Claims (9)

  1. Materialtrennvorrichtung (10), umfassend:
    - ein erstes Förderband (11), das mit ersten Mitteln zum Bewegen gemäß einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (12) ausgerüstet ist,
    - ein zweites Sortierförderband (13), das mit zweiten Mitteln (19) zum Bewegen gemäß einer zweiten im Wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (14) ausgerüstet ist,
    wobei das zweite Sortierförderband über dem ersten Förderband angeordnet ist,
    das zweite Sortierförderband Erhebungen (20) trägt, die sich in Richtung des ersten Förderbandes erstrecken,
    das erste und das zweite Förderband derart angeordnet sind, dass die Projektionen der ersten und zweiten Achse in einer horizontalen Ebene einen Winkel (α) bilden, der nicht Null ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem ein erstes Blasmittel (27) umfasst, das über dem ersten Förderband (11) angeordnet ist, wobei das erste Mittel geeignet ist, einen Luftstrom im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum ersten Förderband, der nach unten gerichtet ist, zu erzeugen.
  2. Trennvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, derart, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen 30° und 90° liegt.
  3. Trennvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, derart, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen 30° und 60° liegt.
  4. Trennvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass:
    - das erste Förderband von Löchern (29) durchdrungen ist,
    - die Vorrichtung ein zweites Blasmittel (28) umfasst, das unter dem ersten Förderband angeordnet ist, wobei das zweite Mittel geeignet ist, einen Luftstrom im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum ersten Förderband zu erzeugen, der nach oben gerichtet ist, derart, dass die Löcher von diesem Luftstrom durchquert werden.
  5. Trennvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass die Erhebungen des zweiten Sortierförderbandes Stäbe (20) sind, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem zweiten Förderband erstrecken.
  6. Trennvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stab (20) eine Länge (23) aufweist, die zwischen 200 und 300 mm liegt.
  7. Trennvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch 6, derart, dass die Stäbe (20) mit Mitteln (23) zur Änderung ihrer Länge ausgerüstet sind.
  8. Trennvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass das zweite und dritte Förderband durch einen senkrechten Abstand (22) getrennt sind, der zwischen 300 und 400 mm liegt.
  9. Materialtrennanlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trennvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
