Definitions

  • the invention relates to an escape route security device according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • escape route security devices are used to secure escape routes in buildings. It must be ensured that the escape routes from the inside of the building are in any case safe to open. This makes it possible that in case of panic or danger the escape route is definitely accessible. Nevertheless, it is desirable that the doors of escape routes are normally closed in order to deny unauthorized persons access to the building or even to walk in the door.
  • panic push rods are used to control a lock of such escape doors, which are arranged lying on a door leaf and extend over the width of the door leaf.

  • This clutch via the coupling element 1k is also turned on as long as the clutch spring 1f is charged via the engine 1e. Since this additional coupling device 1k assumes no safety functions, electrical control of the coupling device 1k can also take place according to the working current principle or motor.
  • the panic push rod 101 and the handle 10 is also equipped with an electrical switching element that triggers the emergency switch function upon actuation of the handle 10.
