 gebildet, in dem verschieblich ein oder mehrere Schiebedeckel 30 angeordnet sind.
  • Der rückwärtige Bereich des Abdeckrahmens 20 steht in Form eines sich in Breitenrichtung der Truhe verlaufenden Vorsprungs 22 aus der Ebene des Abdeckrahmens 20 nach oben hervor. In diesem Vorsprung 22 befinden sich die Beleuchtungsmittel sowie die Aufnahmen für die Informationsschilder bzw. das genannte Display. Der nach oben ragende Bereich 22 kann sich über die gesamte Breite oder über einen Teilabschnitt der Breite des Gerätes erstrecken.
  • Wie aus Figur 1 und 2 ersichtlich, liegt die Ebene, in der sich die Aufnahme für das Informationsschild befindet, nicht in der Horizontalen, sondern ist dazu z.B. um einen Winkel von ca. 70°-80° geneigt.
  • Die Beleuchtungsmittel sind mit dem Bezugszeichen 40 und die Aufnahmen für die Preisschilder 60 mit dem Bezugszeichen 50 gekennzeichnet. Die Beleuchtungsmittel 40 sowie die Aufnahmen 50 sind vollintegrierte Bestandteile des Abdeckrahmens 20 bzw. des genannten Vorsprungs 22.
  • Die Aufnahme 50 ist transparent bzw. transluzent ausgeführt, um die Sichtbarkeit der Preisschilder oder sonstigen Informationsschilder 60 zu gewährleisten und die Möglichkeit zu bieten, diese von hinten zu beleuchten.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, befinden sich die Beleuchtungsmittel 20 hinter der Aufnahme 50, sodass die in der Aufnahme 50 befindlichen Preisschilder 60 von hinten beleuchtet werden.
  • Wie dies auch aus der Schnittdarstellung gemäß Figur 2 hervorgeht, befindet sich hinter dem Aufnahmeprofil 50 ein definierter Bauraum 100, der abgestimmt auf den Lichtkegel der Beleuchtungsquelle 20 eine vollflächige Hinterleuchtung der Schilder 60 ermöglicht. In Figur 2 ist durch die gestrichelte Linie der von den Beleuchtungsmitteln 40 ausgehende Lichtkegel gekennzeichnet. Wie dies aus Figur 2 hervorgeht, ist dieser so dimensioniert, dass das gesamte Informationsschild bzw. Preisschild 60 hinterleuchtet wird.
  • Wie dies weiter aus Figur 2 und auch aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, dient der Bauraum 100 auch zur Aufnahme der Beleuchtungsquelle 20, die beispielsweise als LED, Leuchtstoffröhre, Glühlampe etc. ausgeführt sein kann.
  • Um diesen Bauraum 100 möglichst klein zu gestalten, kann in einer weiteren Ausführungsform auch ein Streuelement eingebracht werden, um das Licht möglichst flächig und möglichst auf die gesamte Fläche des Preisschildes 60 zu verteilen.
  • Wie dies weiter aus Figur 2 hervorgeht, weist der Abdeckrahmen der Kühl- bzw. Gefriertruhe einen Fixierungsbereich 28 zur Fixierung der Aufnahme 50 auf. Die Aufnahme, die beispielsweise aus Glas oder Plexiglas ausgeführt sein kann, weist federnde Vorsprünge 52 auf, die in entsprechende Vertiefungen des Abdeckrahmens 20 bzw. von dessen Fixierungsbereich 28 einrasten. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die Aufnahme aus dem Abdeckrahmen zu lösen und bei Bedarf gegen eine andere Aufnahme auszutauschen.
  • Wie dies weiter aus Figur 2 hervorgeht, weist die Aufnahme 50einen nutförmigen Einsteckabschnitt 58 auf, in dem das Preisschild oder sonstige Informationsschild 60 aufgenommen ist. Der Einsteckabschnitt 58 wird einerseits durch die zum Nutzer gewandte Seite des Grundkörpers 55 der Aufnahme und andererseits durch die an diesen federnd angebrachte Lasche 56 gebildet.
  • Die Beleuchtungsmittel 40 können beispielsweise als LED-Leiste ausgeführt sein, die sich parallel bzw. entlang der Aufnahme erstreckt.
  • Grundsätzlich ist von der Erfindung auch eine Ausführungsform mit umfasst, bei der die Aufnahme nicht lösbar, sondern fest an dem Korpus und insbesondere an dem Abdeckrahmen einer Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe fixiert ist.

Claims (8)

  1. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem gekühlten Innenraum zur Aufnahme von Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut, wobei das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem Beleuchtungsmittel (40) und mit wenigstens einer Aufnahme (50) zur Halterung von einem oder mehreren vorzugsweise auf das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut bezogenen Informationsschildern, insbesondere Preisschildern (60), ausgeführt ist, wobei die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) relativ zu der Aufnahme derart angeordnet sind, dass sie das in der Aufnahme (50) befindliche Informationsschild (60) beleuchten, oder dass das Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem Display ausgeführt ist, auf dem wenigstens eine vorzugsweise auf das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut bezogene Information wiedergegeben wird oder wiedergebbar ist, wobei die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) und die Aufnahme (50) bzw. das Display integrale Bestandteile des Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes bilden, wobei es sich bei dem Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät um eine Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe handelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühl- und/oder Gefriertruhe einen den oberen Abschluss des Korpus bildenden Abdeckrahmen (20) aufweist und dass die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) und die Aufnahme (50) bzw. das Display in dem Abdeckrahmen angeordnet sind.
  2. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Beleuchtungsmittel (40) und die Aufnahme (50) bzw. das Display im hinteren Bereich des Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes befinden.
  3. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) relativ zu der Aufnahme (50) derart angeordnet sind, dass das in der Aufnahme (50) befindliche Informationsschild (60) durch die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) hinterleuchtet wird.
  4. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) vorzugsweise durch eine Rastverbindung lösbar an dem Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät fixiert ist.
  5. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungsmittel (40) durch eine oder mehrere LEDs, insbesondere durch wenigstens eine LED-Leiste oder durch eine oder mehrere Leuchtstoffröhren gebildet werden.
  6. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) derart ausgebildet ist, dass das oder die Informationsschilder (60) darin eingesteckt sind oder einsteckbar sind.
  7. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der wenigstens einen Aufnahme (50) eine oder mehrere Informationsschilder (60) angeordnet sind und dass diese Informationsschilder (60) zumindest bereichsweise transparent oder transluzent ausgeführt sind.
  8. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) eine größere Erstreckung aufweist als ein Informationsschild (60) und insbesondere leistenförmig ausgebildet ist.
