Claims (12)

  1. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung, der aus einer Trägerstruktur (1) gebildet ist, die Verankerungsstellen (2) für zu bearbeitende mikromechanische Teile aufweist, wobei die Teile jeweils mindestens ein Langloch oder eine Durchgangsöffnung (3A) aufweisen, wobei in dem Träger die Verankerungsstellen durch mindestens einen starren Stift (10) gebildet sind, der so ausgebildet ist, dass die mikromechanischen Teile durch ihre Langlöcher auf den Stift aufreihbar sind, wobei der Träger außerdem mindestens ein Beabstandungsmittel (11) aufweist, das dafür ausgebildet ist, jedes der Teile voneinander beabstandet zu halten, wobei die Beabstandungsmittel (11) Abstandshalter sind, die ein mittiges Durchgangsloch (11A) für den Durchgang des starren Stifts (10) aufweisen, wobei der Träger dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jeder Abstandshalter eine von dem mittigen Loch (11A) entfernte Abstützbahn (11 B) aufweist, die für die Auflage des mikromechanischen Teils bestimmt ist.
  2. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn (11 B) durch die Bewegungslinie über eine Winkelamplitude von 360° des Endes eines Radius mit entsprechend seiner Winkelposition veränderlicher Länge definiert ist.
  3. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beabstandungsmittel (11) die Form eines Rings (12) haben, der durch Stege (13) mit einem Mittelteil (14) verbunden ist, der mit einer Durchlochung versehen ist, um dort mit einem Stift (10) in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei die Stege (13) die Bahn (11 B) tragen, und dass die Bahn in Bezug auf die Stege (13) erhöht ist.
  4. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring der Beabstandungsmittel Höcker aufweist.
  5. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine starre Stift (10) leitfähig ist.
  6. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Abstandshalter aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material ausgebildet sind.
  7. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift eine Beschichtung aus Gold aufweist.
  8. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (1) eine durchbrochene Platine (4) aufweist, die von einer Mittelachse (1A) getragen wird, um sie rotatorisch anzutreiben.
  9. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durchbrochene Platine (4) die Form eines Reifs (4A) hat, der mit der Drehachse (1A) durch Speichen (4B) verbunden ist, und diese Platine Hohlsockel (5) trägt, die dazu bestimmt sind, den unteren Teil eines Stifts (10) oder eines Zwischenteils (6) aufzunehmen.
  10. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (6) einen verbreiterten Kopf (6A) aufweist, um eine Stabilisierungsscheibe abstützend aufzunehmen.
  11. Träger für die Bearbeitung mikromechanischer Teile, insbesondere für die Auslaugung und/oder galvanische Abscheidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen belüfteten Deckel aufweist.
  12. Anordnung, die einen Träger umfasst, der mit mehreren mikromechanischen Teilen beladen ist, wobei der Träger aus einer Trägerstruktur (1) gebildet ist, die Verankerungsstellen (2) für zu bearbeitende mikromechanische Teile aufweist, wobei die Teile jeweils mindestens ein Langloch oder eine Durchgangsöffnung (3A) aufweisen, wobei in dem Träger die Verankerungsstellen durch mindestens einen starren Stift (10) gebildet sind, auf den die mikromechanischen Teile durch ihre Langlöcher aufgereiht sind und voneinander durch ein Beabstandungsmittel (11) beabstandet gehalten sind, wobei die Beabstandungsmittel (11) Abstandshalter sind, die ein mittiges Durchgangsloch (11A) für den Durchgang des starren Stifts (10) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abstandshalter eine von dem mittigen Loch (11A) entfernte Abstützbahn (11 B) aufweist, auf der das mikromechanische Teil aufliegt, und dass die mikromechanischen Teile Uhrzeiger sind.
