  • the zero sensor 33 is an inductive sensor configured to detect the passage of the connection pin 34 between T-handle 13 and connecting rod 12 moved by the crank 6 and rotated by the brushless motor 11 (Figs. 14, 15). By detecting the metallic pin 34, the control unit is able to identify whether diaphragm 7 is in the opening position (or in closed position), so as to recognize the initial or final step of a complete operating cycle of diaphragm 7.
  • the zero sensor 33 is adjusted by translating it along the guide slot 32 thus allowing the operator to select the most suitable reference time; preferably, there are a first, a second and a third adjustment position for detecting the closed position, the opening position, and also the intermediate opening position of diaphragm 7, respectively ( Fig. 1 ).
  • the longitudinal welding unit 60 starts forming a bag from the plastic material film, the side edges of which are progressively folded, arranged side-by-side and then welded to one another by means of a longitudinal welding unit to form a tubular package.
  • the lower closing of such a package is achieved by the transversal welding unit 3 which transversely welds the two edges, thus forming what will become the base of the bag.
  • the weighing unit 2 firstly measures the weight of the fed pasta and then discharges the desired amount of pasta through the hopper 23 towards the shutter unit 1.
  • the shutter unit 1 holds the dose until the welding of the bag base is completed and lets the dose of pasta fall through the discharge and forming tube 20 into the bag itself.
  • the blades 4a, 4b, 4c of diaphragm 7 are moved by the moving means 10 and simultaneously rotate going from the closed position ( Figs. 1 , 5 ) to the opening position ( Figs. 9 , 10 ) of diaphragm 7.
  • the brushless motor 11 moves the crank 6 which, in turn, by means of the connecting rod 12, causes a rotation of T-handle 13, and thus of the first blade 4a of diaphragm 7, about the first pin 5a.
  • T-handle 13 by cooperating with the tie rods 14 simultaneously also rotates the respective cranks 15 pivoted in said second and third pins 5b, 5c and thus the second and third blades 4b, 4c of diaphragm 7 ( Fig. 10 ).
  • opening 19 is created which causes the pasta to fall through the discharge and forming tube 20 into the bag being formed.
  • the shutter unit 1 then goes to the closed position of diaphragm 7, waiting for receiving a new dose of pasta to be discharged into the next bag.
  • the upper level of pasta inserted into the bag will be uniform because there will be no undesired tail of the flow of pasta falling from the shutter unit, thus resulting in an optimal conformity of the bag itself. Furthermore, the risk of pasta residues present between the edges of the package is considerably reduced, so that the upper transversal welding of the bag can then ensure an optimal closing of the bag and thus the product quality preservation.

Claims (7)

  1. Verschlusseinheit (1), die an einem Rahmen (25) einer vertikal durchströmten Verpackungsmaschine (100) für kurze Pasta fixierbar ist, wobei die Verschlusseinheit (1) konfiguriert ist, um eine Dosis von kurzen Pasta von wenigstens einer Wiegeeinheit (2) von zugeführten kurzen Pasta aufzunehmen, sie zu halten und sie darauffolgend in das Innere eines Beutels abzuführen, der durch Schweißeinheiten (3, 60) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Verschlusseinheit (1) eine Grundebene (18) umfasst, die am Rahmen (25) der Verpackungsmaschine (100) fixierbar ist und mit einem zentralen Loch (19) versehen ist, das über dem Beutel (19), der ausgebildet ist, liegt und mit diesem vertikal ausgerichtet ist, und einer Wandscheibe (7) mit beweglichen Klingen, die in einer Ebene enthalten ist, die parallel über der Grundebene (18) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingen eine erste, eine zweite und eine dritte Klinge (4a, 4b, 4c) umfassen, die radial angeordnet sind und jeweils an einem ersten, einem zweiten und einem dritten Stift (5a, 5b, 5c) drehbar gelagert sind, die senkrecht fixiert und wechselseitig gleich beabstandet auf der der Grundebene (18) an Scheitelpunkten eines Dreiecks sind und durch eine Bewegungseinrichtung (10) bewegt werden, um die Klingen (4a, 4b, 4c) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position der Wandscheibe (7), in welcher Position die Klingen (4a, 4b, 4c) wechselseitig Seite an Seite sind und die Dosis von kurzen Pasta durch die Verschlusseinheit (1) gehalten wird, und einer Öffnungsposition der Wandscheibe (7), in welcher Position die Klingen (4a, 4b, 4c) voneinander entfernt sind, gleichzeitig zu drehen, was eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Öffnung (22) erzeugt, die mit dem zentralen Loch (19) der Grundebene (18) vertikal ausgerichtet ist, um die Dosis von kurzen Pasta in einer Formation in das Innere des Beutels abführen zu lassen.
  2. Verschlusseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zweite Ebene (21) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die Grundebene (18) bei einer niedrigeren Höhe in Bezug auf die Ebene der Klingen (4a, 4b, 4c) parallel angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Ebene (21) die Klingen (4a, 4b, 4c) streifend ist und weiterhin eine zentrales Loch (22) umfasst, das das zentrale Loch (19) der Grundebene überlappt und von gleichen Ausmaßen in Bezug auf dieses ist.
  3. Verschlusseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung (100) einen bürstenlosen Motor (11) umfasst, der durch eine Steuereinheit der Verpackungsmaschine (100) angetrieben wird und mit einer Kurbelwelle (6) versehen ist, die mit einer Verbindungsstange (12) verbunden ist, die wiederum mittels eines metallischen Stifts (34) an einem T-Griff (13) eingehängt ist, der integral mit der ersten Klinge (4a) ist, wobei der T-Griff (13) bei dem ersten Stift (5a) drehbar gelagert ist und über eine erste und eine zweite Zugstange (14) mit jeweiligen Kurbelwellen (15) verbunden ist, die bei dem zweiten und dem dritten Drehzapfen (5b, 5c) drehbar gelagert sind und auch integral mit der zweiten und der dritten Klinge (4b, 4c) der Wandscheibe (7) sind.
  4. Verschlusseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bürstenlose Motor (11) an einer Stützstruktur (30) angebracht ist, die an der Oberkante der Grundebene (18) der Verschlusseinheit (1) fixiert ist, wobei die Stützstruktur (30) eine obere Wand (31) umfasst, an welcher der bürstenlose Motor (11) so fixiert ist, dass die Verbindungsstange (12) frei ist, unter die obere Wand (31) zu verrücken.
  5. Verschlusseinheit (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Null-Sensor (33) umfasst, der in einem Führungsschlitz (32) der oberen Wand (31) untergebracht ist und mit der Steuereinheit der Verpackungsmaschine (100) verbunden ist, wobei der Null-Sensor (33) konfiguriert ist, um das Vorbeilaufen des Stifts (34) zu erfassen, um einen vollständigen Betriebszyklus der Wandscheibe (7) zu bestimmen und die Verschlusseinheit (1) mit der Wiegeeinheit (2) und den Schweißeinheiten (3, 60) zu koordinieren.
  6. Verschlusseinheit (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch einen Rahmen (24) gestützt ist, der am Rahmen (25) der Verpackungsmaschine (100) fixierbar ist, so dass die Verschlusseinheit (1) zwischen der Wiegeeinheit (2) von zugeführter kurzer Pasta und der Schweißeinheit (3) vertikal positioniert ist, wobei der Rahmen (24) einen U-förmigen Teilbereich (26) umfasst, der durch ein Paar von mit einer Fixiereinrichtung versehenen Armen (27) am Rahmen (25) gestützt ist.
  7. Vertikal durchströmte Verpackungsmaschine (100) für kurze Pasta, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verschlusseinheit (1) umfasst, wie sie in den Ansprüchen 1-6 beansprucht ist.
